Monopoly??
Those 45 year old helicopter parts are probably not worth a nickel on the dollar. First of all, they were manufactured as military spares for export. Installation on U.S. certificated aircraft is problematic.
Nearly every airport has parted out hueys laying around. The world is awash in Huey spares.

So am I Comrade Gromyko. I'm just thinking it needs a new lower low first. We'll see.
I'm glad to see you have come around to the capitalist viewpoint.
"Black out period" has absolutely nothing to do with what he can or can't say, or whether or not news can be released.
Using that phrase in that context is a dodge.
(#1) The MM manipulation's that have haunted us for the past few months.
(#2) The fact that the company wants cheap shares to buy back in order to increase their profits.
I have a patent that should be issued personally to me within the next month on a new concept electromagnet design and I do not appreciate being talked to like a moron.
I'll simplify it.
When no one is willing to buy, the price drops, until someone is willing.
If someone is willing to buy shares at the current market, the price is stable.
When someone wants to buy shares, but no one wants to sell them, the price goes up until someone is willing sell them.
Since QASP has lost one third of it's value the past few days, it looks like the first of those three market conditions has been in place.
And none of that is my opinion. It's just how it works.
When people are selling and no one is buying, share price drops until the market is found again. That's not my humble opinion either. It's how the market works.
I have looked at the numbers of shares traded over the past few days and it seems to me that some very deep pockets have scooped up many thousands of shares and I wonder why?
Really. What you got? Jet Commander, Lear 23, Sabre 40, Citation I??
This company "owns" four airplanes. At least one of them is leased. I can't drill down far enough to know which one (or more).
1978 Seminole N160PS
1978 T-Tail Arrow (hot weather runway hog!) N72MH
2003 Skyhawk N440FA
And a 1956 Bonanza
$575,000.00 is a pretty ambitious valuation for those four.
But then again, $575.000.00 doesn't even get you that junked out jet sitting at the end of the ramp serving as a starling sanctuary.
So, give us the details on QASP's corporate jet.
That is exactly the thing. You don't own it. The shareholders do.
QASP does not own one single jet. It is easily verified.
Yeah, and Mr. Bradley is wielding nunchuks.
No, I've looked at QASP very seriously. Done my DD.
This is in response to the poster on this board who was complaining that the CEO was wasting money flying around in the corporate jet.
What jet? They don't have one. They have four airplanes, and at least one of them is leased, maybe all. I haven't been able to dig that far yet.
The biggest and baddest of those four airplanes ia a Piper Seminole. Not quite a corporate jet.
OK, I'll bite. What jet does QASP have?
What QASP jet? They don't have a jet. Now that's easy to verify, unlike all the rest of the fluffy garbage they put out.
Good point. Big money must not want em.
Back below 16.70. I think it's time to take the money and run.
Doom and Gloom rules today! This is going to gap up big time.
Well, Richard Branson will be there. He's always there. And he uses that venue to make his big splashes in the aviation news world.
If QASP is a real player, they'll be there. If they're not a real player, they won't be there.
It's the perfect venue. Virtually all the aircraft and component manufacturers will be represented there. Current production, concepts, parts suppliers... It's all there.
The VLJ and the training aircraft, and Tigerfish's system are exactly what Oshkosh is about. Brand new King Airs will be on display. They could show the King Air on floats concept!
No reason in the world they could not show off the Mineseeker concept, and probably even garner pledges of support.
It's the perfect chance to show the world that an actual company exists, that QASP is more than just a Pink Sheet stock selling shell.
I'll be there, I can't wait to see what they've got!
No, I don't know of any. It would be odd for an Aerospace "Conglomerate" like QASP not to have a presence. It's one of the biggest events in the aviation industry's world.
Of course, if they don't have a presence at Osh Kosh, maybe they'll show at NBAA? http://www.nbaa.org/events/amc/2010/
If this outfit is anything more than a typical Pink sheet stock printing scheme, then they have to come out and join their peers in this industry.
Well, if these guys are real, then they will have a presence at Osh Kosh. http://www.airventure.org/index.html
So Quasar is going to have a booth at Osh Kosh this year, right? It would be the ideal venue to show off the VLJ, the training aircraft, and Tigerfish.

Well, yes. No one should ever buy at the ask. You are always an immediate loser due to the bid-ask spread. Always put in a limit order.
Hint: People telling you to "slap the ask!" are not your friends.
Hmmm. In light of that, should we apply a new meaning here?
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=51781414
Yes, they've reported previously. http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/QASP/financials
This never seems to make it into the DD on the board, because if you dig in, you realize just exactly what this is not.
You mean QASP will crater with the next PR?
Yes, every little piece helps put the puzzle together.
Now we know with certainty that there will be some kind of excuse for delay on March 31, 2011.
Thanks!
Oh, I expect it to have some pops left in it. That's why I'm here.
And you're right, not only can you not try to catch knives, you can't catch a rocket either. The first is a good way to get you're fingers cut off, the latter is a good way to get them burn't off.
My strategy is just to sit and wait in the weeds.
Re-read what I said: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=51771885
QASP has to drift own to .005.
I don't care to try catching falling knives.
I don't expect to get filled at .005 any time soon. In fact, if it was to drop to that level in a couple days, I would step back from it. Something like that would caused by a fundamental change like an inreasee in A/S, and in that case we would need to see it establish a new range.
Congrats on this little run, but keep in mind that it's bouncing off a soft floor at .010. And the bounce only came once this morning's share dump got over with, and rose only after the volume disappeared. I wouldn't be comfortable buying it based on that.
I've posted this before, I don't expect to see my buy point for a few weeks.
.005, yes that's it. You never want to chase the bid. You can't time these things.
Whoever bought this at .0109 is about to lose 10% of their money, within minutes.
How's that?
DD = Due Diligence. It represents the research you do before you make a decision regarding a security's prospects. It's kind of slung around loosely in the Stink Pink world.
Example: "My DD says you should always slap the ask, hold forever, just keep adding, never sell." Translation: "I need suckers to dump my shares on."
That's probably not a bad guess.
I was thinking that .010 might be kind of a soft floor though, since this has traded well below that as recently as late May.
certs in sudan?...lol
Thank you for the effort. Research is always appreciated.
That's Moffett Airfield. It's not open to the public.
Hey, maybe he's buying NASA/Ames!!!!
Interesting to note that a third hand e-mail is taken as straight up gospel of which no question concerning it's validity will be tolerated.
It's a human nature thing I guess. Hard to overcome, but overcoming it is critical to success playing in the Pinks.
Don't worry about Nancy (see below). Her troubles may be nearing an end.
