Just curious....

There are many reasons why company's have to non register. Much of it pertains to growing costs for compliance. Some times a footing is needed by a corporation before taking that step to the next level!!!! Unlike our government we must be able to pay our bills and employees. We do not have an endless bucket of money to borrow and borrow, again and again.

I own two corporations and we run into more and more regulations every year. They don't create one job while adding costly red tape and bureaucracy . In reality they costs jobs.

No blanket statements here.

The attorney is handling this...

This reflects an increase however not the point where it was shut down at.

Stocks are making moves like this all summer. The real jumps came from the reporting of revenues, earnings, and a follow up conference call. Which IS A GOOD THING FOR SHAREHOLDERS NOT BAD!!!
