Thank you for sharing that. Gail works really hard at all this, and when someone lets her know they were successful, it makes her day.
I did get it, and sent a revised document to you at 12:39 this afternoon. I'll send it again now.
Paul Reynolds just bought more shares ....but only 35K at .004, $140.00. Wonder if he was just sitting on the bid LOL.
Paul Reynolds bought in October, at prices ranging from .003 to .005, so he could make a profit anytime he wanted. My real insider interest is Billy Radford, who last bought at .35 (10K shares), and owns 45,010,000 shares. IMO, he needs the price to go UUUUPPPPP.
Not sure what you mean. IMO, insider buys are usually an indicator that the insider expects the PPS to go up. Maybe once in a while it is to take over a company, and they don't care about the short term price fluctuations.
I don't think they ever have to ..... CVGI had a trade today at 1.0499.
Yes, but I have seen insider buys reported weeks, months and even years after the buy.
Just wanted to post a thank you, and to show how you are helping others. I posted this on Gail's board.

One of my favorite boards is Reverse Splits - someone else is doing the work (as you saw, I copied the entire post, to make sure credit is given to the original poster). In this case, IRISHBULL, who is the moderator of that very helpful board.

Commercial Vehicle Group Announces New Senior Credit Facility
2009-01-08 09:33 ET - News Release
NEW ALBANY, Ohio, Jan. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. today announced it has entered into an asset based Loan and Security Agreement (the "Credit Facility" or "ABL") with Bank of America, N.A. for $47.5 million. The Credit Facility is due January 2012 and bears interest at LIBOR or Prime plus an applicable margin. The Company has paid in full its borrowings under its previous senior credit agreement with borrowings under the Credit Facility and will utilize the new Credit Facility for ongoing operating and working capital requirements.
"Successfully completing a new financing arrangement in today's economic and credit environment speaks to our financial flexibility and positive outlook for the future," stated Chad M. Utrup, chief financial officer of Commercial Vehicle Group. "The new ABL structure provides relief from recent covenant compliance pressures under our previous senior credit agreement while at the same time keeps our ongoing interest costs relatively unchanged," added Mr. Utrup.
The Credit Facility contains certain compliance requirements including minimum operating performance targets and capital expenditure limitations during the first year of the agreement and a fixed charge coverage ratio after year one of the agreement.
The Company paid approximately $2.0 million in one-time financing fees and related expenses for the Credit Facility and expects to amortize substantially all of this cost over the three year life of the agreement. In addition, the Company estimates it will incur a one-time non-cash charge of approximately $0.8 million related to the unamortized portion of its previous senior credit agreement which was scheduled to expire in 2010. The Company's existing $150.0 million 8.0% senior notes due in 2013 will not be affected by the new ABL structure.

INGEN TECH INC (U-ITEC) - News Release
Ingen Technologies Aims At the Potential $200M Pulmonology Market
2009-01-07 09:30 ET - News Release
YUCAIPA, Calif., Jan. 7, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ingen Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ITEC), an emerging medical device manufacturer of the new Oxyview and OxyAlert product announced today that it has hired Dr. Lee Hoffman to head-up the new marketing program that will target 10,000+ pulmonologists in the U.S.
The company has hired Dr. Lee Hoffman to manage and target a marketing campaign that would introduce Oxyview and OxyAlert to pulmonologists in North America. "The pulmonologist is the gate-keeper for all patients who have been diagnosed with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. The Pulmonologist prescribes all treatment and oversees all evaluations of their patients. We have successfully recruited several pulmonary clinics to prescribe Oxyview for their patients. The oxygen service providers and respiratory therapists have cooperated with the prescription requests as a part of their client relationship with the pulmonologist," stated Dr. Hoffman.
Babcock Medical Associates, P.A. in San Antonio, Texas is a leading pulmonology clinic in their area. Pam Weatherford, Office Manager, has informed Ingen that Oxyview is a "standing-order" with all of their oxygen patients. All local oxygen service providers and respiratory therapists are instructed to assure that all patient referrals from Babcock Medical receive an Oxyview. "This is an important breakthrough for Oxyview. The pulmonologist is more astute to their patient needs, and has the authority to assure that their patients receive the best possible care available. Oxyview enhances and improves patient care during oxygen therapy," stated Chris Wirth, COO of Ingen.
With more than 10,000 pulmonologists in the U.S. managing over 32 million COPD patients, the new marketing program will target all of the pulmonologists. The potential Oxyview sales in the first 6 months should represent 1% of the market, or about 322,000 patients. Oxyview sells for $24.95.

That's because he does! I have 6 grandchildren; right now our 4 year old grandson is here, and don't we just wait on him LOL.
Gail, stop blowing my small contribution all out of proportion. Your honesty and accurate picks are worth their weight in GOLD. Your honesty is why, if I hadn't gotten you a membership, someone else would have (heck, Lisa got you one even before I ever heard of you!) I am very grateful for what you bring to IHUB; there are very few people who I don't have to worry about their motives whenever I review their posts, DD, etc. Also remember - I can't pick stocks the way you can.....people mark your board because of you.....if they depended on my picks they would go to the poorhouse and you would have like 1 boardmark LOL. So YOU are the reason for all of this.....you have already thanked me ENOUGH.....so stop!! End of rant LOL.

I wonder if Billy Radford still owns 45,010,000 shares. If so, the float is kinda low.

Another American Apparel
Wed Dec 31, 2008 at 02:10:22 PM
Maybe things aren't so bad for smug yuppies yupsters after all. American Apparel, the sweat shop free, sexed-up candy colored cotton utopia is opening a third South Beach store at 1441 Washington Ave sometime soon. Google Maps says that's less than a 10 minute walk from their Lincoln Road store, so if one doesn't have your size in acid washed purple skinny jeans, it's not much of a hassle to check out the other.

Triple zero. The strength is relative - there aren't a lot of other stocks that would hold up above .01 this long.
Thanks.
No dilution, no major bad things, so this stock should stay strong. Minor bad things are the long time being taken, Linda's broken promise about conference calls - yes Linda, that really did hurt, and is why I sold a few hundred thousand shares earlier this month.
My understanding is that this is a list of officers, directors, and the transfer agent.

Can someone explain this? I don't see any difference between the previous information and the new information.

I respectfully disagree. This is not an opinion board. It is a Gail make a pick board. If it fits in your criteria, IBOX it. If it doesn't, then don't. Follow the same process you do for every other stock.
Great! And great for Gail!
