They might have confused you, but I found them to be insightful. I'd rather have those videos than to not have them.
And it doesn't bother me that kevin isn't a gifted cell phone camera video photographer.
If you read through the filings and updates, there is nothing confusing going on here.
The only issue is the delinquent filings. Get those out of the way and they are in the clear.
With this audit and restatement process, no one knows how many years back into the company's financial and accounting records they have to go before they can find and correct the discrepancies.
It's better for them to take their time and get it right now, so they can avoid ever having to go through this again.
Something such as permits would be public knowledge that anyone can look up.
Insider trading is when you are revealing upcoming information that no other shareholders have any knowledge or access too.
If he says to me "Just so you know, financials and CAMWATER filings are coming out tomorrow." And he never made that public, I'm at an advantage and am obviously going to load the boat and get rich.
I don't believe he is doing that. What would he have to gain by giving some nobody or joe schmoe inside info like that? He doesn't even know them beyond their screen name and he's going to risk jail time over that?
I find it far fetched and I think Kevin is way too smart to do something like that.
JMO though.
How is someone not being able to remember something off the top of their head and having to look back at an update or filing considered being a detective?
There's a lot going on and it's tough for anyone to recall all the details and specifics.
Yeah I can see where you might think that, but Kevin is good about not giving info away that would put any individual investors at an advantage.
The stuff he is willing to discuss in private has zero percent impact on PPS. Such as him answering in a private conversation the mining questions you had, but not willing to give any info beyond what he has already released publicly regarding financials, CAMWATER, and HSVW JV.
Are you talking about insider trading?
Definitely would be a good opportunity to flip. I regret not flipping a little on the last run right after the they announced receiving $1.1million from HSVW.
Show me the 8k that states what you are claiming.
They didn't dump Malone Bailey. Where are you getting that from? Did a little fairy tell you that?
They don't have 2 accounting firms. Stop making things up.
Use FACTS and not your IMAGINATION.
;)
I'm baffled as to why people are questioning his film skills. You can clearly see the people and the product. Who cares if the camera is steady or not? What does that even matter?
Everyone always has something to find wrong or pick at.
Kevin is posting videos on twitter this morning. HSVW is here and touring their manufacturing facility.
Calculated by who? Because I know plenty of retail investors who have painted up the share price, just for kicks, only spending a measly $10.
Painted up or painted down it doesn't matter. All that matters is the highest price you can sell your shares at or bid price. Everything else is just silliness that has little to no impact.
So if a retail investor decides to paint the price up at the end of the day for kicks, it makes CDNL a scam?
I knew you were.
How did you find that out?

Here's Kevin's answer to that

Has nothing to do with any Tweets, that's just the auditing process. The CEO has no control over how long the audit will take. All he can do is provide information and be cooperative.
The length of time the audit and restatements take is all based on how quickly the auditors can work through everything and make sure the numbers are 100% accurate.
The restatement process often requires the auditors to go back through a companies financial statements at least 2 years. They have to back track that far to find out where the discrepancies lie that are throwing off the current financial information.
I share those same exact sentiments. I'm convinced and actually certain this isn't a scam or fraudulent company.
False, once a pink sheet, all requirements are out the window. Pink sheets become that way because they had to delist from a major exchange.
Why do you think CDNL hasn't been required to add an E to their ticker symbol after going delinquent? Because they no longer have those SEC obligations.
Pinks sheets have ZERO SEC obligations, plain and simple.
I personally feel rain is still in this, just doesn't check in here at all because he's focused on other investments. This is about waiting until fins and CAMWATER come out. No need to be posting here every day because nothing will happen until those things are squared away.
Kevin just isn't a good CEO plain and simple. He's more about business development and expanding the business. I'm hoping that someday, when they have enough money, they can hire a real CEO and Kevin can step aside and remain as President, which is where I feel he belongs.
Once current, having a CFO is going to help tremendously and hopefully make it so the financials are never an issue again.
What country are you from if you don't mind me asking?
Wow I'm envious of your shares!! You will make a killing off this stock!!
I know for a fact this isn't a scam and everything is for real. Only knock on the business is timeliness. When you've had a piss poor accounting system for years, restatements and audits can take forever. Every time they find a mistake or misrepresentation, they have to dig back at least 2 years through their numbers to correct the mistake or discrepancy.
Now that they have this partnership with a Chinese company who's legit, they need to make sure all their financial information is 100% accurate and squeaky clean to avoid any future restatements and lengthy audits.
Their partner is taking over 51% of the company so you know damn well they want Cardinals books to be top notch.
It's better to take the time now and make sure everything is good than to half ass it and have even more issues down the road.
My guess is that financials and CAMWATER will all come out at the same time. The financials will probably look horrid, so they would rather have good news to overshadow what is probably going to look ugly. Just my opinion though.
He didn't have the RedBird developed and patented until about 2009-2010. That's when he started working on getting contracts and financing. For me, the real company starts with the development of that product because that has the ability to be extremely profitable and is what makes this company attractive.
Kevin has a had limited resources and time since then.
Keep in mind, this is the first public company Kevin has owned and it has barely traded for more than 2 years.
Things are a lot different once shareholders and SEC regulations come into play.
I'm sure there has been a huge learning curve for this relatively brand new CEO of a public company.
Soon we will know the answers to those questions. This is a startup company trading on the pink sheets for a reason. They are behind and getting everything together. I mean the share price is only .01!!! You act as if this is a fortune 500 company trading at $50+.
If all the things you're demanding were already out this would be trading way higher and really be of any interest to anyone.
Everything will come out soon enough. We would all like it sooner rather than later, but restatements can be a long drawn out process.
Oh wait nevermind, Kevin Jones is also a computer hacker and hacked into a Government website and published that article recognizing his company for making international sales and exports without anyone knowing.
Man this guy is good. This has to be the most elaborate scam promotion I've ever seen. With all the costs of making fake redbirds, news broadcasts, paying actors, hacking into government websites, and whatever else he's been up to, he's going to need to pump the share price up to $1 just to break even.
He's been running this scam promotion since 2004, so he has really spent a lot of time, energy, and money trying to pull this thing off.
With all that time spent on running and promoting this scam, you would think he would just focus his efforts on making an actual, legitimate business.
What an evil evil man.
Are these paid actors and a fake news broadcast?
Kevin doesn't need to prove sales when the US Government is proving that for him.

Are these paid actors and a fake news broadcast?
Omg there are demo videos of older model Red Birds at African and South American sites.
He was showing off a new model today and he only made the video at the request of a shareholder. I wouldn't qualify that as a promotion.
How long can you make that guarantee for?
Certainly wasn't a paint job today. Lots of a great buying to close out the day. Investor confidence has to be a lot higher after seeing those videos.
In my opinion those videos really go a long way. It's the first time we've really been able to see the Red Bird system up close and in detail.
It was sarcasm
Classic pump and dump today. Insiders dumping massive amount of shares that's why it only closed up green 1.85% today. Kevin and his scam is so obvious!!!
See if you can get him to do a video tour of the facility, staff, and headquarters.
We would all love to know more about the inner workings of the company we're invested in.
