They hiding something, yet by publishing old (but accurate of the stated “ancient “ date), they cannot be charged with fraud.

No, It clearly doesn’t say that. It states the FLOAT was x in 2012. It clearly states, and in normally accepted accounting rules, DOES NOT imply anything other than that amount on that date. Nothing further.

They easily can, and should, reference a current date, (which they probably won’t), because the float is probably MUCH higher than reported

Also look at the date for shareholders of record. Ancient information means nothing, and should sound the sirens for fraud.
