I'll donate $25 if it's a one-way ticket! LOL!
Waitedg, the Net-Man report is one reason I don't bother to call OTC companies, unless I just need a clarification on a reported public fact. I'm assuming Net-Man was sincere in his report and I wonder how many bought after reading it. I'm not so sure about Jacobson, of ALMI, that PO for 500(?) tons of halloysite seemed somewhat misleading to me. Has any of that material been processed and delivered?
OT: tallboy, I don't post on RB, too many paid pumpers for my liking. I suggest you just not read my posts if you are that insecure about your investment since in the long run the company's success or not will be based on their fundamentals, not "bashing" or "pumping" posts.
10K out, not much change in OS since Jan 15 filing which surprises me! Revenues zero, but we pretty much knew that.
Lots of Form 4's today too which look like options exercising.
Happy reading!

Let hear 128!!!!!! Go BIPH!!!!
If...........
If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you;
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too;
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or, being lied about, don't deal in lies,
Or, being hated, don't give way to hating,
And yet don't look too good, nor talk too wise;
If you can dream - and not make dreams your master;
If you can think - and not make thoughts your aim;
If you can meet with triumph and disaster
And treat those two imposters just the same;
If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
Or watch the things you gave your life to broken,
And stoop and build 'em up with wornout tools;
If you can make one heap of all your winnings
And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
And lose, and start again at your beginnings
And never breath a word about your loss;
If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
To serve your turn long after they are gone,
And so hold on when there is nothing in you
Except the Will which says to them: "Hold on";
If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with kings - nor lose the common touch;
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you;
If all men count with you, but none too much;
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds' worth of distance run -
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And - which is more - you'll be a Man my son!
My suspicion is if they could get a number of deals, they would have done so by now. The pps may not be such a bargain right now based on past history of "deals", IMO.
The Wilderhill Clean Energy Index seems to be headed back up. I'm surprised it dropped so much with high oil prices.
palacian, more importantly, no insiders have filed to BUY shares. One would think they couldn't get enough of a "good thing"! )))))
I'm waiting on the next filing to see what happened to the OS during the fluffy PR blitz. A big waste of shareholders' money for a company that has big deals just around the corner, IMO.
b9molecule, good point, no form 4's yet which means they expect the pps to go up more, or, they'll file them 6 months late like many do! LOL!
Waitedg, Gentlemen or sociopaths? Sometimes it's hard to tell the difference! LOL!
"This, of course, usually worsens many aspects of the sociopathic behavior. Despite these
previous symptoms, the sociopath may be an excellent actor, always appearing charming,
calm, and collected. They usually have a normal or above normal intelligence level and
good verbal fluency. It is these qualities that sometimes place he sociopath in leadership
positions within their social groups and often make it hard to spot their "black side".
ciciagt, I don't know of ANY company out there that doesn't have SOME negatives. And I thought stock boards were for discussing stocks including all info. You chose not to even address the info in the post.
Lots of insiders lined up to sell. One would think they would want to hold long term.
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/it?s=BIPH.OB
Waitedg, noted. Sometimes I get carried away like on politics or religion where everyone knows they are "right", LOL!
TRCPA, yes they should be happy! Now all they have to worry about, is the pps sustainable considering the ridiculous lack of fundamentals and customers.
I don't know, TR, you thought they were ridiculously low all the way down based on your DD at the time.
TRCPA: Yes, the pps pretty much says it all after all the DD including checking the filings and Googling around the world. Since most here are looking for a return based on the pps and can't print shares at will, the pps is really all that matters. Is the pps is not that important to you because you make "gains" from FASC some other source?
I'll call Warren Buffett and see if he has another billion or so to buy out FASC.
Another post deleted? Boy, you guys sure hate the RS predictions! LOL!
ptrey, maybe the "Incoming Order" bell finally went off and woke them up.
charlie, it took me about 30 seconds to find that post and probably took you about 30 seconds not to discuss it. I don't call OTC companies because I don't really have any faith in what they tell me. Others who have called haven't passed on anything of value, IMO. Damn! Wasted another 60 seconds! LOL!
TRCPA: The only reason I brought it up, it sounded so FOR SURE and GREAT! Much like Hydro Quebec, USDOE, USDA, Univ of Tenn, Oak Ridge National Labs, WRAP, Mitsui, Univ of Toronto, Halliburton, etc. sound (somewhat) now. BTW, all that good funding usually does not cover the participants' total costs, it's just to help out and the participants are expected to "ante up" their "share" be it time, trip costs, etc.
Whatever happened to Dr. Moore?

Informative post from RB Board.
Just got off the phone with Dr. Jerry Moore. I can't begin to describe how excited he is about the KDS and its potential (and so I begin).
Dr. Moore has not been paid for his role with FASC other than in shares and potential commissions. He is actively marketing the KDS to some very large companies. Not sure I should tell you more until I grab some more shares. He says that the deals should be finalized in the not too distant future.
This will be big.
He says that Judy should be able to find out all she wants about the KDS by following the establishment registration number published in the PR. He confirmed that he filed all the laboratory work (2" of safety data) and recieved, after 2 1/2 months of effort, the establishment number and approval of an EPA label (following FIFRA labeling requirements) for the KDS as a pesticide device.
He will be placing 2 machines, himself, into W. VA (where he is located). He is most interested in the KDS for processing animal/human waste, so I assume that is the application.
Dr. Moore is a USDA certifier for Food, Devices, Processes. He has worked on the ozonator and the high frequency device that you put in your house to get rid of pests. He referred to these as "his".
He doesn't know about Honeywell. He has some concern that FASC would not be able to fulfill a large order - we wondered together if Honeywell might be the answer to that.
The KDS meets 503 Sludge Regulations for Class "A" materials. The numbers are met by the KDS not through heating the material, but via the soundwaves. This is one of the reasons he is so excited about the process. Heating takes 3 days to have the same affect as the KDS. The KDS does not introduce any foreign materials (pesticides) in the process of creating the Class "A" substance.
Dr. Moore said he spent quite a bit of time (couple of hours - my conversation was about an hour - he loves to talk about the KDS) with a CPA whose name he could not remember. Anyone want to guess? Where's your report TR? Don't keep it all to yourself. Dr. Moore said he ended their conversation by telling him if he wanted to get rid of his shares, he'd be happy to take them.
Chicken waste generates 17,000 BTU/lb. of material without the pollution problems of coal, which generates 13,500 BTU/lb. (according to Dr. Moore).
The same big company mentioned earlier is interested in doing its own development of the KDS for special use.
He is not aware of efforts by FASC to obtain funding via the EPA - suggested that $500,000 might be available through SBIR (small bus. independent research). He is more interested in selling what is already proven - no need to reprove the efficacy of the KDS.
Information regarding the KDS will be published in two different (EPA?) journals soon. One of them is titled "Environmental Protection."
He is interested in the KDS' potential to process medical waste. He is interested in the KDS' ability to meet regulations of the Pollution Prevention Act (said this is the first time he's mentioned this to anybody).
If you want to be sold on the future of the KDS, call Dr. Jerry Moore. I had no problems reaching him. But be forwarned - he'll probably talk your ear off.
I have left a message with Judy (so sorry c3d, but I did give Ur my word - Dr. Moore said she would be part of EPA enforcement) to have her call me at her convenience. If she does not respond, I will try again.
This was posted yesterday on RB. Today, I got confirmation from talking with another investor that had spoken with Dr. Moore.
Al
Just like FASC KDS's. I can't wait to get my set-up box! LOL!
The PR said about 200 thousand households as target market, doesn't sound like around the world. I think you would do better to check the ends of rainbows for the pots of gold. If there is a big market for it the competition will be pretty stiff.
"Soon BTWO,VMHVF settop boxes will be in hotel rooms and dwellings around the world."
OT: sambeaux, did you find anything on an agreement between those two companies?
terry hallinan, thanks for your reply. I think techisbest knows the answer and that's why he doesn't reply. There are many small biotech companies out there quietly doing their research and just PR research results when appropriate. BIPH is really overboard on the paid hype, and there is only one reason for that, to sell shares. The filing will tell the true story, IMO. This doesn't grate on all "longs" since they know the score and are busy trading the stock. GLTY.
"The promotion grates on every long and may or may not be greatly overdone but without promotion there would be no research and no Biophan at all."
techisbest: Have you figured out yet why BIPH is spending thousands of dollars to stock promoters if they are so close to a contract and revenue? Wouldn't they be better off spending all that money for continued research?
OT: System Changes Hog Waste Into Clean Water
Friday May 20, 6:26 pm ET
By William L. Holmes, Associated Press Writer
Coalition of Farmers, Environmentalists Present System That Changes Hog Waste Into Clean Water
AYDEN, N.C. (AP) -- Don Lloyd stepped up a ladder and dipped his empty bottle into a tank of water that six hours earlier had been flushed out of three nearby pens filled with thousands of hogs.
"There, that's pig water," Lloyd proclaimed as he held up the bottle and tipped it back for a thirst-quenching chug.
Lloyd's demonstration Friday wasn't designed to gross people out, but to show just how confident he is in his system that purports to purify the kind of putrid, waste-filled water currently dumped into so-called hog lagoons across North Carolina.
The pilot system developed by Lloyd at Little Creek Hog Farms cleans out three hog houses four times a day, churning out potable water within six hours that is recycled again to water the hogs. The solid waste strained from the water is mixed with high-carbon cotton plant remnants to make compost.
"The data that we have seen so far on this system is encouraging," said Mike Williams, a North Carolina State University professor overseeing an evaluation of several alternatives to the traditional hog waste lagoons.
The $150,000 system developed with help from a state environmental grant is completely closed, with pipes running from flushing tanks through the houses and into purifying tanks.
Chuck Stokes, the owner of Little Creek who was part of a coalition of farmers involved in the project, praised the system as a safe and simple method of handling the waste of the 10 million hogs in North Carolina at any given time, the most of any state except Iowa.
"We wanted to do it and do it right and do it in a way that everybody could be satisfied," Stokes said.
Environmentalists with Sustainable North Carolina partnered with hog farmers on the project, a coalition as unlikely as the vegetarian mock chicken salad slid in next to the barbecue and fried chicken lunch at Stokes' farm Friday. They cheered the notion of an inexpensive way of eradicating the hog waste lagoons.
The lagoons have been attacked as environmental hazards that emit airborne pollutants and then foul the soil when farmers repeatedly spray their contents over fields as required.
Researchers have been looking for an alternative to hog lagoons in the state since at least 2000, when Smithfield Foods, one of the nation's largest pork producers, agreed to spend $15 million researching new ways to process hog waste. Smithfield and Premium Standard Farms agreed to start using the new technologies on company-owned farms when it was economically feasible.
N.C. State's Williams said he plans to end all of the study projects by the end of the year and then make a recommendation to the office of Attorney General Roy Cooper. The state will then work with the hog companies to get the approved systems in place within the next few years.
Several systems have met the environmental qualifications of the program, but cost up to six times more than using hog lagoons. Only a few totally do away with lagoons, Williams said, and just one or two others make the water potable.
Lloyd estimated that his system -- which so far has met the program's environmental requirement -- may cost 40 percent less to operate than a hog lagoon.
"I know without a doubt we have the components to do away with the lagoon system," Stokes said. "All we can do is bring it to the table. We're frankly just tired of being caught up in the crossfire."

sambeaux: FASC should have made "mention" in all PR's a requirement of the KDS sale to ALMI!
This is info from the FASC filing posted on RB by one all love to hate. I think it is important info, and I took the liberty to edit out the comments in hope the post won't be deleted and will be discussed:
The decrease in current assets from $345,757 to $203,628. Might want to check out their decreasing asset position which they need to buy assets. How are they ever going to afford all those KDS machines for all those projects?
Did one really look at current liabilities to see they increased from $77,618 to $91,264? Don't be fooled into the decrease in Long Term Liabilities which involves Notes and wages payable to related parties. Two separate categories.
Now lets look into "the reduced operating expenses."
Did anyone notice their was no mention about the obvious decrease in the important area of the always hyped area of "REVENUES?" They went from $292,464 to $69,418.
What did decrease in just the three month period ended March 31, 2005? Don't want to go back to nine months ended March 31, 2004. It gets uglier.
Wasn't depreciation one item that account for some of the difference? It went from $52,736 to $44,373. Remember it is only a paper transaction good for taxes.
Professional services from $46,061 to $.00. Not an important decrease is it? Got to wonder who got paid for those professional services. And, if they were important one quarter why weren't they as important the next. They were a staggering $155,609 nine months before. When a firm stops paying for this type of services, it can certainly point to a floundering firm.
Check out the drop in wages. How are they getting paid? No, not more options. Just think about the numbers. From $520,251 nine months ended March 31 to $126,890.
And, many of you know how extremely important research and development is. When a company cuts back in that area it is suffering greatly. FASC went from $69,839 to $55. A whole $55? What can you research or develop for $55?
Guess what increased significantly in three months? General and Administrative Costs. Must be those cruises.
Now who would find the reduction of operating expenses and liabilities likable when at the same time all important REVENUES that FASC shows as "NET INCOME (LOSS)" went from a little loss of $132,146 to an even bigger loss of $246,974. Isn't that an increase of 53.5%. Is this good?
OT: Finding all the info in filings. I found a stock that was selling for only 40 cents, had been delisted to the OTC for not meeting pps requirements. When I looked at the fundamentals, I thought I found a real winner! About breakeven on bottom line, but that looked like it could change to the positive! Look at the numbers! Looked like a sleeper to me, an undiscovered stock!
8 million OS
6 million float
44 Million revs
$18 million gross profit
$5.64 rev/share
Low debt
Then I checked the filing and found that most of the gross profit was going to a select few (management and family?) via preferred shares. The pps was now explained, the revs were not being used to grow the company. All was being raked off, the common shareholder was being screwed.
The Company has 12,625 shares of Preferred Series B Convertible stock outstanding at December 31, 2004 and 2003. The Preferred Series B Convertible stock provided for a $16 per share annual dividend, payable quarterly and increasing to $18 per share on February 27, 2004 and to $20 per share on February 27, 2005. The holder of the Preferred Series B Convertible stock has the right, at its option, to convert the 12,625 preferred shares to 721,427 common shares. The Company has the right to redeem the Preferred Series B Convertible stock in full at 100% of the face value plus accrued and unpaid dividends. The Preferred Series B Convertible stock contains certain financial covenants.
The Company has 40,000 shares of Preferred Series C Convertible stock outstanding at December 31, 2004 and 2003. The Preferred Series C Convertible stock provides for a $10 per share annual dividend, payable quarterly. The annual dividend increases to $20 per share beginning April 1, 2007. The holder of the Preferred Series C Convertible stock has the right, at its option, to convert the 40,000 preferred shares to 1,454,545 common shares, subject to adjustment. The Company has the right to redeem all or a portion of the then outstanding Preferred Series C Convertible stock at any time for 100% of the face value plus accrued and unpaid dividends.
