JR,
Is there anything I can do here in Pa? Pa. is the number 2 retirement state right behind Florida, lots of seniors to help out here.
Depending on how that tax credit is applied, it could be huge for the company.
His bankruptcy certainly pertains to his inability to manage money. And because of that inability he had to resort to selling illegal shares, which does have to do with the company.
I'm sure most of us take EVERYTHING into consideration before we put our money down. Thanks for your concern.
Okay, dispense with the inflammatory rhetoric and we'll get along just fine, otherwise...........
I never even thought of the penny stock arena.
Enough said, lets just move along because you're trying to rationalize something which you know nothing about. Good luck with those shares, I'm sure there's more than one side to your sad story.
You can ask the same questions of 500 other penny stocks and won't get any answers from them either. Funny, some of those run up hundreds of percent without any answers. You don't know much about trading penny stocks do you?
I think that about every pink sheet PR that comes out, but it doesn't keep me from rolling the dice now and again. I'm sorry, did you have a point?
You're not a stockholder??? What about those 5 million shares?? Once again, if all you want to do is spew factless hatred, sit down, relax and have a nice fresh cup of STFU. No-one here cares about what you think or say any more. Move along, nothing more to see here, your show is over.
Thanks JR, I just flat out missed that when I was reading back through the past PR's. GLTY.
JR,
I'm not asking this to be a smart ass, but because I've never seen the answer anywhere. Where are the revenues coming from for these acquisitions? TIA.
Like I said before, if he had any legit complaints he'd already be in the courtroom. Just a good old fashioned case of sour grapes here.
After reading through your post history I have only one question, do your mom and dad know you're on the computer. It also appears that you should have been twins, because you're entirely to dumb for one person.
Every day I try to walk the straight and narrow, in an attempt to be a good Christian. But some days you just have to get right down to where the rubber meets the road and tell it how it is, whether you offend people or not. IF you had any legit bitches or complaints you would be making them in a court room or to the SEC, not on this board. So why don't you get yourself a nice fresh cup of STFU and take your dribble somewhere else. Nobody here cares about what you have to say, we're all big boys and can make our own investment decisions. Have a nice life and good luck with those shares.
I can't see where eFoodsafety ties into any of this, Taggatz's name doesn't appear anywhere on their website or their subs. websites. Their address is:
eFoodSafety.com, Inc.

Nice hammer.
I'm curious, where will you "publicly state" this at?
There sure are some stange people in this world, funny how a lot of them find their way to these boards. LOL
Sounds a little like blackmail to me?
What's the other MM setting at on the ask, I don't have L2 for pinks? Thanks
Yep, won't it be fun. Looks like the other two are starting to slow down, maybe we'll soon get some attention on this one.
Wow! A whole 10k shares to wipe out the 5's. Wonder what a million share day would do?
Why doesn't anyone want to play in our sandbox?? Our setup seems much more favorable for a larger percentage run than the other two, and only 2 MM's. Maybe to much old info in the ibox confuses people?
Now, if found guilty, the judge can stipulate certain things, like he cannot be in a directing position on a publicly traded company (I have seen things like that before).
The judge doesn't have to do anything, absolutely no-one in a federal prison is allowed to run a business. Take my word for it.
I guess we'll just have to wait our turn. LOL
People should have plenty of money to run this after they're finished with BHUB & LSMJ. Guess we just have to wait for those to peter out.
I'm sort of glad I picked up a couple of those .02's the day you marked it. I put a sell order in for .04 earlier but then canceled it before they could fill it, at least I allowed someone to pick up a couple of .04's. LOL
You have gota know that if you use something like the DHS or Feds your gonna get caught...how could you not? It doens't make any sense to even try. So why do it?....to see if you can?...all for 1.5 million?
Owed the mafia money??????
Here's a boimetric/outsourcing company you guys might find interesting, it even appears to be legit. sdgl

Tom,
What can we expect from this situation?
A nice tax write off!
Point is, we'll have to wait and see who all gets caught up in the government's net. Anyone charged by them probably won't have anything left to go after.
Dickmo,
BTW, I'm curious to know if anything is being done on the civil side to begin recovering lost shareholder value. Neither the SEC nor the other state and federal criminal authorities are likely to go after certain executive and directors. That effort needs to be done by us in civil court. Does anyone know where we stand on this?
I think first we have to wait to see who's left standing. Reading the SEC documents, I wonder if anyone will be left? I also have the feeling the company will be liquidated by the time the government is done, therefore, nothing or no-one left to go after. JMHO
Yeah, I'd be afraid to do it for fear of being struck by lightning. LOL
No doubt. I think the whole company will be liquidated after the trial. Just as well, that way we can write the whole thing off at one time and don't have to be reminded year after year that we got a$$ raped.
It was suspended, the better question is why hasn't it been revoked since the SEC clearly states they want to prevent CKYS from doing any further harm to investors?
If I'm reading this correctly you can right your entire loss off at one time if the stock is deemed totally worthless.
I own stock which became worthless last year. Can I take a bad debt deduction on my tax return?
1. If you own securities, including stocks, and they become totally worthless, you can take a deduction for a loss, but not for a bad debt.
Worthless securities are treated as though they were capital assets sold on the last day of the tax year. Report this claim for loss from worthless securities on Form 1040, Schedule D (PDF), in Part 1 or 2 depending on whether you held the stock short term or long term, and write "Worthless"in the applicable column of Schedule D. Keep in mind that recordkeeping requirements for claims for a loss from worthless securities require that you keep your records for 7 years. For additional information, refer to Chapter 4 of Publication 550, Investment Income and Expenses (Including Capital Gains and Losses) and Publication 552, Recordkeeping for Individuals. For more information on bad debts, refer to Tax Topic 453, Bad Debt Deduction.
Worthless Securities
2.
Stocks, stock rights, and bonds (other than those held for sale by a securities dealer) that became worthless during the tax year are treated as though they were sold on the last day of the tax year. This affects whether your capital loss is long-term or short-term. See Holding Period, later.
How to report loss. Report worthless securities on Schedule D (Form 1040), line 1 or line 8, whichever applies. In columns (c) and (d), enter “Worthless.” Enter the amount of your loss in parentheses in column (f).
That was my understanding too, unless the stock is revoked or the company goes tits up. I'll call the IRS and get back to the board with the answer at a later date.
