Manufacturing a clean shell is even cheaper than merging into one. So explain why they gave away hundreds of millions of shares at subpenny? I know because I had those shares. How is it cheaper to give away such massive amounts of shares of your supposedly hugely valuable company WHEN you can RS and deplete the old shares OR manufacture a shell fir less than 100k dollars? OR even go thru an IPO and have investors PAY for the shares!

You see what im saying? If they're looking for a cheap way out, this merger certaibly was not it! Who owns their company now?

Why wont they reverse split?

Exactly which is what I have been saying. THE PRUDENT THING for a merging business is to reverse split immediately to DEPLETE the old shareholders AND THEN lay down your plsn and issue new shares.

DOLV traded as much as 400M shares, no way any serious business would allow pinksheet traders to acquire such shares for subpenny and pennies.

Like I said in an IPO you PAY for your shares, here it was a free give away.

Access to capital is a poor argument. That's not how to access capital.

Sure I agree but this is not an IPO, to take a stake in a public company you pay a "fair valuation" for shares right? It would seem to me this was a free give away. Which is why it doesn't make sense.

Ie - if you built a coffee shop, invested millions into it, suppose it's now worth 10 million Dollars, would you go public and give away 90% of stock to the public who buys in at pennies?

Why does a huge chinese company give away so much of their public stock (and in essence a massive share of their PRIVATE company (thru the merger) to people like us?? WHEN they can manufacture a shell company for less than 100-200k and merge into it while retaining ownership of their company?

TONR actually making huge revenues unlike some other companies who make most of their revs thru dilution. And they have a Walmart contract. Wait till the word gets out.
