Great time to buy

Everyone still underwater here. By a lot.

Nope. My average cost per share is $0.154765. How can that be? Because I ignored the constant stream of negative drivel, and bought on the way down.

I expect an initial pop to much higher than 20 cents a share and for the price to stay above 20 cents for a long time.

Perhaps most importantly, for those considering buying DECN shares at current prices, I think the expected value of the present risk/reward ratio is pretty amazing.
