Informative post from RB Board.

Just got off the phone with Dr. Jerry Moore. I can't begin to describe how excited he is about the KDS and its potential (and so I begin).

Dr. Moore has not been paid for his role with FASC other than in shares and potential commissions. He is actively marketing the KDS to some very large companies. Not sure I should tell you more until I grab some more shares. He says that the deals should be finalized in the not too distant future.

This will be big.

He says that Judy should be able to find out all she wants about the KDS by following the establishment registration number published in the PR. He confirmed that he filed all the laboratory work (2" of safety data) and recieved, after 2 1/2 months of effort, the establishment number and approval of an EPA label (following FIFRA labeling requirements) for the KDS as a pesticide device.

He will be placing 2 machines, himself, into W. VA (where he is located). He is most interested in the KDS for processing animal/human waste, so I assume that is the application.

Dr. Moore is a USDA certifier for Food, Devices, Processes. He has worked on the ozonator and the high frequency device that you put in your house to get rid of pests. He referred to these as "his".

He doesn't know about Honeywell. He has some concern that FASC would not be able to fulfill a large order - we wondered together if Honeywell might be the answer to that.

The KDS meets 503 Sludge Regulations for Class "A" materials. The numbers are met by the KDS not through heating the material, but via the soundwaves. This is one of the reasons he is so excited about the process. Heating takes 3 days to have the same affect as the KDS. The KDS does not introduce any foreign materials (pesticides) in the process of creating the Class "A" substance.

Dr. Moore said he spent quite a bit of time (couple of hours - my conversation was about an hour - he loves to talk about the KDS) with a CPA whose name he could not remember. Anyone want to guess? Where's your report TR? Don't keep it all to yourself. Dr. Moore said he ended their conversation by telling him if he wanted to get rid of his shares, he'd be happy to take them.

Chicken waste generates 17,000 BTU/lb. of material without the pollution problems of coal, which generates 13,500 BTU/lb. (according to Dr. Moore).

The same big company mentioned earlier is interested in doing its own development of the KDS for special use.

He is not aware of efforts by FASC to obtain funding via the EPA - suggested that $500,000 might be available through SBIR (small bus. independent research). He is more interested in selling what is already proven - no need to reprove the efficacy of the KDS.

Information regarding the KDS will be published in two different (EPA?) journals soon. One of them is titled "Environmental Protection."

He is interested in the KDS' potential to process medical waste. He is interested in the KDS' ability to meet regulations of the Pollution Prevention Act (said this is the first time he's mentioned this to anybody).

If you want to be sold on the future of the KDS, call Dr. Jerry Moore. I had no problems reaching him. But be forwarned - he'll probably talk your ear off.

I have left a message with Judy (so sorry c3d, but I did give Ur my word - Dr. Moore said she would be part of EPA enforcement) to have her call me at her convenience. If she does not respond, I will try again.

This was posted yesterday on RB. Today, I got confirmation from talking with another investor that had spoken with Dr. Moore.

Cash is King until further notice!!!

My comments on companies are usually my opinion of long term success (years). The PPS may go up or down greatly in the meantime depending on the number of greedy suckers with money.
