Since their law firm wins 95 percent of their cases, they are probably not charging hcmc until they win a settlement from PM and THEN will discretely part with a cool 1/3... lawyers do this all the time...
From last friday...

Experience, Expertise, Intellect and Timing, and something no one can buy, the feel of the game. That is why, and that is how I find success in making judgement calls in all things related to the market.
---------------------
Guess you don't know as much as you think you do... you will recall I speculated the MM's would control the pps until Wednesday noon or until Thursday morning.... did you notice CT posting again today???? They might only take Friday off... and if the news isn't positive, they'll smack the pps again on Friday and almost every day afterwards until either their clients are filled or hcmc gets the verdict... btw, picked up another couple of million shares today...(-:
Ok... so I'm an idiot... how does this help rlftf...???
A simple explanation would help this simpleton...
Love your avatar... good movie too...(-:
Well, my largest investment, NWBO, back up to only being down 7 percent after this morning when it was down almost 30 percent.... somewhat relieved, but worried about what tomorrow brings... all of my stocks, including hcmc, are waiting on a (almost) binary event... and should skyrocket if things turn out positive, and should cover the others in spite of a correction.... I hope...(-:
Every stock I own is down sharply today... it's not just hcmc... we might be on the edge of a huge correction...)-:
Here you go:
If you want to follow updates on HCMC/PM lawsuit:

Only if PM settles... if they wait on the verdict they can buy all they want...
If they push it down far enough, I might have to double down... already got $188k in this stock...
I'm down $58k in this stock I've had 2 weeks, so yeah, I'm a little unsettled.... but not even considering selling... until positive results of course...(-:
"They" might be responsible for the stock price, but are in no way responsible for the volume... that falls upon the traders shoulders, unless you want to say that lowered stock prices are responsible for lack of interest...
"Nasty bear raid that failed to do any permanent damage, unless you happen to be one of the unfortunate ones who were scared out of their shares..."
Think "Stop Loss"...
They knew exactly how low they needed to go....
Just in case you didn't know, what the MM's do is get (usually) 3 entities together (we'll call them A, B, and C). A sells to B, B sells to C, and C sells to A. They sell for less and less and when the day is done no money has actually changed hands, but the result is to decrease the share price so you will think the stock is crap and sell your shares... and when you do, A, B, and C are waiting to buy them... they don't get loyal longs' shares, but a lot of casual and day traders shares... they will do this until they get their clients' fill of shares.... unless there is news to provide a huge glut of buyers, this will continue.... I have seen this in several stocks I own and unless the SEC stops it, it will continue because it makes the MM's and their clients a TON of money...
So why are we down a dollar today???
Now see.... this is what I HOPE happens... earmarking roughly $11k for just this on monday or tuesday to add to my 2.2 million shares... THEN let's start to move up...(-:

I actually expect an increase in pps starting Wednesday sometime... maybe after lunch, and Thursday if, for nothing else, FOMO.... I am not expecting copper, but maybe $0.0075-$0.009...???
I hold roughly 600k shares of NWBO, and have had them for around 6 years... and CT has been posting there for quite a while...(years) it is my opinion that NWBO would be trading in the $3-$4 range, maybe even $8-$9, right now if it were not for shorting activities and many on the NWBO board believe CT is a signal for the shorts to attack stocks... so I wouldn't think he will be leaving hcmc anytime soon...
Thank you...(-:
No dummy..... CT
Happens on other stocks I own also... it is widely speculated he is a signal beacon for the shorts...
I bow to your market expertise...(-:

What makes you think that??? I expect them to push the price down until Wednesday noon, maybe close of business Wednesday.... do you have any concrete information or links...???
Well... it represents every cent of my retirement savings... and so I took a HUGE risk. Before I started to disperse my risk, my cost was $0.305.... and in March of 2020 my entire retirement savings was worth less than $100k... so when it went to $1.60 I decided to get some of my eggs out of one big basket and put some in a few smaller baskets...
Thanks for your reply K131... I would say my strategy going forward is different than yours... I don't plan to sell until after results because I believe it will be approved... might take some out but doubt it..
EDIT: If the pps went to $3.73 prior to results, I might be persuaded to sell 10% and play with house money...
The long wait for NWBO has me skiddish, so I wanted to spread my risk out... I've sold almost 20 percent of my NWBO at 5x my cost and bought into other stocks so if it tanks I have other opportunities...
That's the exact reason hcmc execs/owners are buying common stock... to prevent a hostile takeover... I said earlier the MM's are accumulating for PM... to decrease their exposure should the lawsuit go south for PM... hcmc stock will skyrocket and PM will sell their stake in hcmc to finance the litigation...
Dang...!!! A lot if well read people here... I was thinking shirts versus skins....(-:
My belief is that the MM's continue to hold the price down just like last week so they (or their clients) continue to accumulate.... I said yesterday it very likely could be PM... if they buy $34 million of hcmc and hcmc goes up after lawsuit settlement like everyone thinks, they've paid for the litigation...and $34 million is chicken feed for PM...
By a large percentage??? Are you thinking those investing in PM are expecting the pps to drop as a result of this litigation and they expect to buy PM cheap...???
I originally bought rlftf for $0.588, then sold for $0.54... but then bought 2x back for an average of $0.3733... so feel pretty good about that...(-:
Could also be that PM is also counting on a 50x return on hcmc shares once they settle... they buy 1/50th the price of the settlement, settle with hcmc, cash in like everyone else... walk away smiling...
$34 million is peanuts for those folks...
Could it be PM??? See my previous post...
"Or... It could possibly be to prevent a hostile takeover..."
Word
This is one avenue PM could be exploring to decrease its liability.... purchase the company for less than the lawsuit amount... still could happen.... might not even be hostile depending what they pay..
Or...buy controlling interest, force lawsuit settlement for peanuts, sell interest...
I wish...(-:
"Seems to be really under attack..."
Best news you will see here besides the PM settlement (if it ever gets here... Great sign of a successful stock...(-:
1st rule about OTC stocks... if the same paid shills are here day after day dogging this stock, it means they want to depress prices and buy your shares... so hold tight. If the same paid shills are bathing the company with praise, they want to pump up the price to sell... so you can hold a while as they push up the price, but you'd better be out when the music stops...(-:
