That's why we are here - we have left the asylum.
Ooops....
Not 15c-211.....that is used to get on the OTCBB....I believe the form is 10-SB.
Hmmmmm....your track record.....
I'll bet against that.

I suspect things will be fine. I think sometimes the rules of listing on the Pinks are overlooked when more important things are going on.
From what I have researched with other Pink companies, we should be able to just complete a Form 15c-211. We are non-reporting, so the K's abd Q's are not needed......yet, at least.
Nope....not yet
We need to get the filings out first.
Sure hope people are not weak on this news
Lurking OTCBB

The dawn of a new beginning!
The IHUB box will be under construction and completed soon!
SURPRISE! SURPRISE!
Thanks Cowboy....so within about 1 week:
- the A/S grows from 1.2BB to 1.75BB (an increase of 550MM)
- O/S grows from 940MM to 1.3MM (an increase of 350MM)
What will it be next week?
And how many people were told from IR that the POST SPLIT numbers were 350MM or so?
Maybe that's why the TA is still gagged.
Fool me once, shame on me; fool me twice shame on you!

With both management and most of the required financing capability in place, the Company is in the final stages of signing additional government joint ventures in the Caribbean and Africa through the efforts of FuelNation Government Services. We have identified several major assets and opportunities for participation and are conducting extensive due diligence to establish additional projects in the Baltics, Caribbean, Africa and the Middle East.
