NTMG is rebounding here at the .44 level. I suspect the Company is in the midst of satisfying the Pinks re quarterly and will have it to them as we speak I am hoping, or have been told. The members up at Bullmoose are probably creating a buzz as the prepare for harvest of our metal. I suspect we will climb back up to levels we saw a week ago.
The Grassroots report has a target of .82 but I suspect it will be much higher now with the Valentine property aquisition; perhaps $1.20'ish? Will need to hear from the GrassRoots people on this.

Looks like we are in for a pretty decent week!! I still am a big fan of these guys as they are far more advanced to mine gold then most Pink Gold Co's.
Lets hope that the Caveat Emptor gets lifted once NT meets the demans of PinkSheets.com; I believe they will. This type of thing usually creates fear among investors. However, I still believe that this company has the goods to deliver as the Bullmoose property is a gem. Hold on folks, I truly believe we will be fine here.
Pullback here, I am a buyer! This is crazy.... Cheap shares being sold off with much going on here with this company. I do not understand as the Company is to be filing their financials at this time.
We have held firm here around 45 cents. Currently sitting at 46 cents. Again, here is why I continue to like NTMG:
• The Company has an exciting asset-based portfolio. Through its subsidiary, it is currently planning to re-activate the prolific Bullmoose Mine Property that has historically produced large quantities of gold. In addition to the gold reserves, the property also has diamond potential.
• Based on independent engineering studies and management estimates, the current value of the Bullmoose reserve is over $35 million. This is based on an estimated proven recoverable reserve base of approximately 85,000 tons of ore and estimated gold prices of $1,000.
• In addition to re-opening the Bullmoose Mine, NT Mining plans to expand its gold exploration asset base through acquisitions. The Company’s criterion for selection of projects is based on an abundant resource base that can be profitably developed.
• NT Mining recently announced that it has finally negotiated its second gold property. Located on Valentine Mountain in southern Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada, this acquisition will allow the Company to reduce costs, diversify operating risks, increase profitability, and focus on year-round production.
• The Company’s management has considerable experience in operating small, high-grade mining companies in the exploration, development and processing of mineral resources. Management’s additional expertise in the field of fund raising, negotiations, conducting due-diligence and managing a public company bode well for its future.
• Declining gold discoveries, rise in demand and prices and increasing importance of gold as a global investment alternative have resulted in renewed focus on gold assets across the globe. Gold is one of the most credible and economically proven sources of stable long term investment.
• Continuing economic growth in emerging markets such as China, Brazil and India along with the declining strength of the dollar and other world economic crisis are likely to keep pressure on the demand-supply situation of gold.
• The Company’s current property is a low-risk high-return asset model. Capital required to re-open the Bullmoose Mine is minimal. Funding of a $2.5 million financing agreement will allow the Company to advance development on its promising gold project and acquire additional properties.
--------------------------------
Do your Due Dilligence before buying this stock. I think its going to be a good one in the months to follow.
This may be the reason for todays pullback...
I have spoken to a close associate of mine who is also in this stock. He has spoken to management today and questioned/advised them of the market conditions re NTMG. Apparently NT had failed to file their quarterly on time and Pink Sheets marked them last night as "Caveat Emptor". Management advised my associate that they had the filing completed two weeks ago but due to the hectic schedule recently regarding the Valentine aquisition and planning the logistics at Bullmoose etc, they failed to get it filed. That it is with the lawyers office this date and should be Edgarized today/tomorrow hopefully.
So, its my opinion that this is why there was a pullback today and in fact, may be a great buying opportunity. Continue to do your DD first though. I continue to feel that the fundamentals are there with this Company and that we may be in for a great summer on the mining front.
Hopefully things get ironed out here near term re Filing.
FYI all...
Down today for NT, did not see this coming! I managed to pick up a few shares at .44 here. I do believe this will move up from here as more eyes start to see this play and the potential that it has.
I feel it has great potential, some may not. Its a no brainer to me. July will be interesting and overall, I am not concerned.
Rice, I agree that this stock could run further based on what I believe the company has in assets and their eagerness to get busy. Yes, the market cap could hit 50 and it would not surprise me one bit as we watch things unfold here over the next 2 - 4 months. Monies can be made on the upside and, from time to time, on the downside as well.
I will never say that the stock is only heading up.... as pullbacks are common. I dont have a crystal ball and I cant say where we will be one year from now. However, I am impressed with what these guys have done to date and I like gold right now and for a pinkie, possibly switching to the OTCBB hopefully so...... This has great potential to be a strong up and coming Gold Company. We shall see brother.
Thanks for your post.
Lets see how things go in the month of July.
Again, I disagree with your outlook on NTMG. Just because the Grass Roots people put out a report on NT doesnt mean it will follow the other stocks you mention. NT is the real deal IMHO as they have a decent gold play(s)(Bullmoose & Valentine) with proven reserves and large potential. Now they officially have the Valentine Property in their quiver which will be a value add. No doubt that time will tell.
I like this Company and see huge potential here. If you are shorting this stock Glen, you will be sorry.
The share price has had a slow and steady rise here, unlike some of the other stocks mentioned that run hard right off the hop then fall off.
This will be a slow and steady play I believe. People nead to do their own analysis and DD before they buy.
Best of luck to you and no hard feelings.
GrassRoots Report / Valentine >>
Here are some points from the recent GrassRoots report that came out earlier this month on NT Mining. I found these points relating to the Valentine Property this morning and, if aquired by NT, would raise their target level from its current .82 evaluation.
I have listed them in order as I found them:
1) Note: Our current valuation does not include the additional potential from the expected acquisition of the gold mining property in Valentine Mountain, which could add up to $0.28 - $0.31 per share to the current price target.
2) Recent announcement of Company’s intent to acquire options in Valentine Mountain mines further strengthens our outlook.
3) NT Mining recently announced that is in the process of negotiating terms with the signing a Letter of Intent to acquire options in a gold property located on Valentine Mountain. Located in southern Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada, the mine site has proven gold reserves that can be economically explored. Management estimates that this property could hold over 17,000 ounces of gold which could be mined at a minimal operational
cost of $850,000. This project consists of nine cell mineral claims which are spread across approximately 2,867 hectares. The
project surrounds the Valentine Mountain and is located 20 kilometers northwest of Sooke, B.C. on southern Vancouver Island. The property is underlain entirely by high grade metamorphic rocks of the Pacific Rim Terrane, which hosts several minor past producers of gold, silver and copper.
4) As a matter of fact, if the Company acquires the Valentine Mountain property, its equity value shall rise by additional $15.0
million. Any additional acquisition of properties or other related companies will expand the Company’s top-line. The demand for gold is likely to continue to grow, both from investment perspective and as an effective hedge against economic uncertainties.
FYI
Ironic!!!!! PR today >>>>
This is a booster today, nice!!!
NT Mining Corporation (PINKSHEETS: NTMG) (the Company) reports that it has signed a formal agreement with Mill Bay Ventures Inc. to acquire a 100% interest in mining tenures located on Valentine Mountain on the south coast of British Columbia, Canada.
The basic terms of the agreement include a 3-year option lease to own, and payment will be a combination of cash, equity, and work commitments over the 3-year term of the lease.
The Valentine Mountain property includes an existing portable mineral processing mill, which will be available and utilized for production testing purposes on all NT Mining's current and future projects. The mill will be on a seasonal basis and it will be transported to the Northwest Territories this summer for the anticipated reopening of production of the Company's Bullmoose Mine. NT Mining is also planning on commencing a drilling program for Valentine Mountain project this year subject to the availability of the necessary funding.
End.
Valentine Property DD
I am posting the below info to show the potential of the Valentine Property that NT Mining is attempting to obtain.
NOTE: This is from another Gold Company (Mill Bay Ventures); their link to the below information is at the bottom of this post.

BRITISH COLUMBIA
Valentine Mountain, Vancouver Island.
The Valentine Mountain claims, located 40 miles west of Victoria on southern Vancouver Island, cover approximately 7,084 acres (2,867 hectares) along a trend estimated at 7km long and 500m wide. The property hosts a historic mineral resource, known as the Discovery Zone, with an estimated 30,660 tonnes grading 14.7 grams (0.473 ounces) of gold per tonne (not NI 43-101 compliant). The claims also host one gold quartz vein developed prospect, known as the Braiteach zone, and at least six additional gold quartz vein occurrences. The exploration target model for the property is the Bralorne Gold Mine south-central British Columbia, with past production of 7.3 million tonnes averaging 18 grams of gold per tonne. This historic operation yielded 129 million grams, or 4.2 million ounces of gold. over its long mine life.
The Valentine Mountain area was first mined in the 1860s, when placer gold was discovered in its numerous stream drainages. According to historical accounts, nuggets up to 1 ounce and a total production of 10,000-20,000 ounces of gold may have been sluiced from gravel/bedrock contacts along gravel bars of the Leech River. The principal bedrock source of Leech River gold may be from the area of Valentine Mountain (MINFILE 092B108), located directly west and uphill from the placer district. Therefore, the main target mineral deposit type for the Valentine Mountain Project is mesothermal quartz vein deposits, as described in BC Mineral Deposit Profile I01 Au QUARTZ VEIN.
More recently, Valentine Mountain has been explored sporadically since 1976, including work by Falconbridge and Noranda. Results over period have included a number of high-grade showings in trenching and diamond drilling. Based on a March 10, 2008 technical report Jacques Houle, P.Eng., Mill Bay is considering a multi-faceted, C$5.2 million exploration program to include
mapping, sampling, trenching, diamond drilling and drifting.

FYI
Arnold Bock, Gold Analysts states...
"No wishful thinking here! As I see it gold is going to a parabolic top of $10,000 by 2012 for very good reasons:
a) Sovereign debt defaults,
b) Bankruptcies of “too big to fail” banks and other financial entities,
c) Currency inflation and devaluations,
d) Precious metals market manipulation,
e) Insufficient physical supply, and
f) The need for a safe haven investment refuge,
All of the above will lead to rampant price inflation and drive precious metals bullion and mining stock to unimagined heights."

__________________________________________________________
As Gold continues to move upward, this should reflect well on all mining stocks, including NTMG! This will be a very exciting summer for the company as they begin their mining of the ore on their property and continue further exploration up at BullMoose. If they can land the Valentine Mountain property, this will add much value to the company and the stock. I hope they get moved off the Pinks and onto a more respectable board as that is where they need to be with this type of story.
Looking forward to another great week.
PR out Today-- 06/25/10
NT Mining Corporation (PINKSHEETS: NTMG) (the Company) reports that it has begun preparations to establish a full camp at its Bullmoose Mine site in preparation for production in the coming weeks.
The Company has assembled a work crew, equipment, provisions and a 10 man tent and has arranged and scheduled to be transported to the city of Yellowknife in the Northwest Territories on June 28th. From there, the transportation of all personnel and equipment to the company's property and site of the mine will be via Beaver aircraft on June 30th. The crew will then setup the camp and equipment and begin pre-production work on the property.
FYI
To Rice: I disagree...
Re: 400K - I believe NT Mining paid about $480,000 for the Bullmoose property plus an agreed upon amount of shares; 5 mil or around there I have in my notes. Basically, NT negotiated an amazing deal for their shareholders. I believe the previous company that owned the Bullmoose mine had spent upwards of 25-30 million on the property; some of those funds spent at that time were raised through the sale of actual mined gold from Bullmoose as I understand it. Dont ask me why the sale took place for a less amount from which was initially spent. Was it between friends???? No idea...
Yes, do your own DD. have you called the Company yet? Here is their office number - 604.249.5001. Shoot me a post with your findings so that we can compare notes pls.
Perhaps you can ask them the same things that you are raising here. Suggestion - read the Grass Roots Report and browse their corporate web site before you call so that you can better question them with the facts that are publicly stated. I think you will be as satisfied as I am at this time.
Bob Hughes is a major mining man with years and years of experience in the business. Read his short bio on the NT web site. Jordan is a sharp cat as well, perhaps not as well seasoned as Bob by major dynamic and appears to be a good leader for NT right now (obviously). I have talked to both these men over the past while on 2 occassions. They impress me, perhaps you might not like them...your call.
I like where the share price is...who wouldnt??...unless you are trying to short it. Anything could happen here with the PPS, I have zero control over that.
Yes, people need to do their DD and not invest any monies that they can not afford to lose!!
Im waving the flag here on iHub no doubt. Am I a fan of NT? I am.... as I like what they are doing with their new company, i see the potential in the Bullmoose property and Im a bit of a diamond fan. Also, if they can secure the Valentine Property, I will really be excited as this will be an added value feature for investors.
Hope that addresses your points Rice. Have a good weekend
Genoil has a ton of information on their web site. I truly feel that this is one play worth investigating as they really seem to have the technology and it would not be a surprise if BP, under public pressure to involve companies like this, contacts Genoil about their sand/oil cleaner. I have been quietly accumulating a few more shares at these levels. Waiting for the next pr.
This potentially could be a strong day for NT as there appeared strength on the bid side into the close and the voulme was 1.5 million. Next week "could" be even better. I do not mean to pump as this is not my intention. Do your own homework on this play and decide for yourself where the value lies.
Can this company finally pull it off, and where is a resoasonable level for the share price to be floating around are the questions to ask yourself. Personally, I say that we should be at $1.00 near term and then float back and forth withing .10 - .15 cents for the time that leads into production.
The asset base for NT is phenominal ( see recent Grass Roots report ), and the latest trek from .30 cents to where we currently sit, is a sign that investors want to hold this stock for its gold value and diamond possibilities. Also, if the Valentine property gets secured, then I would raise my level much higher due to its asset base i.e gold deposits.
In the meantime, I still think we are going see this stock move into stronger hands and continue with its high volume days like what we saw this week. Keep reading up on the company as best as possible before you invest in this play guys!
Where is everybody?? This stock is really holding up nicely here and was able to close at fifty one cents. The level 2 really perked up with 10 minutes left in the day with a strong support at .50 with many market makers finding there level there. Great volume as well. The word is still getting out on NT; they are even discussing it on Twitter!!!
Its a pink stock no doubt, but the difference here I think is that the company has "landed" a very nice fish, while other companies on the pinks are only talking about the fish they are going to catch, or the fish that was once in the boat, or that their sister company has a fish and they are getting a piece of it.
NT Mining has the Gold and if they succeed in aquiring the Valentine Mt property, the fish they have in the boat will then be that much more prized.
Continue to do your own due dilligence on this play as their corporate web site has allot of valuable insightful information; plus the Grass Roots report from a few days ago.
Still believing that BP and Genoil are going to work something out which will help our situation tremendously. Holding strong.
NTMG hits .50 today. Nice to see..... Not a surprise.....lots going on here. Waiting to hear about the Valentine property because if that deal gets done, the value of NT will go up, thus reflecting favourably on our share price. Another word that doesn't get mentioned here that might make this company really rock..... Diamonds! Great days ahead I think...
Nicely said moose on the pullback and the dd on the grass roots report. There is allot of good information on the NT web site as well. This might be another interesting day based on the large volume from yesterday of over 3 million shares. These guys have finally pulled It off, and with the Valentine property pending, this could get real interesting. Still under valued at this time, not to mention Cohens evaluation of .82 cents !!
NTMG hits .499 today!
NTMG hits .45 today! Keeps movng up. The Grass Roots report that came out yesterday has NT Mining valued at .82 without the Valentine Property. Getting very interesting.
First of all, Cohens report on NT isnt fluffy in any way. Its states facts and opinions that I feel represent the company fairly. The other campaigns that have gone out on NT were 3rd party generated and the company has little to no control over them.
Are there ounces of gold at Bullmose? If there is none, we have a problem. However, that sceneraio is far from the truth as Bullmoose has been properly analyzed for gold reserves as completed by Ross Grunwald P.Eng., 1984.
The financials in the company are going to change dramatically here in the near future in my opinion as they begin to harvest the fruit from their garden.
The Valentine property would be a great addition and I hope it gets finalized soon, which is a "value ad on ".
Its a new day for NT Mining. Cash in the bank or equity on/in the ground, what's the difference. This isnt a bio-tech with an idea to cure cancer. The gold on both my ring fingers is the same thing that this company now has in their possession. This gives investors a bit more confidence in the worth of a company, rather then what they find in the co's financials. Gold companies are great and very different in this capacity; I have done well with these types of plays.
Grassroots report gives a target of .82 cents pre Valentine aquisition. Could it reach this level?? Will see here... If NT can solidify the Vanentine Mountain property, I would say yes. Time will tell.
I hear ya, but these our my thoughts....
Nice Level 2 on NTMG >>
Right now, i see the following on level 2 for NTMG:
7 market makers between .40 through to .414 ( very strong )
6 market makers between .419 & .50
Will see what happens here.
For your information.
NTMG has the goods now, not before....BUT Now! Gold is the sector and if/once these guys migrate from the pinks to OTCBB, will make this play that much more solid. The Cohen report is a good overal analysis on NT based on Ounces on site and the current price of gold. FYI
PR today-Grass Roots Report + Target
LAS VEGAS, NV -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 06/22/10
NT Mining Corporation (PINKSHEETS: NTMG) (the Company) reports that Grass Roots Research and Distribution, Inc. (Grass Roots) has issued a positive analysis summary of the Company and raised its long term target price to $0.82 from the closing price of $0.33 on June 8th when the report was issued.
The Grass Roots analysis of growth estimates in the report assumes that NTMG will successfully raise approximately $2.5 million in funds in fiscal 2010: "Based on an average of these methods, NTMG common stock is valued at $0.82 per share, 147.2% higher than the current market price of $0.33."
The new analysis and projections follows several recent positive news announcements issued by the Company:
Note: This current valuation does not include the additional potential from the expected acquisition of the gold mining property in Valentine Mountain, which could add up to $0.28 - $0.31 per share to the current price target.
The Grass Roots report project revenues of approximately $4.8 million for fiscal year end December 31, 2011 and $28.4 million by 2016. Margins are likely to expand as the Company's assets are concentrated in low cost producing areas. The Company expected to be cash flow positive by 2012.
The Cohen Price Target is calculated using market-based multiple valuation, Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and by applying the Cohen Price Performance Index approach. The multiple based valuation approach uses the expected 2010 Price-to-Earnings and Price-to-Capital Employed ratio. This report also include the Cohen Price Performance Index, which is representative of the past coverage performance of all stocks evaluated by us. The last component in calculating the Cohen Price Target is the value derived using the long-term Cohen Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) valuation approach.
Based on an average of these methods, NTMG common stock is valued at $0.82 per share, 147.2% higher than current market price of $0.33.
The entire Grass Roots Research report can be viewed by clicking on the following link: http://www.grassrootsrd.com/grassrootsrd/Reports/NT_Mining_Corporation_06_08_2010.pdf
Grass Roots has been compensated by NT Mining Corp. for the preparation of the report which includes a complete compensation disclosure.
What a great day of trading. Just a little over 3 million shares closing at .405. I enjoyed watching the large cross at around 3:45 EST - 468,000 share cross at .4091. Obviously there is some serious accumulation going on here.
I continue to believe this might be a large winner here as the chart has been on fire now for 2/3 weeks now. I hope the Company can get off the pink sheets and over to a more respectable exchange where there will be more exposure for them at that time. Hopefully they will try.
If they can lock in the Valentine property on Vancouver Island, this will add tremendous value to the company and should reflect positively & accordingly on the share price as well.
I truly believe this is going to be an exciting week for NT Mining. It is a little hard to believe that there are such few posts on this NT board. That tells me something as well i.e whose buying! I expect an increase in posts soon as the word gets out to all the basement traders, which I really dont think has happened yet but will from my experience.
Do your own investigating on these guys first before you jump in as an investor! After I did my full DD, I was convinced back in early May 2010.
Time will tell; Im feeling good about this one. Lets see what the rest of the week brings.
39 X 39.5 now, moving up nicely.
NTMG hit .39 this a.m, nice! Here is what I know to date...This may assist new investors...
1) The Company is presently mobilizing equipment to clear roads in Yellowknife along with an airstrip, and to clean up the site for the milling facilities.
2) The gold-bearing leftover ore are not tailings and that the company intends on processing the ore pile this summer and fall as soon as they can transport equipment onto the site.
3) That the Company will use a crusher and jigs to process the surface stockpiled ore this season.
4) Independent studies (See Primary Engineering Reports) estimate up to 15,000 ton of ore can be processed prior to incurring actual mining costs, probably in less than 100 days. http://www.ntminingcorp.com/planned-operations.php
5) During their first phase of production, NT’s goal is to process the ore piles, dewater the mine, open and rebuild the mine, and start a new drilling program.
6) That the actually mining will start sometime in 2011 after they finish processing all the leftover ore piles.
7) Historical drill results and mining potential info can be found under the Technical Report on the Bullmoose Gold Project, prepared by Marvin A. Mitchell, P. Eng. on the NT website.
8) For a recap.... Gold production/March 1986 and June 1987, was cut short by a major fire which destroyed the operational capabilities. Terra mined and milled an estimated 54,350 tons of ore which produced some 20,001 ounces of gold. That production and subsequent research persuaded NT Mining to achieve control of the property. Acquisition of 100 percent of the shares in Bullmoose Mines Ltd. was completed in September, 2008. Management stated historical studies indicate that up to one million ounces of gold may be recoverable from the existing Bullmoose mineral lease and management believes this figure could increase to 3 million ounces upon completion of planned lease area expansion.
FYI all...
Nice to see us hit .38 cents this am. This is moving again based on the nice PR this am of additional gold reserves at their Bullmoose Property in British Coulmbia, Canada.
Also, lots of good information on NT Mining at their corporate web site at www.ntminingcorp.com .
This is going to be an interesting summer to say the least.
NT Press release out today, view >>
LAS VEGAS, NV, Jun 16, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- NT Mining Corporation (PINKSHEETS: NTMG) (the Company) reports that based on engineering reports prepared and several exploration trips between 2008 and 2009, management believes that there may be more ore in the existing surface piles on the Company's owned Bullmoose Mine site than had previously been estimated, 15,000 tons. The exact tonnage has yet to be determined.
Management is raising revenue estimates for its Bullmoose gold mine located in the Northwest Territories of Canada based on revised value estimates of ore found in surface piles by crews in the last 2 years and the increased price of gold.
The previous closure of the milling operation left behind approximately 45,000 tons of mined gold-bearing ore, one third of which is stored on the surface where it can easily be accessed for production. The remainder was stored below ground. Management estimates the 30,000 tons below ground has an average ore grade of at least 0.24 ounces per ton.
About NT Mining Corporation:
NT Mining Corporation is an exploration and development company conducting operations through its wholly owned Canadian subsidiary "Bullmoose Mines Ltd." The company's primary asset is the former producing "Bullmoose Gold Mine." The company plans to re-activate the mine upon completion of the necessary financing and commence operations in the summer of 2010. The mine consists of one mineral lease of 395 acres and 4 mineral claims of 4,771 acres, totaling 5,166 acres. Historical reports show a potential reserve of 1 million ounces of gold (Ross Grunwald P.Eng., 1984) is possible on the mineral lease. Management believes with the expanded area of 4 additional mining claims in 2007, that upon completion of an expanded drilling program over the new claims, and on existing known vein structures, a potential of 3 million ounces of gold reserve is possible at the Bullmoose mine. To view a Geological technical report on the property, please click on the following link:
http://ntminingcorp.com/reports/MitchellReport2008.pdf
We are now at .37 X .372 as it continues to move up on good volume ( 485,000 shares ).
Nice to see a .365 share price this a.m. I feel this could be a very strong week for the Company.
8 great reasons to love NTMG> here >
• The Company has an exciting asset-based portfolio.
• NT Mining recently announced that it is negotiating the acquisition of a second gold property.
Funding of a $2.5 million financing agreement will allow the Company to advance development
on its promising gold project and acquire additional properties.

Do your Due Dilligence before buying this stock. I think its going to be a good one in the months to follow.
A new Stock Report on NTMG here...
Not that I’m a huge fan of stock reports coming out from a dot com stock related company that I have not heard of before, regardless....I found this one yesterday that read well and discussed some of the fundamentals about NT Mining that I have always liked and appreciated. It can be viewed at:
www.thestreetpennystocks.com/report
Some of the targets might be a little premature and typical... I do however see great potential here with NT based on the amount of gold ore they have already sitting at the Bullmoose mine ready to be processed, the potential gold in the surrounding area……… and the fact that the NT Mining properties might be host to a kimber diamondiferous pipe which would be a tremendous bonus and add much value to this company that already bares such a low float in public shares traded.
I do agree we are undervalued here at .35 cents; however I would be a little skeptical in these double digit price targets this early in the game. I appreciate the enthusiasm but I’m cautious about making such high predictions at this time. Do your own due diligence on this…
We are in a good position right now.
Regards
We are again holding firm here at the .34 level. I believe the Company will be very precise and careful here at this time with getting the appropriate news out at the right time. I do believe that the news that we want to hear will in fact occur as these guys have been shooting straight as an arrow thus far.
Here is what I continue to like about NT Mining and is why I continue to show my support here as an investor:
1. Past studies indicating up to “one million” ounces of gold is recoverable from the existing Bullmoose property and that NT believes that figure could increase to three million ounces upon completion of planned lease area expansion. Do the math folks, the potential for allot of revenue exists up there at Bullmoose! NT has stated that when they are ready to roll, they will contract with a qualified mining Company to assist them. (I also like the fact that there is still equipment ready to go at the Bullmoose property.) The recent 2.5 mil first-phase financing will assist them here along the way.
2. That the previous company, after the fire, left behind 45,000 tons of mined gold-bearing ore, one third of which is stored on the surface where it can easily be accessed for production and the rest of it is stored below ground. NT estimates the 30,000 tons below ground have an average ore grade of at least 0.24 ounces per ton.
3. NT advises that in the first 100 days of operations, the company will be in a position to generate 6 million dollars in revenue from the ore left at the mine from the 1990’s. This is not a common situation people!!!
4. That NT is proactive in the “prep” stages as it continues to get its ducks in a row i.e. the recent application for a mining road to the Mackenzie Valley Land and Water Board.
5. The possible addition of the Valentine Mountain property in southern British Columbia will only add to the value of the Company as this area, located on Vancouver Island near Victoria, is a strong prolific gold area that has not been fully harvested. I would not underestimate the value of this Valentine Property for one minute. I am hoping that the current letter of intent to purchase moves through to fruition. Would be a great addition.
6. In the mid 1990s, the previous company identified over 30 targets indicating the presence of diamonds (or kimberlites). Subsequent reports have suggested all targets are worthy of further exploration, including eight which management believes have potential to host significant kimberlite deposits. The North West Territories is Canada’s playground for diamond harvesting.
7. For a full report on the Bullmoose Property, please see the attached link. This report was done by M. Mitchell in 2008 and is a good overview to the huge potential that lays before us. Bit of a lengthy read. View: http://www.ntminingcorp.com/primary-engineering-reports.php
Looking forward to the next few months here!!
FYI as I thought the above information might be helpful to new viewers here.
I am in this play as well. I have extreme confidence that Genoil is going to get a contract out of this unfortunate disaster, perhaps not just with BP but with gulf bordering states in order to clean up their beaches properly. It's the right place at the right time. Great posts here on this board.
Moving Up - .333 X .339 on good vol! Stay tuned...

NT Mining Corporation (PINKSHEETS: NTMG) (the Company) reports that it has signed a Letter of Intent ("LOI") with the owner of a gold property located on Valentine Mountain in southern British Columbia, Canada as previously reported in an earlier announcement. Both parties are now focused on moving forward to a formal agreement to complete the transaction.
This acquisition, in addition to the start of production on its 100% owned Bullmoose Mine in the NorthWest Territories, Canada, will allow the Company to greatly reduce costs and increase profitability by focusing on year round gold production By owning two properties, the Company can reduce risk and operational costs.
About NT Mining Corporation:
NT Mining Corporation is an exploration and development company conducting operations through its wholly owned Canadian subsidiary "Bullmoose Mines Ltd. The company's primary asset is the former producing "Bullmoose Gold Mine." The company plans to re-activate the mine upon completion of the necessary financing and commence operations in the summer of 2010. Management believes with the expanded area of 4 additional mining claims in 2007, upon completion of expanded drilling programs over the new claims, and on existing known vein structures, a potential of 3 million ounces of gold reserve is possible at the Bullmoose mine. Share price is holding steady here folks! Looking forward to a stronger week ahead.
This company is worth DD'ing as they have a strong and seasoned management team along with hard assets in the ground and on the surface at their Bullmoose mine. This combined makes them a very attractive investment re pending cash flow in light of the world’s current appetite for gold near/long term.
Watch!!
