I feel like I learned more today than all the past days since I joined this board.
I would suggest new comers read today's posts before they invest in EVFL.

Seattleguy I don't want to discourage you, but EVFL has 100 billion authorized shares. Quite a few of us think that the outstanding share would be over 30 billion now (reaching maybe 40-50 bln). On the other hand, some ppl believe the co. has been buyingback shares, which can reduce O/S to 5 billion ish.
In summary, most of the falks here have no doubt about the potential of the company. It is the CEO, Dennis McLaughlin III, that many of us are concerned about.

I guess that's why they require the pps to be maintained at or above .25 for "90" days. A R/S would not satisfy this, IMO.

What do you falks usually mean by "beginning of week"? I thought it meant monday or tuesday. Dennis McL said, in cashman30's statement, he would release PR in the "beginning of the week 8/17~8/21". Of course this does not count unless one believes cashman's statement without any proof.

Those are the key points to know where we stand right now, IMO.

If there were any possibility to get the either $.25 or $1.00 without R/S, it would be for EVFL to have generated revenue, which would enable them to expand their business or repurchase stocks.

I wish the trading volume stayed low hundred millions. This way we know there's less chance of dilution...

That's correct. sorry for the missinfo. But other than the date, O/S as of June 30 is 21 billion ish and market cap is 4.2 million ish. So this makes the pps .0002.

If there hadn't been so much dilution,
we coulda been @.0053
$4,233,142 market cap divided by 800 milion shares = $0.0053
More than 20 billion shares sold to market have diluted the per share value by 2500% if not diluted more since Jun 30!!!

PPS can get to .0003 without PRs if,
cashman30 posts the pics of the text messages from Dennis McL.

Yes, I agree that a normal professional business person would never call an individual investor and talks about PRs. However, calling investors in person has been known to be DM's unique method of communication with shareholders. I kinda like the idea... I don't see why not?

There is no proof that Dennis released his phone number to the world. Perhaps some ppl who know his phone number posted it here and there. Do you have any proof that you released your cell phone number to your family, relatives, and friends who have your phone number? lol

We do not know DM's trip to NYC as a fact. One person (cashman) claims he received several text messages from DM and another person (WWB?) claims he/she verified the text messages. No proof. Not saying, though, the text thing didn't happen, but saying it is not yet proved to be a fact.

That's why you still can see tripp zeros. No progress yet. When you start to see progress, 000s will be history. You need to see something that others can't see, and that's how you make money, right?

I wouldn't call the stock divy "dilution".
It certainly reduced the value per share, but the overall value a shareholder held remained the same.

I like this idea better "sell Durant plant to EVLN, and sign a distribution contract". With the cash from selling the plant, EVFL can repay the debt and acquire more gas stations.

No "meaningful" PR yet, but that's why the pps is in tripple zeros. Once we see some real action by the company, we won't see trip zeros anymore. I like the phrase someone posted once, it was something like "be greedy when others are fearful, be fearful when others are greedy".
