It was always pretty simple i thought maybe i was wrong.

The main units that are always spoken of in most of the PRs and as well as the orders of 300k units range from the 2000 range up to over 4000. Didnt RH say the units costs aprox that on the cc that afternoon.

These other devices that are being talked about are another product from MCCY or ARGO i thought.

Yeah but the point is for a shell to have 2m vol all the sudden when its always been in the thousands everyday if traded at all and its hardly talked about. Just thought maybe someone knew something negative about it or something.

I was kind of in the line of thinking that there were already units out there in trucks that had been manufactured a while back just not big orders. I thought these new orders 100k and 200k were just the largest orders they had made. So i wasnt even thinking about prototypes

All these other shells seem to be getting attention and on rumours mostly and we arent getting anything at all. IMCX seems to be one of the best share structure wise and clean, im baffled that we didnt get more of a bounce with this being the so called rm season.

Joe i think MCCYs leverage is the abundance of supposed orders they may have for those 300k or more units, the price they would bring in as well as yearly monitoring fees for them. If MCCY Knows they are going to get the money for these orders why would they sell the company for any less than what it would be worth after completing all those sales. So therefore i would definately think a price of AT LEAST 10.00 would be expected.

Can you shed some light on to what all these people are talking about today that a takeover is so much different than a buyout for us, or do you think in saying major takeover RH basically meant buyout.

This whole board has been filled with a ton of negative posters today ever since the PR was announced. Makes me think many want in at lower prices and are doing whatever they can to make that happen.

I got a really stupid question cause im not as big as an investor as all you guys. How do you all sell and buy back so soon, like for instance you originally said you were gonna sell and get back in after the financials were announced or something. Suppose the financials are announced on thursday, you dont have to wait for your settlement date.

Not that it directly has anything to do with MCCY but i live in jersey and over the past week every night on the news they have been talking about the NYC taxi drivers are going to strike cause the city wants to put GPS in all taxi cabs in the city. It seems like its going to go through though, it has a lot of support it seems by everyone but the taxi drivers.

It just reminded me of MCCY when i heard it cause Joe was talking about argo i think that had put GPS in 5000 cabs somewhere. Anyway just thought id add that bit of info to the board.

The share structure is very good here you can tell the float is kind of low with how it moves on not much volume. Yep the announcement of him to the board of advisors wasnt really the point behind that PR, it was that they are bringing him aboard to get a fair value for our company. That PR in my opinion just told us we are most likely going to have some kind of buyout or partner within the next month.

Wonder what decisions those would be, my bet would be since hes talking about valuation for the shareholders this could mean they have had offers of buyouts and partnerships.

True but we shouldnt even be at this point right now. What kind of company puts out a PR saying we should hopefully hear about the deal at the end of June and its two months later and we havent gotten one bit of info from Deros. A few of us got emails returned back to us a while ago saying things were still ongoing but that was even a long time ago now. This is not how you run a company that is for sure.
