I sure could use a Twister post. I miss him/her.
Ya might wanna look at today’s trading. There is no sell off. All the bigger money is on the buy side. I would guess we finish well above 4 today and we’ll over 5 by end of Friday. HE will SPEAK!
How is it possible for the CEO of VirTra to disappear for the last several weeks?
The most important time in the history of the company.
The biggest opportunity ever.
....and our leader goes mum?
This is becoming increasingly difficult to understand.
It is smelling more like a lousy $17/share buyout each day.
Hopefully you are back in. Big easy move up is underway.
Yea, the Ferris family shares in the S-3 would point in that direction. Maybe the George Floyd murder is resulting in a higher valuation. Or maybe it even messed up the timing.
Sometimes the obvious answer is the correct one. The entire country has changed in the last 2 weeks. The changes put VirTra right smack in the middle of almost every solution/improvement. And when one compares the valuation metrics of VirTra vs that of competition it sure suggests that VTSI could (and maybe SHOULD) run a few hundred percent.
Spaghettios make everyone happy!
Spaghettios
Ha ha. I am buying, not selling.
Bigger fish are building sizable positions.
Mpls Pd annual budget is $1.6 Billion.
They could buy 7000 V300s every year!
I’m back in buying mode.
Given USA social unrest, VTSI deserves PS of 3.
This is $80mil market cap.
Should overshoot to $120mil.
$17/share.
Not even Ferris can blow it.
I hope you are back in!
Where the heck is Ferris? No PRs, No Anything. Silence during the most important social times in the history of the company? He really needs to step up and be a leader. It would be a major mistake for him to take the CURRENT BOD for granted.
Two chill pills Bill!
You take this stuff way too seriously.
These boards are entertainment, nothin more, nothin less.
Today VTSI will close unchanged!
It is Summer, fear Twisters.
You are embarrassing yourself by continuing to demonstrate that you have no idea what the company is all about and what they are selling. You also continue to confuse VTSI with VirTra. They are two different unrelated things right now.
I do find your posts encouraging and even inspiring because even for someone like you who does not believe in the product or the mission and dislikes the CEO there is still something about it that trips your trigger enough to keep hanging around and posting. Seems to suggest there is a bit of something something here!
While I’ve been wrong about the stock for years. I think soon the saying “it took VTSI 10 years to go up 800% in 48 hours” come true.
Beautiful move up continues! Long way to go:)
The only reason I post so heavily on VTSI is because I know the CEO participates on this message board. I have not traded as you describe. I wish I had or wish I was wired in a way that I could. With all little company undervalued stocks I most always do the same thing....build a big (for me) position over several months (or longer) and then hold until it has gone up to or beyond fair value and then sell gradually over a year or so.
Sometimes it doesn't work and I ride a stock to zero.
Sometimes it happens fast (like SUP right now) and I have good timing.
Typical is RFP, I started buying too early on the way down, but was smart/lucky to really loaded up sub-1.5. Now it is slowly heading higher and once it gets to about 8 or 9 (and it will, 100% certain) I will start selling.
With VTSI, I am still at about 4% but no longer 4.x%. Maybe next week I will again start selling 2000 or 3000 shares each week. I actually bought more than that today....so go figure.
.....and someone is buying them
Interesting post.
But there are multiple viable forward paths.
Bob is wiser today than 10 and 20 years ago.
He is smart enough to learn.
My view of his #1 weakness is he is a poor judge of people in terms of talent and ability. There are still too many lightweights and unsavory sorts around Bob.
Will he is in charge, it is not his company and he serves at the pleasure of the BOD.
Overall I think he does a good job.
Sort of like you said, what he needs is a couple great salesmen and then the brains to let them perform without his meddling.
Doable me thinks.
And if he fails to accelerate growth, a bigger fish will swallow them.
Vtsi will close near $4 today.
Over 1 mil will trade.
See Bill, it’s ok to be wrong.
I’m wrong all the time Bill. Sure seems to bother you more than me. Lose$ you say? Have you looked at what small co value stocks have done over the last month? Doubles and triples everywhere.
A glorious day! We are finally getting the dip before the rip!
Focus Bill. Mod Round was a mistake and has nothing to do with VirTra going forward. Look forward.
Pssst Bill....Ya might wanna actually look at what VirTra is selling and the focus/specifics of the content. It has little to nothing to do with guns. Everything to do with behavior. It is in the perfect spot right now.
Then sell your shares right now! Easy to do. Click click and they will be gone.
There are buyers Ruffle. Add up the volume for the last 5 or 6 days. I would guess 10 to 15% of the float has changed hands. Pretty healthy and setting up for a big move up. Turn on the TV, it is everywhere.
Why would I buy my own shares?
The order book says 200 for sale at 3.55 and 900 for sale at 3.60. Then nothing til mid 4s. So premarket is meaningless.
Ot for Twister....You mentioned that you invest in a variety of stocks. Since I obviously agree with your VTSI pick I was wondering if you would care to share a couple other picks? Thank you!
Sure is
The filing is public and explains why it was filed. The fuzzy and unusual part is why the 1mil insider shares were included. You also could have bought any day last week sub 2.30 so not sure why you are unhappy.
Some would argue that the ONLY thing that DOES matter is emotion. Read a Mark Douglas book or two. Fascinating, I think you would enjoy.
Pssst....sure doesn’t look like a PnD!
Bob and IR and VirTra execs still do a poor job of differentiating between Potential Investors and Potential Customers. They don’t seem to understand the difference between the two groups. Investors generally only care about one thing...making money. Customers on the other hand typically want a great product, great customer service....and don’t give a tip about the stock.
Awe gee whiz, I just sent he and Matt an invite to participate on this board.
Why so many Axon articles the past couple days and none about VirTra? Apparently Charlie and Matt are asleep at IR.....sigh.
My one and only ihub account is fishhunter.
Sure doesn’t look like a P&D to me. Volume way too low. Yesterday’s follow through from Monday. Heavy support in mid 3s. We will know for sure in days or weeks or months.
Good points eagle. I guess there likely IS something going on. Between the S3, insider shares, and big volume it all does seem to much for Floyd protests. And the S3 came out prior.
I guess I like that even at 3.60 one can make an easy case for the stock being fundamentally undervalued. Much easier to make that case than the opposite. So that makes me content to sit tight for another year.
Didn't you learn anything from my fish story? There is NOTHING that can stop a bigger fish from swallowing VirTra if they want it. The S3 was not filed for that reason as evidenced by the inclusion of the insiders shares.
Finally a strong up move! Stock should be $7, not $2.x
