Are people actually jumping back into today?
If Mr. Messallas said the PR was false, then I don't understand why anyone is even entertaining the possibility of a RM
Spoke to Linda last nite...very nice and knowledgeable person - Answered all my questions
Thanks for the tip guys
any ideas why? if I put in a market order, with the ask at ..044, they'll just raise it anyway
Been trying to get filled all morning with limit at .044 nothing!
MM games...
Thanks much!
Been doing a little DD on this stock and saw where the float is only $50MM at a 4 cents.
Am I missing something or could this thing rocket when they announce the definite merger?
Wanting to jump in but need a push...any veterans here on this issue?
in looking at the big picture...we do know that Xinwei has been trying go public for 2 or 3 years now from their old PRs.
If this was a scam, could the perps have searched to find a possible story like Xinwei's and play upon this fact with these PRs or is could this be true?.
I don't know...or will we ever know...something doesn't add up
I guess if Xinwei is trading on Nasdaq in 6 months, we'll know
wasn't one of these PRs written in Chinese?
Then why would he say it is false in the PR he just issued
Happy I agree..I think you hit the nail on the head
flippin is too risky here!eom
Aymon...this isn't just another middle market company buying a washed up shell in the US...this is big
When you step back and look at the alliances, history, and size of Xinwei and how it could affect trading here in the US on Nasdaq, you see the magnitude of this.
What I like is the fact that Xinwei made the announcement - not some rinky dink, got a new product, let's give a shot company in the US.
That is what is exciting to me...never been in that situation, first for me
I bet they will shake the tree pretty hard this am to gather more inventory
There's nothing more satisfying than a desperate MM!
Look at the chart for CKXE between July 2004 and July 2005 and you'll see
I wonder how prevalent their name will be displayed at the summer Olympics...
Not a techie...but is SCMDA used in the US? I would think it is more widely used amoungst the rural areas of Asia.
It would be nice for some institutional players in the US to start noticing.
DFly...sorry for my ignorance at the moment..but how do you get level II on pinkies? I can't get it through TD Ameritrade
Typically when do pennies started trading at a tenth of a penny?
I wonder how much float is left!
Given the just the book value alone, coupled with the float being eaten up, it what is going to make quite a few shareholders happy on this one.
I missed the boat on EDIG back in 1998 selling it at .17, then only to check it 2 1/2 months later to see it at $22.
Holding 85,000 shs on that one makes one say ouch.
After doing more research on Xinwei and watching the big picture on this one, makes me think a 2nd chance could come around again.
Has anyone here ever bought into a shell where something like this R/M actually happens?
I've played many pennies which were turnarounds, but nothing like this.
Happy...this what I was referring to in my earlier post re: the 15 or 20 percent stake.
this is big
as far as the May deadline. does anyone think that Xinwei is wanting to establish its place in the US market before the 2008 Olympics in Bejing where it will have a presence with its McWill technology?
just a thought...
and with $235M in revenues last year. couldn't this be bigger than what I'm thinking if this does come to fruition for CGGP shareholders at a 15 to 20 percent stake?
if so, then this is getting very interesting
not in the office today but noticed another mention came out this morning about the merger on tradingmarkets.com
thanks...GLTA!
That was me...new to the board
