The value of GRPS will now be determined by the value of its STNT shares. As STNT S/P goes, so will go GRPS. OF COURSE there will be no distribution of STNT shares to GRPS shareholders - that was never going to be the case!
HOLY CRAP!
Okay, I checked. Thanks. So far there's confirmation that there are indeed new officers of the company, and also that a lawyer who does mergers is one of them, and also someone who is involved with SunMed.
Otherwise, I don't see any filing or PR regarding a reverse merger. Not saying it's not coming... but to date it's supposition.
Just for background, I'm riding free shares, so I'm invested.
Is there a link that shows the reverse merger?
Gotta bash to make it crash.
Because you sold instead of hold.
Debt completely paid off within the 42M O/S of the company. Add the 160M issued to Gerpang, and we have 202M total O/S POST MERGER. While the converted shares are coming into the market, there is bound to be some downward pressure. NOW, factor the final share count into Gerpang's value, and we have a sure fire winner. NOW factor in that Gerpang's 160M are restricted for a period of time (they have to be), and we have a company worth hundreds of millions of $$$$ with max 42M shares (at most) float. AT THE TIME OF THE MERGER, which has already occurred.
Actually, up over 1,000% in 12 trading days! Unless YOU bought at the high that is! lol!
Strange you say that, seeing as anyone who has done an ounce of DD knows what the share structure is.
Right! LOL!
Why is that funny?
You should probably brush up on your understanding of a DEAD CAT BOUNCE! lol! Here, I'll help you.
A dead cat bounce is a temporary recovery from a prolonged decline or a bear market that is followed by the continuation of the downtrend. A dead cat bounce is a small, short-lived recovery in the price of a declining security, such as a stock. Frequently, downtrends are interrupted by brief periods of recovery — or small rallies — where prices temporarily rise. The name "dead cat bounce" is based on the notion that even a dead cat will bounce if it falls far enough and fast enough.
It's not an opinion - it's a tactic.
Go for it! Short all you can afford! See you at $1.
Proof? Because they haven't filed YET? They just completed the merger. They're given time to file.
Come on, admit it. You're the one who bought .68! lol!
Wait till the last 15 minutes or so. People who work all day haven't yet seen the news drop that this is a done deal. They will.
Just market makers keepin' it fluid!
Thanks. I'm a writer. lol!
Yup!
Patience. Shares are trading hands, from the speculative/make-a-quick-buck to the longer term/cautious investor. Within a day or two (if not today), this will begin its meteoric rise to new heights!
I love it when people speak of the future like they know it already. Tells me that they don't know very much. This price will go uptrend for a while....but never in a straight line! lol!
Saint Savior of Investors! lol!
You're not replying to ME are you? I'm in this.
You're not THAT ignorant. It's a merger ---- a reverse merger. Something of value going in to an almost worthless shell, in order to become publicly traded. Technically, SPOM is "acquiring" Gerpang.
Wrong board!
Wrong board!
Could you maybe supply one single link? Otherwise I just have to assume all this "advice" is coming out of the wrong end! lol!
Oh, they don't need to PR or file ON THAT DAY in order to complete the task!
He bought back in, so no bashing until after he sells! lol!
Did you say it out loud in your bedroom? lol!
Ok, we get it, you sold your shares yesterday for some profit (like you told us). Now you can't stand the idea that SPOM takes off, "robbing" you of what could have been monstrous gains. Just buy in again, is my advice - oh yeah, that's what you're going to do, you just want to get the cheapest price possible. Good luck to you!
Be aware: Revenue = total $$$ brought in
Gross revenue = total $$$$ brought in - cost of goods sold
Earnings = Gross revenue - overhead (administration, etc.) - interest
They said they had convertibles to pay off. Not much, 1.2M shares.
That might be why there is minimal diluting going on right now - to pay off all debt, making the shell perfectly clean. It won't take much!
The PR reads "will own 80% of the fully diluted shares." Now I could be wrong, but I read that to mean 80% of the AS, not OS. Meaning Gerpang will hold, or have right to 80% of (approx) 400M shares, or 320M shares. The other 80M are (or will be) available.
HaHa! Just KDNG! lol!
Could be a rocket ship tomorrow!
LOLOL! Yeah, you're like me...hate to see the stock continue to rise after I sell! lol
Once a buyer for the product is secured, it is delivered to a ship, and payment is made. It's called F.O.B. (Freight On Board). I used to buy product from China, and if you want to avoid the middle man, you've got to buy it direct from the manufacturer that way. Therefore, the only remaining expense(s) are harvest, bundling, and transportation to port.
Sure is acting that way!
