We don't know what MO is going to do to the 13m deal. But we know he lied about the future CBD oil business at least. According to the news released by DL about merger, iBrand will not exist any more after merger, and the new DL will focus on two things, which do not include CBD oil business.

I don't trust that Dreamlife either. Didn't bought IBRC for the dreamlife, will get rid of all shares once the PR about the 13m deal is out, if there is the deal.
If MO does do what you posted, nobody will take him to court? He does not know it is illegal to make up fake big deal and he may end up losing all the money he got from pumping his stock and being sent to jail?
I don't believe he is so bold to break law.
From that post, can you assume IBRC will go up? I didn't predict IBRC will go up or down, just don't care which direction it goes.
Is it a pump? Did I make up fake evidence to show people IBRC will go up?
Show me the link. I never said I want to pump up a stock for me to make money. I never pump or bash a stock. I don't make money from the loss of other people. I refuse to hurt others for my own benefit. I only say good words for a stock when I do believe it has good potential.
Helping people is what I try to do. If I am not able to help others, the bottom line I don't hurt anybody. I am peaceful to be a poor people as long as I don't hurt other.
I bet not. I guess they are trying to scare shareholders to dump so they can get in at really cheap price.
I don't even spend time posting anything in the boards of my other stocks which I feel safe with. I never waste one minute in a board of a stock which does not have potential to bring me benefits. Hard to understand why somebody spend so much time on a stock from which they have no plan to get a lot.
Based on common sense, and the ethic bottom line of mainstream in USA, I chose to trust them.
I bet on the personality of MO, iBRAND's sales director and their FB TWEETER team. I can afford to the loss if they disappoint me.
iBrand has not hidden the deal. Several people in the company, including CEO, sales director, iBrand team, already talked about it multiple times, from initial stage until the deal was finalized.
There might be some reason, they have not release an official PR yet.
If a CEO lies a little bit privately, it is understandable. But a CEO talked a year to public for one thing on multiple cases, and sales manager in the company also said the deal was finalized, then their FB and Tweeter team announced the 13m deal was finalized. All gave the same answer, all were consistent. Can Do some people in this board think all of them lied to public? This is beyond my knowledge. Lying to shareholders about big financial issue is a crime, not just immoral. How could a company hire so many bad liars? I do know some single liar, but have never met a team of liars in my life.
I prefer to believe that they all told the truth: they did have a 13m deal and filled it. And they do have CBD business.
But it is a reverse merger. According to the definition of reverse merger, the public company is only a shell company, which does not have much assets.
Do you mean they have to help Dreamlife go pubic in an easy way, iBrand has to be a shell, cannot have much money too meet the requirement of "reverse merger"? They have to wait for the reverse merger is done to release an official PR about the 13m deal?
What does the news in the this link mean?
https://www.bloomberg.com/press-releases/2017-03-23/ibrands-corporation-enters-final-stages-of-filling-13-million-cbd-order-initiates-joint-venture-discussions-with-a-famous-rap
iBrands Corporation Enters Final Stages of Filling $13 Million CBD Order;
Initiates Joint Venture Discussions with a Famous Rap Star
IRVINE, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 03/23/17 -- iBrands Corporation, Inc.
(OTC PINK: IBRC) is in the final stages of a $13 million CBD order.
"We opened escrow and are now finalizing the transportation of the
order," says Miguel Mixon, Director of Sales for iBrands. We expect
to have the order before the end of the month.
iBrand announced to news release "next week", "within 2 weeks" multiple times, but has not released formal PR so far. What is going on?
Cheers
I look at your post again. You are right. I misunderstood you. Sorry.
The asking is going to go up to 0.0012, maybe 0.0013 soon. Today is Friday, the drop of 0.0001 is not that much and not the first time either.
I still believe IBRC has chance to reach 0.002 or higher even if the 13m deal does not exist. So I am going to hold to see what's going to happen. My currently average is 0.0012 after taking away the 8k gains. So my frustration is not that serious.
Yes, a little bit. I gained 8k from IBRC so far. Don't want to lose it. If I lose all my gains and investment on this stock, I definitely will not be happy.
But my major investment is not on IBRC. I have about 3% investment here. So loss here cannot hurt me much. Still, I wish to keep what I already got, and make a little bit from the shares of IBRC I am holding now.
Cannot believe what you said. I have read a lot about this company, don't think it will be down at the end. It might down temporarily. In the long run, it will go up to much higher than now. This is for sure.
Not really. This is not the first time IBRC dropped to 0.001. It has been moving between 0.0009 and 0.003 for a while.
I still cannot believe the company lie about 13m deal. Still wait to see what they are going to say about the 13m deal and CBD business.
iBrand tweeted on April 21st, saying they would release news within 2 weeks about their business in the past, current and future. Today is 2 weeks from April 21st.
Merger is over. What are they waiting for?
Don't know how it is trading. But it is trading. At least not many people are selling.
Wait for MO to release the news about the 13m deal.
Was iBrand a public company?
Yesterday a poster said iBrand is a private company, and Dreamlife is a public one.
Read the link you posted, the reasons for a reverse merger:
"When a public company begins a decline into financial failure, the only asset left often is the legal public corporate shell. The most common reason for a reverse merger is the desire of a private company to quickly become a public company. "
Read it yourself. The whole thing talks about a public company cannot survive, has to rely on a private company. The reason why a private company merger with a public company is for its public shell.
Which one was a private company, which one was a public company between Dreamlife and iBrand? Was iBrand a public and Dreamlife a private?
From the link Like Gold provided, it seems iBrand is going to prosper, going to be a public company through DL, and DL will survive through merger with iBrand. If this is the case, it is consistent with the picture iBrand has been drawing for us.
Fund comes from the CBD business? Or just keep the DL alive, no fund.
The following is not what is going to happen here:
"The private company takes over controlling ownership of the stock of the public company and management of the company, usually changing the company's name to its own and changing the stock symbol. "
Yesterday DL team said Lay will be the CEO of the company, iBrand will not exist any more.
If what the link says is right, the Dreamlife is the one which cannot survive, and iBrand is the one who want to use the public company's shell.
"When a public company begins a decline into financial failure, the only asset left often is the legal public corporate shell.....The most common reason for a reverse merger is the desire of a private company to quickly become a public company. " This means iBrand is going to expand business.
They should say something today. This PR has been put away multiple times.
Today is 2 weeks from April 21st. Wait to see what iBrand will say about the 13m deal and their CBD business.

DL team posted today in this board saying iBrand does not exist any more. Lay is the CEO of this company now. He did not answer the questions whether the new company will continue the CBD oil business or not.
iBrand has posted a lot about CBD oil business constantly and consistently for about a year. 13m was announced already finalized. If they have never had 13m deal, have not got into CBD oil business, a decent and responsible person would not lie like that. Laws would not allow a company to lie so much and so seriously. But I don't know in USA, whether it is legal or not for companies to deceive public.
What my friend said is not convincing to me, and what Like Gold said is not reasonable. That is why I have been holding all my shares.
From what iBrand has been posted on the top of this board and facebook, tweeter, iBrand has been doing well in CBD oil business, and have good potential. Why do you say MO does things with struggling companies? I cannot understand why he gave up iBrand to Dreamlife if all the news he has released about CBD oil business is real. Everybody knows this is a profitable business.
Because I am holding a lot of shares, I am worried about that 13m deal and the company's continuous business in CBD field. I am not interested in Dreamlife at all. I have no evidence to show whether the 13m deal was completed as their tweeter said or it has never existed, and I don't know whether financial laws regulate companies performance or not in USA. I cannot bet with you.
What makes you believe that the 13m was real and will be completed? I wish you are right. My close friend who is very smart and knows a lot about penny stocks believes MO took all the valuable things away from iBrand, and there is no 13m for us.
If MO does deceive us, you don't need to apologize to anybody. If there was a 13m deal and finally executed, then MO is not a liar. In that case, you are supposed to apologize to him, because you have been bash him many times in this board. Why do you still call him liar and apologize only to the members here?
I wish you are wrong about this issue because I have been holding a lot of stock for a long time and waiting the PR.
Yes, why not?
Like gold has blamed for MO for lying in many posts. If he does not have reliable source of message, and makes up fake info intentionally, he is supposed to apology to MO, and stop posting fake message.
If Like Gold is correct, and MO does deceive us, Like Gold deserves a praise.
Wish MO does not lie about the 13m deal and continuous CBD oil business. It is too bad if he lied to us so many times about CBD oil deal. I don't care about merger, never bought the stock for the merger.
Is it legal for iBrand to lie to public so much?
See many companies are listed at bottom, don't see Strike Force is mentioned anywhere in the link.
It seems you were right -- We have been deceived by MO about the 13m deal. He either took the money away or there has never been that 13m deal.
Do you believe he is going to push the price up or tank the price for him to dump?
Agree with you. They have left too much public record about that 13m deal, cannot fool people about it any more.
Do you mean if they don't mention the 13m deal, the share price will go up although they never have that deal? If that is true, why do I care that 13m deal? All I care about is share price. As long as they can push share price up, I am fine no mater they have ever had that deal or not. I am not the agency which regulates this issue. If you care whether they really had a deal or not, and you have reliable evidence they never had that deal, why not take them to court?
The reality is they mentioned it again and again in this board, facebook and tweeter. In the April 21th tweeter, they mentioned their business in past.
I cannot image a company which can lie on the same thing constantly and consistently for over a year in public. It is illegal for a company to lie to public even once.
In their update next week, if they say the 13m deal was canceled, the stock will tank. MO has 5B shares, so he definitely does not like the price tank. Do you think they will say the deal was canceled or completed?
