No, its not a scam company.
As questionable as the 2.0 was as a vaporizer, they were able to get themselves on CNBC and Oaksterdam University. Now they have the 3.0 and 4.0 which I have both. The 3.0 is 100% a vaporizer for home use, while the 4.0 is great for outside travel.
Here we are a year later with quite a few great products (not to mention VitaCig) and the beginning of distribution of those products outside of online sales.
It's fine that you say they should have 100% revenues, but with the increased distribution channels, that can start to become a reality IMO.
What IS unusual in pennyland is when the company pays the extra $10,000 a year to uplist on the OTCQB. They don't have to be on that exchange to be fully reporting and could save the cash...which wasn't a good thing last summer..LOL.
And that is the important thing to me. These guys are fully reporting. An extra 5 days is not unusual and not a big deal.
Some may not think they are professional in their timeliness, but at least they are professional in their accounting compared to other Pinks and that is where it matters most! IMO
Actually the IRS gives a 6 month extention, which I take every year. Just have to send it by 4/15!
Let us know how you like it.
My CBD wax will be delivered tomorrow. I just ordered it Friday and it shipped from Portland to Chicago that quick. Yay!
Please enlighten us!!!
Besides the Online Marketing and Extra VitaCig trucks, please remind us of all those OTHER PRs which never came true.
Maybe my long term memory is going....
New Old School, can you please remind me of those others that you remember???
I haven't seen any FAKE PRs, those saying they are fake never can prove it. Other than what Les mentioned about online advertising and additional VitaCig trucks, this company has been spot on. I have more confidence with this company due to them laying out a vision and keeping us informed with Honest updates then if they lied or had no updates. That is my opinion on these updates. Do your own DD and look at the track records of those posting. You could ask yourself why some of them are always negative about everything, just like others are more than positive. I stay in the middle with one foot out the door in case I see something amiss with this company. So far, so good!
...and when no PRs are going on, others would be complaining of no direction. I understand your ideas of what the OTC has to offer us long term holders. Without the updates it would be difficult to understand the long term vision. You may see these as fluff while I see it as vision. I don't need to see the PR as a money maker because it is just information and communication...Nothing Else. IMO, of course.
That's one HECK of a long sentence!
I still paid 7.95 a trade, but didn't call it in. I put my limit orders on my Fdelity app. in and when a seller hit that price I would sometimes get that fill. That is how I got a lot of .04s and recently .035
It would have been a pain to call every trade in!
I started in the .06 range the first day of trading, added some at .05, but have a ton at .04. I just picked some at .035 a few days ago. My numbers are mostly at the .04 range.
Just to clarify the buying price is the same as the sells. There is no spread. When you see a sell it is also a buy at the same price. Yep, those of us who have been purchasing OR selling have done so commission free, other than the cost of the trade. No market makers on the Greys!
grorate25 i'm with you on the frustration. Ive been a member here since Aug last year, but have invested in mCig since Feb 2014. The stock has tanked, but so has the sector. IMO, the company has been creating great products. I originally bought in around .60 when their main product was the 2.0.
But now in pennyland, we are stuck between .11 and .17. Nearly everyday there seems to be a huge sell around 9:30-10:30 and then the price has difficulty moving up.
I have used the low prices to continue to accumulate MCIG. I recently bought at .116 and .122 which is crazy comparedcto last year. IMO the stock will move up when interest in the mj market goes back up. This is a very cyclical market, and I believe we will be positioned for that next move up.
Yes Les, it does appear that mCig gets the revenues on this. That makes sense. Though, I don't see why the CBD products could be listed on BOTH websites.
When double checking the mCig website for the CBD oils I noticed the 3.0 & 4.0 photos are way off size. The website could use a makeover. When looking at the full page view, the 4.0 looks larger than the 3.0. I have both and the 3.0 is SO much larger. I also think the mCig website looks more garbled compared to VitaCig's. In person purchases in retail settings will really help sales take off IMO.
Here is the announcement which is about the CBD. Sounds like something could go to VitaCig, but it is not quite clear if it would be the current CBD items or not. What do any of you make if this?
September 30, 2014 14:57 ET | Source: mCig, Inc.
BELLEVUE, Wash., Sept. 30, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- mCig®, Inc. (OTCQB:MCIG) ("mCig"), a technology company that owns, manufactures, and distributes the mCig®, VitaCig®, and Vapolution products, is pleased to announce that the Company has formed a 100% owned subsidiary: mCig CBD Technologies, LLC. in the state of Colorado for the purpose of designing and manufacturing a new line of products that will leverage the VitaCig technology for delivery of Cannabis plant derivatives. The Cannabis plant is a unique source of over 70 cannabinoid molecules of which only THC is known to cause psychoactive effects. Cannabinoids such as Cannabidiol (CBD) have shown to have positive medicinal effects on various hard-to-treat diseases such as epilepsy.
This new line of products will be named: "mCig+" and will include pre-packaged devices that look similar to the company's VitaCig® line of products. These products will only be sold to licensed distributors and dispensaries in jurisdictions around the world where the consumption of Cannabis and Cannabidiol is permitted.
The company will be building on nearly a decade of experience in bringing vaporization products to market such as the Vapolution, mCig®, and VitaCig®. In the last year alone mCig, Inc. has launched 3 consumer products that have touched the lives of nearly 30,000 customers worldwide.
mCig CBD Technologies, LLC. will remain 100% owned by mCig, Inc. following the proposed spinoff, dividend, and IPO of VitaCig® Inc.
"We are extremely excited to be entering yet another frontier market. We believe to have identified an opportunity to apply our experience in mobile vaporization in applications for the delivery of cannabis plant derivatives and molecules. There is currently a massive effort underway globally by biotechnology companies and scientific research institutions to explore and understand the ultimate potential of the cannabis plant. This push has already yielded some important results such as those witnessed for Dravet syndrome, a rare form of intractable epilepsy. We believe that our products and brand recognition provide us with a commercial opportunity to manufacture and distribute pre-packaged devices with various cannabis plant molecules such as CBD, CBC, THC, CBG, CBN, THCV, CBDV, CBDA, and many others. We have already completed an initial round of testing utilizing CBD and THC that have successfully administered these molecules utilizing our vaporization technology," said Paul Rosenberg, CEO of mCig, Inc.

I'm sure your right. It was mentioned before that Vita has the chambers while the they can fit on an mCig 2x.
The sales ARE going to Vita, but I don't have time now to reference that fact.
You might only be asking Les, but I'm OK with this delay. Getting the new financials out and THEN uplist is the most bang for the current shareholders IMO.
If they uplist before the financials, it would be hard to make forward-looking statements. The company is limited on what they can announce until after the Quarterly Report.
I'm also happy since I've been accumulating this stock since the spinoff. I have 8X my divy mostly purchased at .04 :)
The Purple looks good with anyone!
Relax
You don't have to be a girl for Relax to look good...
...but It Helps!!!
I like the relax the best. Sure it's a little girly for most guys. Luckily, I'm tall with a beard. Most people know not to mess with me as I'm walking down the street p-puffing on a Relax
Black Currant??? I think more like Grape, but it is still so good.
Legalization Bill To Be Introduced In Senate Tomorrow!!!
IMO, this is the beginning of the end to prohibition. The bill will make medical mj legal on the Fed Level and Reclassify MJ to Schedule 2.
This is the kind of move which could attract new and bigger investors into this field finally. Those of us who have been looking forward to where this could go, might find joy at watching our stocks travel upwards rather then this slow trickle down.
I'm excited by this, but even more interested to see where everything lands with this bill. Times are changing!!!
Senate MJ Bill
Wow $1300 per oz of CBD should REALLY kick up revenues! You do some good DD.
I'm surprised at your post. I have enjoyed the past when you would come up with good informative info about the ins and outs of mcig. Not today...oh well.
BTW, vitamins are also "Dietary Supplements" and are NOT regulated by the FDA. So are vitamins snake oil?
That lawsuit is considered a long shot and the Sheriffs will likey lose. Not much to discuss unless we are into fear mongering.
Anyway, that is just the recreational mj. There are many more medical mj states coming on line...lots more.
BTW, 3rd choice is the Feds still allow mj recreationally.
That's true! IMO there is still plenty of upside. Maybe without anymore press, volume will still be higher then normal on purchase power the next few days. This stock is on the radar for now. Did you see that volume on a chart? Yowza!
It is understandable the lack of knowledge we possess on this board because the MJ & Hemp laws.
You can't grow Hemp OR MJ in the US without permits.
Hemp oil is illegal if grown in the US.
Most hemp is an industrial variety that is not as refined as medical mj.
Charlotte's Web was originally bred from MJ plants, but has the THC bred out. Is still considered Marijuana here because of the source is MJ lineage. In other countries it would be Hemp because of the low THC.
Maybe the posters who are wondering about the differences between Hemp and MJ should read the article. The Hemp and Marijuana plants are the same structure with the main difference that mj has high THC content, while hemp has higher amount of CBDs which are not the THC type.
HEMP VS MJ
Also....from Wikipedia:
Hemp (from Old English hænep) is a commonly used term for high-growing varieties of the Cannabis plant and its products, which include fiber, oil, and seed. Hemp is refined into products such as hemp seed foods, hemp oil, wax, resin, rope, cloth, pulp, paper, and fuel.
Other variants of the herb Cannabis sativa are widely used as a drug, commonly known as marijuana. These variants are typically low-growing and have higher content of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).
Hemp is Cannabis Sativa while MJ is Cannabis Sativa or Cannabis Indica.
Mmj oil is illegal on the federal level. CBD oil FROM Hemp is legal to sell in all 50 states, but it needs to be imported since hemp growing is still illegal except under certsin rules and permits.
Sounds like Joe Spencer would have left mCig in a few months anyway. It's his MO according to others on this board who researched his biography. IMO, we are doing great without him.
Not when it is done the right way. MCig is in the market with real CBD oil made from the flowers of organically grown hemp. Bulding trust is the only way to succeed in the long run. MCig is a long term company without toxic debt. Trust=Revenues
Ouch!!!
The hemp oil mention in the Hemp Industries Association article is when oil from seeds but claim it is CBD oil. This is the type that is found in health stores which is high in omegas, but little CBD. Companies which use this oil should not claim CBDs. THIS IS NOT THE TYPE OF OIL WHICH MCIG IS PROMOTING.
The High Times article was poorly researched and even claimed CBD oil is illegal on the federal level. If the source of CBD is from hemp, then it is fully legal when imported. Not all hemp is the industrial type full of contaminants. There is plenty of organic hemp oil-the type you eat, and seeds at your local health food stores. Of course the source in CBD oil is the hemp flower
I imagine the reasons for such great reviews on this board about the mCig CBD oil is likely because it actually contains CBDs. Even BETTER!!!
Rono, at what price is the dividend taxed? I think it is likely .01, but I could be off on that.
I see that now geengro
I think your right, .14 could happen today. Nearly 3 million already. Likely to be a 5-6 million share day! With the consolidation which has been happening, this could move the stock ip a few levels. I bought a little more today at .122
So I guess we get to hear the chants of how Paul should give up a majority of his shares because it is the right thing...GREAT! Sometimes the thought process in this place is a little different. But to think the only way for this pps to improve is through Paul cancelling shares is not looking to the future. The products are good and retail distribution is just getting going. We are at the very beginning of an mj bottom. BTW, the whole mj market is slammed.
New-old-school .106 was the yearly low on 12/26/14.
Not all believers are dreamers. The entire mj vape and all other mj stocks are down. I cannot predict when the market will move up again, but I will keep adding as it stays low. I don't have to go Ra Ra Go Team, not here. I can do that internally. :)
Seems like a rush to market. This was something mCig was buying into, not creating themselves. Those CBD oils were already selling prior to mCig's partnership. I hope they do something good with CBD oil & Natural Flavors on their own.
Although I have bought numerous mCig & VitaCig products, I didn't like that the CBD oil has artificial flavors. I didn't buy because of it. I thought that formula was not a good fit for Vita or mCig.
I'm long and see this as another growing pain.
The sell off every morning is where some conspiracy believers might say the price is being manipulated.
I'm also glad you got out at .23
