I bought more HMGP yesterday online with no problem with my new account at Choicetrade. Transferred from Scoturd after paying their excessive commissions on anything under $1.
These oil companies may be looking for US supplies/companies sooner than we thought.

Appears they are moving right along setting up their distribution and marketing programs. I am not sure everyone realizes the tremendous amount of work involved in producing a "hit". But the rewards can be $$$$$$$$.
Nashville Records, Inc. President Gene Sibbett commented: "Generally, independent labels are unable to break into these distribution channels and we are grateful for the opportunities presented. We also have some very unique and potentially profitable projects that will be announced as soon as the terms are finalized. Several of these projects will have audiences of tens of millions of people and there is a strong potential for millions of dollars in sales."
This board is so quiet you would think they cancelled hurricane season this year. Need a little wind to blow this north.
Wish winston would show us how he moved CLYW from .055 to .145. We seem to be stuck here, waiting for the symbol change and news.
Not me - out of powder, waiting for tax refund. Dam they are slow!
The value of leases going up.
In 1999, Wolverine bought Chevron's leasing rights and seismic data and started poking around itself, bouncing seismic waves more than 5,000 feet deep. With just two wells operating at full capacity now, Wolverine is pumping 1,500 barrels of oil a day from the ground and trucking it to Salt Lake refineries.
"The secret's out and we will face competition" at the next BLM auction, said Doug Strickland, a geologist for Wolverine. "We had a year and three months to ourselves."
The BLM will auction 300,000 acres throughout Utah. Acres that Wolverine once picked up for $10 are now being valued at $1,200 in central Utah. Leasing rights are good for five years and as long as a well is producing.
Oil companies pay 12.5 percent of the value of oil taken from federal lands -- and half of that comes back to Utah, which shares some of it with local governments, said Steve Schneider, audit manager for the Utah Division of Oil, Gas & Mining.
The MMs bought 20,000 shares this morning at .05, then dropped the bid to .04. They are now for sale at .055.
We may need him. He posted on March 20th on the CLYW board and the stock went from .055 to close at .145 yesterday. Wouldn't it be great if he could move NPYC to .145??
I'm still here and I'm with you, picked up some at .31. Just can't refuse a sale!
Finding locations for new restaurants takes time and I would think experience has shown them that they now need a lot more than 5,000 some sq. ft.
OK I did not buy any that day but picked up 25,000 more today @.05. Got 11,500 and had to wait for the rest of the fill all day.
I feel we will get more news/updates this week and should be good.
I like the close today up 10%. We need to move up nice and slow and not leave gaps that the chartists will insist must be filled.
I am still trying to figure out how it traded over 1 million shares one day last week. Must have been someone accumulating a large position.
Today UWNK is winning the race, beating DKAM.
It appears to me that someone "thinks" they found a better company and decided to sell their HMGP for whatever they could get.
That is good news and maybe we will hear more tomorrow. They have a pattern of releasing news on Tuesdays.
Another question, might not get an answer but ask when they expect to have the website up and running.
My picks are "N"s
NPYC
NSMG
NVMG
Hoping they bounce like ping pong balls!
I am wondering if their website will allow purchasers to download music. That is a million $ business and would be a nice source of revenue. A question for your next call.
The Reverse Merger is done, the name has been changed to Nashville Records, Inc.
Gene Sibbett Director, President
Tim Riley Director, Vice President of Creative Services and Marketing
Terri Sibbett Director, Secretary and Treasurer
The Board of Directors and a majority of the Company's outstanding common shares have consented in writing to the adoption of resolution changing the name of the corporation from Neuroscience Therapy Corporation to Nashville Records, Inc. by which it will hereafter be known. Filings necessary to formally change the name are in process.
With an already small float there is no reason for a RS and it has never been mentioned by the company. Where would you get such an idea???
On February 12, 2007 a Share Purchase Agreement was executed by which Neuroscience Therapy Corporation agreed to acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Nashville Records, Inc., a Tennessee Corporation. Nashville Records, Inc. is a record label headquartered in its name city which is engaged in the production and distribution of recorded country music. It has a roster of officers and key advisors with long histories of successful operations in the country music business.
Nashville Records, Inc., was formed by Gene Sibbett on 8/06/02 as shown on documents filed with the Secretary of State of Tennessee.
So the company has been in business for about 5 years and would have created some assets during that time.
What we have here is not a brand new company, but a company that chose to go public in 2007 by using a Reverse Merger. It appears that they plan on expanding the company by signing new artists thus creating shareholder value.
I would doubt that the Christmas album is the only thing they are working on.
That's my point. American Bulls was wrong on their buy signal and I firmly believe they will be proven wrong on their sell signal. I look for .25 or more by mid April.

Our system posted a SELL CONFIRMED today. The previous BUY recommendation was issued on 03.23.2007 (7) days ago, when the stock price was 0.2200. Since then NSMG has fallen -4.55%.
OK so they said BUY and it dropped 4.55%. Now they say Sell so it should go up.
These guys can't pick their nose!
My order for 200,000 AON @.08 never filled.
Hope the dreadful weather that hid this area yesterday and today will not cause delays/problems.
I put in an order for 250,0000 AON at .008 first thing this morning and they dropped it down to .0075. They filled one 200,000 at .0075. Now bid is at .008 and ask at .0085 so dought I will get filled.
THAT 200,000 fill at .0075 was not mine - wish it was!

Would be nice if we could "hear" about a UWNK announcement before the outside world. How can we get a fly on the wall?
If you want a demo of what happens after a RS take a look at APTD back to 2000 when they did the 1st RS and then again on 1/14/2002.
The MMs let this get out of control yesterday so they put a gap .035 bid x .09 ask on it. After trading over 1 mill shares yesterday they are not going to let that happen today.
WOW what a day! This jumped all over the place with a nice finish. Volume over 1 mill shares traded vs. ave of 300,000+ shares.
Wow we now have 2 bashers. Just remember that bashers never bash a bad stock.

There is an ever elusive treasure in the music business that is very seldom seen. Though many have laid claim to it, few can actually deliver. It is called "The Complete Package". This is an artist that can sing, entertain, write songs, look great, and have an infectious, positive personality and attitude. Brooke Morton is the complete package.
A star in the making, whose brilliance is undeniable, Brooke's passion for life and music have an amazing impact on all who have had the opportunity to hear her amazing voice. It's abundantly clear that she was put on this earth to sing. Born in Kentucky, she moved to the Nashville area at an early age. It wasn't long before she tapped into the rich musical heritage that flowed through her veins. Her grandfather is legendary blues and rock guitarist, Leonard Everly, and her cousins are none other than Hall of Fame members, Don and Phil, The Everly Brothers!
Brooke grew up singing in church where her parents, both amazingly gifted musically, were praise and worship leaders. There she began to realize she could touch people's hearts with her incredible gift. As she matured vocally and spiritually, she traveled with the World Light Ministry Crusades which took her to venues around the world, singing to thousands of people. She also performed with the Western Kentucky University Choir, various corporate functions and several sporting events along the way. In true "Brooke" form, she sang at the Nashville Rescue Mission and was always available to sing for her church. In fact, it was during one of these performances that she caught the attention of a record producer who was starting an independent label. She is now the flagship artist for the Ohana Music Group.
Brooke Morton has a calling in her life, a goal in her heart and the courage and commitment to accomplish what she feels she was born to do. Her ever inspiring performances call anyone within earshot to take notice of this future superstar. A beautiful woman with an enchanting voice, and a presence that fills any room she enters, Brooke Morton is truly the complete package.

Farmers scrape around for corn seed as ethanol-fueled prices mean big demand
Farmers are looking for a bumper crop of corn this year as interest in ethanol brings attention.

By Chris Woodyard, USA TODAY
Soaring prices are enticing farmers to plant the biggest corn crop in 60 years because of the boom in demand for ethanol as a gas-stretching fuel additive.
With planting due to begin in the next few weeks across the Midwest corn belt, some of the most popular hybrid seed is already in short supply. Experts are divided about how much higher corn prices will tack onto consumers' food and fuel tabs. The government says the higher corn acreage will mean less soybean and cotton production, which could raise prices for those commodities as well.
With corn prices predicted to hit records, growers will plant as much as 13% more corn than last year. At 88.5 million acres, 2007's crop would mark the most corn acreage since the mid-1940s and the single biggest one-year jump in memory, says Chris Hurt, agricultural economist at Purdue University. The official Agriculture Department survey is expected Friday.
"It's a tremendous time," says Ken McCauley, president of the National Corn Growers Association, himself a farmer in White Cloud, Kan. Farmers shouldn't fear a price bust. "We're telling our growers to look at the market and not be scared of it," he says.
The swing to corn is pressuring two of the biggest seed suppliers. Monsanto told customers about three weeks ago that it is sold out of one of its top hybrids. And DuPont-owned Pioneer Hi-Bred, the No. 1 corn seed supplier, reports that farmers who didn't buy late last year may not get their top choice.

Nashville Records(TM) Announces Release of More Artists
Mar 29, 2007 10:40:53 (ET)
NASHVILLE, TN, Mar 29, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Nashville Records, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NPYC) is announcing more artists being signed for an upcoming Christmas compilation album on the Company's own Label. The album will be distributed in major markets and will feature some of country music's greatest legends and two newer artists. The album will consist of 1/2 traditional Christmas music and 1/2 original material and will include 16 songs.
Earlier in the week the Company announced artists; Daryle Singletary, Jeff Cook & Mitch Glenn and rising star, Brooke Morton. Two more artists have been named. They are Paul Overstreet and Lucas Hoge.
Paul Overstreet -- Paul Overstreet is one of the most successful songwriters in contemporary country music, penning hits for artists like George Jones, Randy Travis, Tanya Tucker, and Marie Osmond, as well as scoring hits on his own. In 1973, he graduated from high school and headed for Nashville. Despite his efforts, Overstreet couldn't break into the industry.
Eventually, his songs were being recorded by other, more established artists. In 1982, his "Same Ole Me" was recorded by George Jones, who took the song to number 5. That same year, Overstreet had his first charting single, when "Beautiful Baby" climbed to number 76. Three years later the Forrester Sisters took his "I Fell in Love Again Last Night" -- which he co-wrote with Thom Schuyler -- to number one. Later in 1985, Randy Travis had hits with two Overstreet compositions -- "On the Other Hand" (which was co-written with Don Schlitz) and "Diggin' Up Bones," the singer's first number one hit. Tanya Tucker, Marie Osmond and Paul Davis also had success with Overstreet songs that year.
Overstreet became a full-fledged recording artist in 1986 scoring a number one hit with "Baby's Got a New Baby." In 1987, Overstreet scored one of his biggest songwriting hits when he provided Randy Travis with "Forever and Ever, Amen." As his string of hits for other artists continued, Overstreet released his 1989 debut album, "Sowin' Love," which made it to the Top 40 and produced other hits. His second album, "Heroes," came out in 1991 and stayed on the charts for nearly a year. Later he released "Seein' My Father In Me."
Hear a clip of "How Do I Wrap My Heart Up For Christmas" written by Paul Overstreet & Randy Travis, and performed by Paul Overstreet: http://nashvillerecords.com/How_Do_Clip.mp3
Lucas Hoge -- Lucas Hoge has as much talent and potential as any artist and Nashville Records(TM) says the hits will follow.
After moving to Nashville from the small town of Hubbell Nebraska, Lucas was playing at the world famous Bluebird Cafe. Since then he has performed in the round at Douglas Corner, Hotel Preston, the Broken Spoke, Hall of Fame Lounge, the Alabama Grill, Tootsies Orchid Lounge and in numerous other venues.
In 2002 Lucas released his debut CD "In My Dreams." He got his first major television cut on the television smash hit and syndicated show "Smallville" on the WB with the song "If Only I Could" that he performed and co-wrote with Corey Barker and Brent Anderson.
After releasing "DIRT" Lucas made the top 5 most requested songs coming in at number 3. "DIRT" is also currently hanging on in the top 20 Independent Country songs in Europe. Lucas was nominated for "Male Country Singer/Songwriter of the Year" for "Dirt" and twice for "Male Contemporary Christian Singer/Songwriter of the Year" with "Reign Over Me" and "Get The Door." He was also nominated for "Country Album of the Year" for "DIRT" in the 16th Annual LA Music Awards 2006. Lucas walked away winning: "Country Album Of The Year" and "Male Contemporary Christian Singer/Songwriter of the Year" for "Get The Door."
HBO asked Lucas to score a 13 episode series that will air on HBO/Cinemax, HBO Spanish and International on DVD. Four of the episodes have been delivered to HBO in New York and the reviews on the music is: "This is the best music we've had on any show, we are so impressed with the quality and diversity." -- Bob Conte - HBO

Arlene Hubbard, a company spokesperson, says, "We are thrilled to have Paul Overstreet on our upcoming album and to introduce Lucas Hoge, whom we feel is one of the finest new voices in the business. Additional recording artists will be announced in the days to come."
Nashville Records, Inc. is a Nashville-based record label located in the heart of Music Row. The key management and advisors were industry-retired individuals that were dissatisfied with the direction in which the music industry was headed. In the past, this combined management team is credited with sales of well into the billions of dollars and has been responsible for hundreds of charted hits.

More great news out today and in typical fashion in Pinkeyland lately, NPYC drops. I am holding this long term as I believe they are building a great new company that will be very successful. Give them time, Rome wasn't built in a day.
Totally agree that ethanol and bio-fuels will not solve the oil problem. In fact they are over-building these plants and all they will do is raise the price of corn, an important crop in the world's food chain. When the price of corn gets too high, the cost of producing ethanol will severly hinder the production of ethanol.

Deadly Storm Brings Tornadoes to Plains
By ANDALE GROSS
AP
KANSAS CITY, Mo. (March 29) - Residents of the Plains states huddled for cover early Thursday as a major storm system that has killed at least two people moved through the region, bringing heavy snow and tornadoes to some areas.
Kansas Twister Caught on Tape (No Audio)
A tornado is seen in western Kansas.
Twister Touches Down in Texas
Severe weather warnings and watches were in effect from South Dakota to Texas, as authorities warned residents to stay alert for tornado warnings.
A husband and wife people were killed Wednesday near Elwood, Okla., when a storm blew apart their home and a large shed, said Dixie Parker, the Beaver County emergency management director.
Weather spotters tracked a series of tornadoes in sparsely populated western Kansas, but there were no reports of significant damage, sheriff's officials from several counties in the area said.
Severe weather was expected to move east across the state Thursday, but was not expected to be as strong as the storms that hit western Kansas Wednesday, said meteorologist David Beusterien with the National Weather Service in Pleasant Hill, Mo.
At least eleven tornadoes were reported throughout western Nebraska on Wednesday, damaging several homes and farm buildings, emergency management officials said. There were no reported injuries.
A tornado as much as 600-feet wide touched down in Holly, Colo., on Wednesday, damaging homes and injuring at least two people, authorities said.
Chris Sorensen, a spokesman for Prowers County, Colo., emergency management, said it appeared people in the area were generally prepared.
"Residents pay attention to those things and being in a rural area we're familiar with what can happen," he said. "And we always watch the sky."
In Wyoming, a school bus carrying 36 students from Tongue River High School to a competition in Cheyenne in the state's southeast collided with two minivans on snowy Interstate 90 on Wednesday, school officials said.
Soon after, another pileup in the same area involved several passenger vehicles and seven big rigs, two of which were hauling diesel fuel. One of the diesel haulers rolled over and authorities said the other leaked around 1,000 gallons of fuel.
Four people were taken to a hospital, and one injury was considered serious, according to Wyoming Highway Patrol spokesman Sgt. Stephen Townsend. It was not immediately clear which vehicles the injured had been in, but no one on the bus was hurt.
The wintry weather closed a 100-mile stretch of I-90 and 45 miles of I-25. Thirteen other state roads were closed.
At least three people were injured in the Texas Panhandle as storms that brought winds up to 70 mph, hail and rain, spawned several tornadoes.
National Weather Service officials said numerous tornadoes touched down in the Texas Panhandle Wednesday night, including one that was on the ground at Caprock Canyons State Park for about 20 minutes. While many of the tornadoes were in areas so rural that no damage was reported, others caused damage to homes, downed power lines and uprooted trees.
STATE COLLEGE, PA, March 27, 2007 - AccuWeather.com Hurricane Center Chief Forecaster Joe Bastardi warns that the US Gulf Coast, which avoided the wrath of major storms and hurricanes in 2006, is at much higher risk of destructive tropical weather this year. This could have significant implications for the areas recovering from the devastation wrought by the hurricanes of 2004 and 2005 - which included Katrina - as well as for energy prices, because of the significant energy production that occurs in the Gulf of Mexico.
Bastardi, who in March of last year correctly forecasted that the region would get "minimal" attention by that season's hurricanes, said that this year, "the Gulf and Florida face a renewed threat, and we will see more powerful storms across the board. We will not get anywhere near the amount of storms that we did in 2005, but it is the intensity of the storms we do get that will be of major concern."
"We'll see storms on the prowl in the Gulf again. The entire region - including New Orleans and other areas that are still rebuilding after Katrina - is susceptible to landfalling storms. Of concern to consumers everywhere is that there is so much oil and natural gas drilling and refining occurring in the Gulf. This year's stronger storms are likely to cause the kind of disruption that will be felt in wallets and pocketbooks."
As for the Northeast, Bastardi's 2006 forecast still holds: the region is likely be the target of storm strikes over the next ten years. "Last year the Northeast may have dodged a bullet, but unfortunately you can only be lucky for so long. We are in a pattern similar to that of the late 1930s through the 1940s, when the Northeast was hit by two major storms."
Last year, Bastardi forecast that the East Coast would be far more likely than the eastern and central Gulf to see hurricane activity, and indeed, most of 2006's ten storms tracked farther east than in 2005 - including Ernesto, which caused a half-billion dollars in damages in the region from North Carolina to New Jersey.
Asked about the diminished number of tropical cyclones compared to 2005, AccuWeather.com Director of Forecast Operations Ken Reeves said, "Keep in mind that in 1992, a year with very few storms, we saw one of the most destructive in recorded history - Hurricane Andrew. This year is shaping up to be one that features some potentially very powerful storms, so whether or not the quantity is there, the danger certainly is."
The development of an El Niño last year has been frequently cited as a reason that the 2006 hurricane season resulted in few landfalling storms, and the development of a La Niña this year is already causing some forecasters to project a higher-than-average number of tropical cyclones in 2007. Bastardi and Reeves believe that the El Niño/La Niña connection is given too much emphasis when these events are weak.
"Last year's season wasn't truncated because of an El Niño," said Reeves. "After all, there was a much stronger El Niño in effect in 2004, and that was a significantly more active hurricane season than last year. Similarly, a La Niña won't be the main driver of this year's hurricane season." Among many factors that came into play, last year's storms were weakened by drier-than-normal air and higher-than-normal levels of dust in the atmosphere over the Atlantic.
Bastardi instead points to the pattern of Atlantic Ocean water temperatures as a leading factor in determining the power of a hurricane season, as well as the overall cyclical trend of more extreme weather across the US. Specifically, he points to the recent hot, dry summers in the West and Plains as a precursor to increased Atlantic Basin hurricane intensity, one of the patterns identified by his comparative research of previous seasons.
"We are living in a time of climatic hardship," said Bastardi. "We're in a cycle where weather extremes are more the norm and not the exception. One of the ways this manifests itself is in the intensity of hurricanes and tropical storms. Last year was just a breather, because the overall pattern shows no sign of reversing in the near term."
The full AccuWeather.com hurricane season forecast will be available in early May, released in conjunction with the Second Annual AccuWeather Hurricane Summit in Houston, Texas.
