Check out Pearl Asian Mining Industries, PAIM (PRMN) on Aug 10,2004 to spin-off Western Pacific Mining Ltd and passed Aug 5,2004. At that time there was 49 silver mining claims in Slocan Creek Region of British Columbia, Canada. Then because of clerical error the claims were lost by Western Pacific and then transferred to PAIM (prmn) after re-staking, in the re-staking an additional claim was made to make 50 claims, then re-issued to Western Pacific for 200,000,000 more newly issued shares. PAIM maintain largest stake.
That's all I've found so far, anyone else know?
Western Pacicfic Minerals? Where? What? When 7/15/06
pinksheets.com posted divi pay date PYCT co info page 7/15/06 Western Pacific Minerals
Yes mine have filters, but all ciggs have tobaco thats is not compacted. Compacting them make the taste stronger.
I tamp mine and I don't roll anything I buy MO brands and stock to, but I'm probably nobody.
If he packs his cigarettes, that mean's pounding the end of the cigarette to compress the tobacco will make a wide ring on the end, sometime's the whole end has enough excess paper to fold all the way over end.
No,you worded it wrong, RRBK said it signed contract to acquire oil company, and should close deal in couple weeks around 6/23/06 and would then start refurbishing them, 35 wells and start to drill end of June. They also talk about how many barrel aday, which tells me its oil not gas.
PYCT one week later talked about acquiring gas pipe line and gas wells, then said it's a done deal. Gas only do they mention, not oil. RRBK talk about oil only. Both are in Western Kentucky, I think RRBK didn't want the gas, only oil on 425 acres, sold to PYCT the gas wells (2) and pipe line over 2,000 acres (probably easment)for gas line for more shares of PYCT and RRBK is making a move to give those shares, 1 billion per RRBK outstanding x 10, then use some of their 5 billion shares to drive price down futher and then buy up, both by PYCT and RRBK and then probably sell off.
sad life, me, I just want to make more money and move on
I think you need to get a life, and move on
you go ahead and dump and move to another board
RRBK 6/7/06 news release aquiring Western Kentucky oil feilds and by end of June refurbishing of 35 well's and drilling of new well's would start.
Probably will be sold to drive price down, then they buy back, RRBK with 5 billion shares of PYCT and 100,000,000 mil of their shares out, only make 1 billion at 10 for 1, they'll probably sell some of the 4 billion left to make it look that way to their shareholders, and then buy back. I would if PYCT is going to move their oil, the only thing I can't understand is that the oil line was in RRBK deal to buy oil company Western Kentucky and they don't have enough money or shares of their own or don't want to sell them.
No bashers, must be ready to buy, don't sell any and it will move , if drops, buy more, I will. RRBK is active, when put buy in it moves up. Tells me they want to keep PYCT shares.
6/9/06 RRBK buying Western Kentucky oil company,
6/19/06 PYCT bought Western Kentucky pipe line, probaly from RRBK, but why RRBK sell off pipe line to PYCT?
RRBK 6/9/06 Western Kentucky oil company agreement to aquire, not ever posting to investors they did.
PYCT 6/19/06 Western Kentucky have aquired pipe line, so that's where the 5 billion shares that RRBK have of PYCT is coming from? Then why doesn't RRBK inform investors they have it bought? Maybe PYCT doesn't get paid to move product threw pipe line for year or two? I do believe there is something brewing in this, the pipe line that is, RRBK wouldn't want to bring the SEC investigation in on them, would they?
Thanks, that what I needed to stay, I look for them to go when rrbk confirms acquisition of Western Kentucky fields, and rrbk shareholders figure out they need pyct to move product.
Modena360 is on RRBK board
you really think they kept their 5 bil shares on on 2/6/06 2/7/06?
RRBK to start proding oil Western Kentucky last of June, should be good start for PYCT pipe line in Western Kentucky.
RRBK need to release storie that they finish their acquisition.
So I'm confused,
PYCT buys pipeline in Western Kentucky, from whom?
RRBK acquiring existing producing oil company in Western Kentucky, from whom?
35 + wells to refurbish plus drill new ones,
so why is RRBK giving away shares of PYCT?
Maybe their buying shares now?
Probably sold their shares 1st of year at .0008,
But why would they give to RRBK shareholders, maybe too drive price to .0002 too buy more?
So who did they buy pipe line from?
And how did they pay? more shares?
Hey does anyone know who sold the pipe line and how did they pay for it?
could it be from riverbank with shares of pyct?
why dump shares when pay day is 7/7/06? looks good to me that pipe line will gather profits monthly, rrbk investors should feel good about 1/2 cent div pay date, mineral share might be from gas? or sub of rrbk?
