I don't think people have noticed what's really in this drawing. OMG, I couldn't sleep last night. If you zoom in on the drawing you can see so much detail and these things are huge if you scale it to the 4.5 miles of shoreline!
One thing that really got me is the lagoon. I remember someone I think tigerpac posted a long time ago about crystal lagoons and I saved the link http://crystal-lagoons.com/. Check this out these things could be a really, really big hit for Cielo Mar!! And if that's what this is, it's gargantuan!
Just look how big the marina is, and that's no small airstrip either!

There's info here on the hotel that ESTRADA's building, it's the one that's in their presentation and it looks awesome! Looks high-end. I know Jan has said there won't be any high-rise buildings that would block the views in Cielo Mar, but I can see this sort of thing done with a sprawling complex built around a golf course or the marina.

Highlighted here is one of the FIRST reasons I did a double-take when looking at RJDG in December of 2015 when I just happened to stumble across the company by luck.
The Company has recurring revenues of $3,714,472, working capital of $229,304 and an accumulated deficit of $(514,457)as of August 31, 2017.

I still believe silex will continue to grow with all the unfortunate disasters in the region 2018 could be the year that they blow those numbers away..
RJD Green Inc. announced the awarding of three commercial contracts for natural stone countertops and related products, completing in 2018. The contracts total $234,000 in revenue. One of the projects is in Kansas and another is in Missouri, giving Silex their first projects in those states.

Even WITHOUT this new massive oceanfront project that Jan is now working on securing the land for, the farmable land that ProGreen currently controls gives us the fuel for generating profits of over $20M annually which points to a valuation giving PGUS a pps of well over $1 (over 100x the current share price). Now add this new 4550 acre land deal and the momentum that is picking up all across Baja California for the Escalera Nautica and other tourism/vacation/resort-related projects ---> ENORMOUS OPPORTUNITY here for anyone buying in the pennies range!
