1/2 hour ago I bought 2400 at an avg. of .1153. IMO, the drop was for loose hands and now the price should rise.
It is hard to calculate sellers vs buyers on these greys. But I was surprised most my orders were filled today at .04. It was quite an amazing day. Luckily I just received a bonus to purchase more and the rest will clear tomorrow.
I know there are fewer sellers, but my orders were coming in as if there were no others. There were others but I had one account pick up 7500 shares while the other was 8000 + 7500 + 300(filled from a 5000 order)
Out of todays trades, I was lucky enough to get these, while they have been harder to get filled in the past.
IMO, if we are on the greys much longer (without updates and new investor interest) the sellers will become impatient while the buy side also peters out. It is the natural transition. I'm looking at .035 next.
I don't think there are many buyers at .04 or above. All the bids were hit on my orders, although my last order only filled 300 out of 5000 shares. Maybe .035 tomorrow!
Some joker hit the sell on 300, now I need the other 4700 filled...LOL
Thanks, that was in two accounts 7,500 & 8,000. Just hit another 7,500 @ .04 a 20 minutes ago. I have another 5,000 I just put on and a larger order for under .04
I was lucky enough to get another 15,500 at .04. Somehow my Fidelity accounts hit well!
Just bought in some FOFU with a starter purchase. Glad they are going fully reporting. I joined in because my portfolio is heavy with one of FOFU's partners and this also looks promising. GLTA!
I read a couple other articles which were interesting, like the take on formaldehyde. However this article was rather poor on VitaCig. Some of his arguments used against the published study about the formaldehyde in vaping could be used against his Vitastik article.
My take was the main reason he hated it was because posters link to the VitaCig site. Also doesn't like there is no nicotine in it. Says they don't last and are low power (That is a joke, mine have worked great) Did he ever try one?
Admits he gets paid for the articles written, sometimes by companies whose products he likes. Receives checks so obviously has vaping industry (COMPETITION) connections.
Ha, this place gets too funny! Thanks to FergusM for creating an alias today to join in the discussion about the blog just discovered yesterday which rips Vitastik!
Uncanny ability to make your mark.
That's a GOOD buy!
Orders ARE being filled if you hit the seller's ask. I just picked up 7500 today but had to bid .045. I was @.040, but raised my bid...that's all, no uplist or conspiracy issues. If you want VTCQ, just be willing to pay what the market dictates that day!
No fear here, I just bought another 8,500 @ .04. Accumulated a little over 90,000 shares now. Gonna get more later this week if we are still on the greys. Might see .03 at this rate!
This version has PEG 400 (a form of propylene glycol) and Artificial Flavors listed as ingredients. This seems to be a previously developed product now under the umbrella of MCIG. Now we have joined forces with an established researcher and developer. IMO the non toxic version will be released later.
CBD Pens
Thanks New Old School, you are correct about that. Somehow I had the extension, not the actual 10-Q in my head.
Might be my new 4.0 to blame. Just got it the other day. Could be it messed up my memory for a moment...it works REAL good. :)
Anyways, I should have checked EDGAR before shooting that question off.
I'm resigned to thinking this stock is on the greys at least until the first quarterly report to the SEC. Now the question is; how much will VTCQ swing before AND after the release of the 10-Q?
It says it right on the back; CBD Oil, PEG-400, Artificial flavors.
OK...I'm very comfortable saying Accumulation Period
I picked up another 6,000 today at .045
I was going to order, but I saw it has artificial flavors. :(
The description of Grey Market also includes the Greys give the ability to trade prior to IPO. Helps MMs know the trading price before the IPO. Another requirement is that there is a dark-no news period. A true IPO company would be able to tell investors what they are doing!
It is so hard to predict what this might trade, but at .045 I had to get another 6,000! Nowhere but up IMO.
Wrong, no puts can be purchased on this stock.
I've got plenty of VTCQ since I had been buying since it started trading...on top of the divy. Today I had an extra $100 and put that towards another 800 MCIG for the first time since December. Between the 2 I'm sitting on just under 100,000 shares now. Disappointed it hasn't shot up, but happy to keep accumulating while they are down.
Wow, thanks for mentioning Vitastik at shops and elsewhere. Next time your spreading The Word on Vitastiks, just let all those shop owners know that the FDA doesn't have the authority to restrict the sale of Vitastiks. Watch their eyes light up with money on their minds! They will Thank You!
The FDA does not have to approve Vitastiks because they fall under Dietary Supplements. From the FDA.gov site;
Under DSHEA, a firm is responsible for determining that the dietary supplements it manufactures or distributes are safe and that any representations or claims made about them are substantiated by adequate evidence to show that they are not false or misleading. This means that dietary supplements do not need approval from FDA before they are marketed. Except in the case of a new dietary ingredient, where pre-market review for safety data and other information is required by law, a firm does not have to provide FDA with the evidence it relies on to substantiate safety or effectiveness before or after it markets its products.
Quite frankly I was quite surprised by your find about the website, but that doesn't change my sentiment on VTCQ/MCIG. While you have hit the bullseye on that one, I think the dartboard was completely missed on other points, not all - but some.
I can tell you are likely a good trader on stocks and is likely why you have revisited these postings again. MCIG's chart is consolidating and the other is ready to pop.
You are here looking for value, and that makes me even more confident about these stocks.
MCIG will be at the Denver 4/20 Event according to Snody. The Washington event seemed more geared toward growers and other support rather than much retail anyway.
Good find on the Aussie site. You brought up good points about the importance of image, which VTCQ/MCIG pride themselves on portraying. They attempt to do it through social media and celebrity contacts. But when it comes down to it, the sales/magin is always the bottom line.
I checked out the site myself and your absolutely right, it does charge $10 for the multipacks. Wow, quite a few could have been sold at a loss. Thanks for bringing it to the attention of those who might pass this on to management- if they don't read these posts tthemselves.
There is no excuse for that mix up, especially if this has been going on for a while. Nobody at the company did what you did, which was to check the work.
KUDOS TO YOU ON THAT FIND!
Vitacig...The New PUMP&DUMP....LMAO!
BTW, DJ Swivel was making VitaCig connections months ago. My Bad if I didn't clarify that for you.
WOW...THANKS!
Really??? I haven't seen this type of baiting from MCIG yet, although in a regular Pump & Dump that is quite common.
Months ago our Grammy winning Marketing Guru, DJ Swivel, was on Twitter mentioning the new connections abroad. IMO, he would not risk his reputation on a silly scheme like that. But thats just MY honest opinion.
I just purchased the 4.0 about 10 min ago. I'll compare it against the 3.0.
Looks like a more portable vape. It only has one temp setting. That shouldn't be a problem for on the go sessions!
Good luck! I added more during this last month for the liftoff.
dbg1969, are you sure your order is still, open? I didn't think that anything other than a Day Order was allowed on the greys.
Yes this is still a quiet period. There have been previous posts on this. VTCQ can not promote their stock according to SEC rules regarding the Grey Market. IMO, we can xpect some good news once on the OTCQB.
Thanks for clarification officerk, I didn't realize Climagrow already existed with a great reputation. That IS Great News!
Schedule 1 reclassification??? The judge might send this to Congress to legislate a different classification for mj, rather then the most s dangerous without medical benefits. Judgement likely within 30 days.
Your hunch is likely right. That .05 trade was for only 184 shares according to level 2. .07 traded just prior to that trade and several other trades prior. After .05 trade there were no more .07 trades.
I'm pretty sure there are no market orders on the greys. Buying or Selling need to have limits, at least that is my understanding.
There are a lot more buyers in .06-.07 range then sellers. Easy shares already bought and sold. Less than 100,000 shares traded yesterday. Now we could probably buy all day at .075 since the lower prices were already scooped up IMO. Simple supply/demand.
