Has anyone ever seen a suspended stock resolve their differences with the SEC and get back off the greys? I haven't but was wondering if they ever back down

They do seem to be attempting to clear up any discrepancies with this latest filing. They are certainly trying to resolve the situation, that's a good sign.

Less scammy than most on the OTC imo, lol. Real business, actual revenue. The old biz plan died but this one has legs. Easy 0.002 from these levels. Proceed with caution is always good advice but worth a trade.

The problem is that if you manage to kill the R/S or stop an increase to an A/S, then the business will probably fail anyway. It would create a short term run though and some would get some money back

I don't usually give firm advice but in this case, I say hold, I'm holding every share until at least 0.001 as a starting point.

We've waited too long to sell for one or two ticks and this has a lot more to give yet. If news doesn't come tomorrow (which is likely as you say), there's always next week and the run will be great. We've hit 100% as a HOD and may close there but so much more to go yet with this one.

This is talking as someone who is holding a substantial amount here and I'm not giving up one share yet.

Biggest scam that I've ever had the misfortune to buy into. I don't care whether they are just misguided and this business is ridiculously expensive to run compared to the results or whether it is an all out effort to steal money, either way it should not be allowed. They've either spent our money unwisely or stolen it.

The progress today has been great, I expected a fall back and it only went to 4s/5s and now the 5s are falling again. A close at .0006 would be a great start here.

News will make this one fly and it's imminent now.

True. Look at the bid forming at 4s, big action today from nowhere. I think it has a few chasing the run. Hopefully some of the bid moves to slapping the ask once everyone realizes they can't get 4s and we can move a little higher for now.

GRAS is shaping up again. Lots of signs that news and a run are coming. It just went active with NV SOS again which is a good sign and there was high volume a couple of days ago and the price maintained. When it moves, it will move quick and be an easy 200% run.

Looks like we got that small amount of green on VPOR and it's back on track! Looking good for the rest of the week! I'm always glad I'm patient with these ones, only the dumb will have sold today.

I'm a patient man so no worries. It's looking much better now but unfortunately I didn't have anything else to put in right now, I'm waiting on a couple of other plays to go heavier on VPOR.

A small amount of green on VPOR would be good for now and it looks like we're headed there!

My opinion (and only take it as that) is that they had a few issues following this acquisition mainly that they are trying to evolve a pizza buffet bar concept that is more seasonal than a traditional pizza outlet. The lousy winter weather in Ohio impacted on revenue at just the wrong time as they were evolving and looking to open up franchises.

They then probably decided to knuckle down and make a much better Q2 and keep working on the franchises, particularly trying to get them open in an all round good weather location (hence Florida in the pr).

This one has required a great deal of patience but real businesses don't spam pr in the same way as scams so we need to be patient a little while longer until they have some real news to kickstart this one again. The increased volume and new activity says to me we don't have much longer to wait.

I do still like the business concept as do the people who visit their locations so I'm hopeful this will do well.

I'll try and show restraint here and assume you haven't had the bad experiences that most have had. Absolutely no doubt that he has no concern for shareholders, present or past. How can anyone claim a concern for shareholder value and then R/S and dilute a stock back down towards no bid from a starting price of 0.05 post R/S? No one is making money on this one. Would anyone make money buying at 0.0002 or 0.0003? I don't know but I doubt it.

If he gives news just before the R/S, it will be to max the A/S and stop it from going no bid too early.

The interesting play here is post R/S but I'm not sure if I have enough faith left to even bother trying it then. So many better stocks out there where the management do allow people to make money even during dilution.
