It's pretty common for newsletters to repeat "winning" calls that they say they made.

Searching that site shows no payment of any sort to this company for PROT.

As I said, that is my speculation, not a fact until you see if they do or do not. I've seen a few companies reincorporate in Delaware from Nevada, and that is the exact same thing they had to do. Create the Delaware company identical to the Nevada. "SELL" the assets to the Delaware company from the Nevada. Absorb the Delaware company into the Publicly Traded Entity. Disband the Nevada company.

Notice that the names of the companies are identical? Seems to me if they are going to "sell" the assets to themselves why reincorporate as the same name?

One of the "benefits" to being Incorporated in Delaware is that its MUCH more difficult to get current company information, such as AS. The Nevada SOS is online, where Delaware is by telephone.

No doubt this can and probably will get ugly. *EDIT* Yes I see my typo, I meant to say OS increased BY 302m and put TO. 500m is where its headed, and probably another RS to follow.

While the history of this company is way less than shareholder friendly, it seems that your DD is in error in a few spots.

First, the most recent 8K is not one where the assets are looted from the company but one that indicates that the company is changing from NEVADA registered to DELAWARE registered.

There can be numerous reasons for this. I've seen it many times in the past. The migration must be done with a "value" given at the time of the 8k, where appropriate "compensation" is detailed until such a time as the new company (NEWCO on several lines of the release) is absorbed into the publicly traded entity.

Second, the Market cap is not $50k as you have indicated. It is actually $315,032.

As per another 8k filed earlier this month:

It also appears that, in order to satisfy the outstanding obligations, the company is suggesting that the OS will need to be increased to approximately 302,000,000 shares based on conversion rates on 2/15/12.

It appears there is a valid grudge here, but my concern is that misinformation is being given in lieu of proper research.

I wish ALL pump and dumps did this. We've gone from $0.299 per share the last week in December to today's close at $5.35 per share.

Someone has been loading for the last few days. I wouldn't be surprised to see this jump big on any positive news.

Watching L2 today, there was very little action then all of a sudden someone wanted shares and BOOM it went up. Then dropped a little, with no action and then at close BOOM again.

What interested me was despite some nice bids, there was very little whacking today.

The only reason I can think of is for an uplist to a major exchange, as they all require $4.00 per share minimum close price for X days. (I think its 90 but could be 30)

100,000 shares bought at .006 and sold at .007 is $100 profit. Guess you dont hold many shares if you're only looking at a $100 profit.

It must suck to expect that a stock will run the minute that you "invest" in it. I can tell you for sure that's not the way it works.

What I see tho is the daily trading High/Low spread tightening. The daily candles are smaller and smaller, which indicates a Bullish flag.

We've had several closes at or above $4.00 a share over the last few weeks, which is the minimum you need (FOR 90 DAYS I believe??) to uplist to a big boy exchange.

AABA has been an MM here since I first heard about the stock back in July.

They are on the bid and ask almost every day.

There is no fraud. This company is an absolute TRAIN WRECK and the street knows it. They've gotten by for years doing nothing but dumping shares on unsuspecting investors with the illusion that there are products.

You think that SHG flipped and traded and manipulated, but I'll tell you what... I personally owned less than 300,000 shares of this at most and sold EACH AND EVERY ONE FOR A LOSS.

Thats right a LOSS. There was no flipping, no pumping, nothing. The only reason that SHG was involved in the first place was because DENNIS thought this was a great company. Then we found out he was paid to say that but did not tell us.

Contrary to popular belief, the majority of ppl associated with SHG think that HFBG is a total waste of time and space.

I know for a fact that Xtreme did not get this ticker from the company, nor did they get the company's blessing/help/assistance/payment.

I bought an Aerogarden Extra from Aerogarden.com. Received it 2 weeks ago yesterday. Came with the mega cherry tomato pack, nutrients, free starter tray etc.

I gotta say I'm VERY impressed. The plants are already over 2" tall and on their 3rd leaf set. The tomato pack had 2 live seed pods and 5 covers. One of the seed pods had 4 seeds, the other had 3. EVERY ONE OF THE SEEDS SPROUTED.

It was tough to determine which of the plants needed to be culled too. I got down to 2 each and it was heads or tails call which one lived.

The timer is easy to set, nutrients easy to add, unit easy to assemble.

Will judge the quality of the fruit based on their taste, so thats to be seen still.

Overall I'd rate the unit 9.5 out of 10.

Thinking about adding 2 more as I have space for them and enjoy watching the plants develop inside. I have an outside garden but this gives extra light in my office AND its daylight balanced.

Actually that's not quite accurate. There are several ways that the company can sell the shares, and only 1 includes immediate ability for the shares to enter the market.

If they do a 504, which the recipient company must be based out of either Texas or Delaware, then yes the shares are available for immediate deposit and sale. I know of several companies that do 504's and NONE of them will do a traunch for more than $25,000 every 3 - 4 weeks.

If they selected one of these companies, at that rate the "dilution" would be negligible, as it would take almost 2 years for all the shares to enter the market.

Restricted shares could be sold, in the form of Convertible Debenture or in a direct purchase by an accredited investor. Either way, there are limitations on how soon the shares could possibly hit the market.

In the form of a direct purchase, the accredited investor must have 100,000 USD investment capital, and the shares will be restricted for at least 6 months. In addition, if they can be considered an "affiliate" in any manner the restriction period becomes 1 year. Look up the definition of an "affiliate." Basically if AERO says they are, instant 1 year restriction.

In a Convertible Debenture, the terms will be laid out in the agreement. By looking at the filing that you're reading, this is NOT the case, so it does not need to be stated. Even if it was, its 6 month restriction period before the shares can be converted. And then they would be converted in segments.

I called the company to inquire as to what form of financing they are looking for and received the answer of accredited long term investor. They do not want a short term solution that destroys their share structure.

Seems that insiders hold the majority of shares. Only has 8m OS with virtually no dilution.
