I am almost certain that the person removing most, if not all of my posts is a moderator for the board I'm posting on.
Perhaps I'm wrong. But if there is a removal log that Admins have access to, that should be pretty quick to verify. If such a log is available to me, I'm just not aware of it.
And I'm not trying to buck the system. I understand there are a huge number of posters here, and review requests take resources, so the requests need to be contained somehow. A review by one of paid admins seems reasonable. But I don't think that is happening for most, if not all, of my removed posts.
I agree, but I didn't write that quote. It was a response to a post of mine.
Maybe I should remove the example. I thought it would be helpful to understand my frustation, but it seems to be getting in the way of things. Why do my removed post not provide a Request Review option?
No - I'm talking about the assertion that the company is in a death spiral, not the poster.
I don't understand what you mean by it is a facetious post and mean spirited. Are you referring to my example post or the quoted post?
Why no Request Review option on most of my Removed Posts?
When a moderator removes one of my posts, sometimes the Status is set to Request Review. But lately, more often, it is immediately set to Reviewed by Admin. Can the individual who removed the post also immediately flag it as Reviewed by Admin?
Here's the latest post of mine that has been removed as Off Topic. I've redacted the stock symbol and prices. I don't understand why it was removed or I never had an option to request a review. I don't care about this specific post, I'm just using it as a concrete example of removed post for reasons that are unknown to me.
What am I doing wrong?

Up 15% - No Death Spiral
Oh, that is great. Congratulations on your $XXX.XX cost basis. A 40% capital loss by the way. Carry on.
JNJ had no basis for suing DECN
Dr Z, if "We all know the JNJ patent isn't going to hold" then what basis, if any, has J&J had to sue DECN.
I heard that one of J&J's attorneys broke into tears, when someone asked him how the DECN case was going.
I recently heard that one of J&J's attorneys broke into tears, when someone asked him how the LifeScan case was going.
The same guy you spoke with.
Don Verrilli

Death Cycle* Has Reversed!
DECN is moving into its new Life Cycle. Soon to be free at last.
* "Death Cycle" was always a contrived myth
Is it not standard procedure for JnJ to appeal any and all penalties? Indubitably interminable.
JNJ isn't 100% responsible for the effectively hapless and moribund DECN. Indeed, the promise of a settlement from JNJ is probably the only thing keeping DECN from plunging to the sub-penny level.
No DECN Cases About Tax Evasion Are Pending
Tax Evasion = No Limitations Hehehehee
Statue of Limitations Trump Old "Legal Issues"
There are unresolved legal issues regarding KB and BA that go back to 1989.
A major player in these Illegal Activities was ready to testify. He is now deceased. The cause of death has never been made public. In fact, it has Purposely been Hidden from the public.
Don't worry, I've heard that there aren't ANY IRS investigations about DECN - in progress or pending.
I think we'll hear some details about the Dec 8th hearing a day or so after it concludes. I expect those details to be compelling enough, and widely communicated enough, for the stock price to jump to $0.20. Do you disagree?
Yep - Woo-Hoo! More than 0.20 by 12/15.
I've put my money where my mouth is. I now own more than 200K shares. I'll revisit this topic shortly after 12/15 and post my updated thoughts on this board.
LOL!!!
Share price will be doubled by 12/15/2015
LOL!!!
DECN will have a much higher share price before Chrismas of this year. (The Current price is 9 cents.)
So NOW DECN story changed from "a little better " to "Exactly the same"?....Not Better
Oh yes there is a death spiral.
There Is No Death Spiral
DrZem - IMHO, you are witnessing the death spiral now.
The Death Spiral Never Happened
On 2015-09-24, the DECN closing price was $0.08. The next day we were warned on this board: "Likely to get much worse here. The VC's will require below market shares if they offer financing at all. This DECN has all of the makings of a death spiral, and possibly sub-penny within a year or so. You heard it hear first."
I'm a small investor, and fortunately, I didn't follow the above advice. In fact, I placed another limit order for 50K shares at $0.083 today (note: this post was originally made on 2015-10-26, but was temporarily removed). I slurped up 46,800 shares at a great price. I previously said I was done buying, but that was before we had a court date. I couldn't resist a few more shares :-}
As for the warning about death spirals driven by hedge funds, VC's (Venture Capitalists) and "special people", I couldn't care less. In spite of many months of warnings, there is no evidence that any of them have had any influence on the DECN share price.
I'm thankful to have been able to pick up some more shares, at a bargain price, before the next court date.
Thanks for the congrats!
I expect the paper loss to turn into real profit very soon. And guess what - the shares are in a Roth IRA, so the profit will be all mine.
Tasty
Great time to buy
Everyone still underwater here. By a lot.
The Death Spiral Never Happened
Today's bargains are tomorrow's heart breaks.

Now would be a great time for another Forbes article ;-}
Yeah,
400,000 shares instead of the 1000 you raised as an issue.
And so it begins -- HeHeHeHe
And so it begins ...
We haven't had a 300,000 share trade day in quite some time.
And please take note that this relatively high volume is on a day when the share price increased 14%.
Not too bad -- not too bad at all!
Thanks! I wish all of the DECN shares I purchased were at $0.08. Still, I feel fortunate to have 200K at an average share price of about $0.17.
Once the DECN legal distractions are over, I plan to sell a few shares when the price pops. But for most of the shares, I'm in for the long haul.
I've already purchased a little over 200K shares within the last 12 months. My last buy was on Oct 1, for 25K shares at $0.08. I actually bought more than I intended because I thought they were such a bargain. But I've decided, probably like many others, that I now have enough invested in DECN. So I don't intend to buy any more no matter how low the price goes.
I've placed my bet and am certainly not going to take it off the table until the legal wrangling with J&J plays out.
LionsTact: Same Old Stuff - Heheheheheeeee
The same cut/paste old "quotes" without specifying where/who they came from?
And you're trying to help small investors?
LOL
LionsTact: - Welcome Back - Heheheheheeeee
Consider your post marked!
Bought 25K more shares at $0.08 today
Who is selling at 8 cents a share?
IMO, hedge funds and "special people" are not, due to the very low dollar trading volume.
I suspect the primary seller is DECN. Selling a few shares, for cash flow, to weather the legal storm.
LifeScan II?
;-}
I did. 10,000 more shares for the tasty price of 0.076. Thanks for your help!
Alydyr said: "The bid is the important side of the equation. Does not matter what you can buy DECN for, only what you can sell it for. An "easy" buy and "tough" sell spell disaster here."
Hmmm - "Does not matter what you can buy DECN for" clearly assumes that you want to sell. The buy price matters a lot to me. I'm behind the current 0.076 high bid. And my tiny investments have scooped up about 20% of the bargain-priced DECN shares in the last week.
The current market dynamics have nothing to do with big money. The average daily volume of $10K to $20K is prima facie evidence of that.
