rivet..(CWMS)
when you say watch those 5 and 10 moving averages, do you mean 5 day and 10 day?
Rivet (CWMS),
what do you think here at 50c?
nlight - read this from IHub legal..
Disclosure of Your Identity
From time to time we receive requests to disclose the identities of our users. We do not disclose the identities of our users unless we are legally required to do so.
If a governmental agency (for example, the Securities and Exchange Commission, law enforcement agencies, US Attorneys' offices or similar governmental agencies) sends us a subpoena, we will comply with it. If we receive a subpoena by a third party that is not a governmental agency (for example, a subpoena in connection with civil litigation), we will attempt to contact the user whose identity has been requested using the contact information the user provided during the registration process. We will wait 10 days after notifying the user before complying with the subpoena by disclosing the identity of the user, unless the subpoena requires us to disclose this information before then. If we cannot wait 10 days because of the deadline in the subpoena, we will let the user know the deadline included in the subpoena when we provide notice that we received it.

nlight dredging up old documents is just fine with me. if we was objective, he would sent a quick note to calypso like I did, got the response and never would have posted his speculation.
obvious to me that his agenda was to bash the stock. if that's not obvious to you then you are blind.
you are transparent nlight. i will direct the company to your comments.
he'll probably delete my post from george.
maybe the company would like to talk to mr nlight
can someone post this one Raging Bull for me?....
Robert Leon is still very much with Calypso. He re-negotiates his contract every year like everybody else. The resignation paper posted on the board was from Jan, 2002. Robert was resigning as president and assuming the position of CTO. According to SEC rules he has to resign. He can’t just say, okay now I’m CTO, he had to follow procedure. This required his resignation as president. It sounds like there is a player on the MB’s trying to manipulate the stock with rumors. Don’t you find it interesting that all of a sudden someone digs up a 2.5 year old paper and posts it on the boards, the price drops below $2.00 and a half a million shares trade. You figure it out.

from george on MSFT deal
A deal with a major software company to incorporate ASNAPtm in their operating system generates revenue from any OEM, or Carrier that uses the software. In other words, as an example, Microsoft incorporates ASNAPtm in their windows application for mobile devices, any OEM or Carrier that manufactures phones, PDA’s, laptops or any mobile device will have to license Calypso’s ASNAPtm as well as Microsoft’s Windows. All the details have not been worked out yet and the method of licensing has not been finalized. My assumptions may not be 100% correct, but I’m hoping you get the idea. Also, my response may be a bit premature.

is CWMS out of the woods? 53-56c now
CWMS back over 50c from 36, appears to be turning.
wow, CWMS low of 36c. back to 47c. bot more at 41c...what the heck.
called CWMS. they know why the big flush, can't say but continue to state business is great. they see it as buying opportunity. we'll see. in at 50c.
CWMS 50c now! I'm taking a leap here and buying.
CWMS down again, at 58c now, anyone have a clue why dropped from $1.70 in 4-5 days?
ABEW at 42c recommeneded today by microcap to 60c
thanks. i will be watching CWMS as well for a recovery. very strange drop.
nice board here.
hello. new here and would like opinion.
on Crown Medical Systems (CWMS). Has dropped from $1.70 to 60c in just 3-4 days on no news. Company and the IR firm both say business could not be better. My guess is a large shareholder is selling and wonder if it is a good buy.
CLYW likes to cite big names in their PRs to pump the stock. ok with me. it's all about exposure. smart folks will figure out CSCO has no part in the deal.
you keep promsing to leave but never do, why is that? hmmm...
the $5mm they want is for production of phones, not for making field test phones. they are fully funded for the field tests.
hey tainor, you know a quick phone call to calypso would put all your negative speculation to rest. I wonder why you don't do that?? hmmm...
Accelent Systems is making the trial phones, here is website.

from george.
This deal with the carrier is only the first step. But we think it’s a significant step. Our patented “Communication System and Method” is the only system that allows the carrier to hand off their client to a broadband network and not lose him. This includes authentication, identification for revenue sharing between the access point owners, carriers, and ISP’s. The agreement to install ASNAPtm technology in Vodaphones’ network is huge when you understand the complexity of all that is involved. A field trail is a major commitment from a major carrier.

spoke to the company...
read the press release closer you idiots..and call them yourself..
"and licensing of our ASNAP(tm) technology throughout Vodafone's worldwide network, upon the successful completion of the field trial."
They have agreements in place with Vodafone. They also have agreements in place with Bell South. The revenue stream from these will be enormous. CLYW's technology will be in the middle between the mobile carrier, like Vodafone, Verizon...and the cable compnay (Aldephia, etc) that carries the broadband. Every time a hand-off is made between the mobile operator and the broadband carrier, CLYW gets a cut.
Plus, they now go to the OEM's like Motorola etc and license the switching technology into their phones.
buying more on any dips.
tainor, go away and take your measly profit.
hey sugar,
you are cracking me up. thanks for the humor. please stick around for the laughs.
40c. wheres T4M?
nice buy train! got some 2.55
