That is correct...I did not hear of the ink refill kit until I purchased LKEN...which at the time Luke Entertainment. As I held a small position in Luke Ent. they did a takeover of the company which it is now.
When I realized how much I liked the idea of the product and the idea i purchased the Product.
To be honest...I never knew ANY refill kits were available. Never heard of self serve refills before. ASlways bought the name brand or the "knock-off" refill from the independent retailer.
Onlyt after I purcased INK4 did I realize there were many more available...
Long story short....I continue to buy more and have a fairly large pot of LKEN shares...several ticks to me equals thousands..not hundreds of dollars. So yes I have a big stake here and feel good about my future investment.
I did buy it...it is great and really has saved $$$.

1. Not all products or services are viral. One needs to verify first if the product or service falls into this criteria.
2.Viral Marketing campaigns once unleashed are not controllable. The downside is: If you did it wrong or bad you might have hundreds of thousands of users in the Internet hating your stuff and posting negative remarks about it everywhere.
3.You need to reach the critical mass (10%) of your target group/segment in order to go viral addressing primarly opinion leaders or also called e-fluentials. That can be quite a huge number and therefore more costly in campaign costs.

Yes...but they are not quit the same.
First, they do not have a patent no mess system. Also, to get into a magazine such as Skymall you have to pass through their marketing department and prove that the product is worthy of quality and performnance...if Skymall does not like hte product for whatever reason you don not get in.
If you go under the Skymall site you can read the stringent criteria it takes to sell your product via SM.
Before you say.."well they sell a lot of miscellaneous crap that no one want". I will be listening to Skymalls last 21 years of producing 70-100million dollar a year in $$$. So yes, the product is different/better then the Google refill products that you see.
There is nothing wrong with this product...any simpler and it will refill by looking at the cartridege...how easy do you want it?

schmike..you just hit it on the head..the TV commercial on national TV is going to change the whole ball game here...that is why I am still here and adding when able.
Foxnews Channel (the #1 news channel rankings) is airing more and more 30-90 second infomercial style commercials every week. If you watch through several commercial breaks you will see what I am saying. I would say have of their advertisments on television are atleast half of the "as seen on TV" style product and commercial.
As of last year that was not the case...DRTV is huge on that channel and will be expanding to other stations becasue of the low cost
After the TV campaign we will see Walgreens??..WG has a section devoted to ASOTV products as are other larger retail chains becasue a lot of those products are purposful and affordable. (I did say some...not all).
Could be wrong...oh well.
