Take a peek at my prior post, they've added some bench strength to the board of directors within the last 6 months with big ties to the industry (no pun intended). Couple that with about 10 tweets over this past long weekend when there really hasn't been a tweet in 9 or 10 months including some tweets saying now is a good time to consider investing in their breakthrough technology. Let's just say I have my fingers and toes crossed that this goes far beyond the upper teens.. Gluck!

History lesson not too long ago... Last time BTC ran just up over 30K INTV busted a huge move over 40 and 50 cents on its way to 90cents and back then it did not have 2600 machines printing Benjamin's like it does today. I am locked and loaded and just sitting back watching.. Gluck!!!

I don't disagree about it being addressed. Need to give some time to fully integrate their plan into the mres business now. It seems to be coming together nicely. I noticed there are several white papers for their ongoing research now posted on the website... M2bio.co under Science and Research.. some momentum starting and keep in mind the market cap is minimal at the moment. I noticed on Facebook posted today M2Bio had a Christmas party with a new ambassador from the ECW.. more momentum...

The CEO isn't into dilution. Look at his previous ventures they all had much smaller share counts. The share structure here was inherited when he took over the company recently so I personally am not concerned.. Actually I'm excited about the multiple revenue streams coming online.. just read the recent press release..

Not sure who is selling but I do see an update on the HITC website today. There is a pic of Shayne Bench on there now and it looks like he is managing 135 skilled nursing facilities in 17 states.. bigger than we thought.

Also they have a new business partner listed with Signature Healthcare. They are another beast with 76 locations in 10 states.. I think we are getting closer to launch!

Nice post and love the analysis... Just think if the math is a little different. $150 per month per bed and 10% penetration. Now we are talking an annual revenue stream with the B at the end of it. Yes more than a Billion... I will hold and let this play out!!

Looking at volume in the chart since the beginning of week 2 in October, I estimate over 1M shares of the total 4M float was locked up. The stock has traded more than the 1M but after you knock out a few flippers along the way I think the over 1M of the float is in stronger hands... What do you think?

I love the action today. It's funny how it was all very late in the day very similar to about a month ago on a Friday. Hoping they release an update soon to take take this to a whole other level. This could easily be a couple bucks with a couple announced deals. Strategically they're lining up some talent which is in the filings but no PR and no promotion. I'm hoping they have a day when trading exceeds a million shares or better. The price will explode with this puny little float. Good luck folks!

That's an impressive list and thanks for sharing. Can you imagine banking $100 to $150 per month per bed? That's what they are aiming for The numbers this could generate have massive potential. They just have to get in and yes those facilities would be a really good start for sure. Especially if this investment house owning all those facilities is now connected to HITC as noted in the filings last month. Cheers!

Wow, thanks for doing the DD here. Not only did they sign the stud to the board but they signed him on to do a potential business transaction.. they also brought in an investment LLC and from a quick look they own skilled nursing facilities in 3 states.. I would hope and think we possibly see a deal to get the AI technology into those facilities 1st and then maybe a merger or some other type of business transaction to get this to a whole other level.. this is all fresh info and not even on anyone's radar other than maybe a few who have been buying over the last couple weeks. Volume just started ticking higher and volume usually precedes a big uptick in price.. Let's not forget the CEO just signed another Mega deal for his oil and gas business. He is on a roll and now possibly on the cusp of making this big.. how exciting!! Thanks again for the DD..

Oh I agree.. I have been buying and will continue while it's down here this cheap. Market cap is about 5M and when this starts to gain traction in facilities, the revenues will grow exponentially quickly. This is almost like software after you get the install. The revenues keep coming and coming. Only a $5M market cap with an extremely small float . hoping to hear of some success near term .. good luck!

Float is mostly sucked up.. it would be nice if we recd an update from the company. I did notice they hired an industry vet last month on as a Board Member.. filing went out a few weeks ago.. so there appears to be some strategy in play..
