Never heard back yet from the latest edition of the SRGE board of directors, but I did send him two more emails today prompting him for a reply.
Please note I will be out of the country for the next two weeks with limited internet access so those who think that quikfix disappeared that isn't the case so I won't be as active as I currently am right now on this SRGE board. If I hear anything from all those emails I sent this week, count on me to post it.
LoneRanger you'r not answering the question and forget about the suspensions for a minute. Care to explain what exactly happened on July 31, 2012 on all these concessions? Why are they in Navarro's name at 70% now?
Please note suspensions can be overturned by paying taxes, filing paperwork etc.
So why is one of the SRGE's director's (Navarro) show as owning 70% of most of these concessions that Southridge apparently doesn't own yet as per the MMR. This is what boggles my mind, the question is why would he be on Southridge's board, there has to be a reason? A PR about this or a confirmation from the MMR would be nice!
Also isn't it a coincidence that in the same month of July 2012 shows up when all these concessions went from Minera San Jorge to Navarro at 70% on July 31, 2012. Please note Minera San Jorge was sold concession 210985 to Southridge on July 12, 2012.
Is this the concession you are talking about # 210985 on http://www.siam.economia.gob.mx/siamweb/security/cargaTarjeta ?
Have you found any other concessions showing Southridge's as the clear owner/participant on this Mexican Govt Mining Registry Site? This is the only one I am aware of.
Now I am just playing devil's advocate here but wouldn't alot of SRGE believers or longs come to this conclusion "if SRGE was a scam why would they own 72.8321 hectares of Mining concessions in Mexico?"
I am aware this is probably not in production nor is it Cinco Minas but something to think about.
Besides this guy who posted this SRGE April 2012 tour video on YouTube that you apparently know
Is it just me or their liabilities for 2011 don't add up? http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=CNGI&id=85862
Confirmed! Lawyers have left the building!.
She was really irate and said that I was the 5th person who called about this. She mentioned that the broker dealing with this was some guy with a name sounding like Jim Lang working for http://www.cushwake.com who most likely wouldn't give me any information. She did mention new lawyers are moving in so this information is true. I forgot to ask whether they had any forwarding contact info for Carrillo Huettel.
Please provide me with the Building Manager's name and phone number as I will call to confirm and record the conversation and post it.
Calvin, no offense, OTCMarkets reported the share structure that was given to them by the company which I don't particularly trust seeing I can't find any evidence yet of them owning anything that they claim they own and Michael Davies won't respond to these 2 simple questions that I asked him:
Take a look at this press release:
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/southridge-announces-record-mineral-production-133100033.html
And I quote "In other recent Company developments, the anticipated and long-awaited public update at the Mexican Mining Registry of the Cinco Minas mineral concession ownership being duly reflected in Southridge's name is now complete."
1) I've only found one concession so far # 210985 in Southridge's name which is not related to Cinco Minas.
Why can't I find any other Cinco Minas concession numbers that show MINERIA SOUTHRIDGE, S.A. DE C.V on the Registry Site http://www.siam.economia.gob.mx/siamweb/security/cargaTarjeta
2) When will you put out a recent video or pics of the Cinco Minas mine with proof of date such as a mexican newspaper, showing production, etc as there are a couple of RECENT videos on Bandera Gold website of http://www.banderagold.com/projects/mexico/video.asp showing the Cinco Minas site as being INACTIVE?
Now since the TA is gagged, I have also taken it upon myself to email OTCMarkets asking how many shares received that dividend, they forwarded me to FINRA. FINRA responded and advised me to email DTCC, so I sent this email this morning:

Subject: Common Share information for latest SRGE dividend
Morning Bari,
I asked this question to OTCMarkets who told me to contact FINRA who now tells me to contact the DTC. Can you answer this question or let me know who can? My question is I noticed a dividend was paid on November 22nd for SRGE (Southridge Enterprises) as per this link http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SRGE/company-info
Can you tell me how many number of common shares received this dividend on Nov 22, 2012?
Thank you.
Why cant people validate videos such as this one taken in April 2012.
Can Michael Davies explain this?
Look at this Video dated October 12, 2011
Sorry, I don't speak Spanish but would make sense to call the municipality since most likely they are collecting taxes from Cinco Minas. Look at this from Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Municipalities_of_Mexico and do a search for the word TAX.
I'm way ahead of you though, I already emailed the municipality and the state of Jalisco in Spanish using google translate couple of hours ago. I asked them to confirm if this is true http://portalweb.sgm.gob.mx/economia/pdf/imm/20120613e.pdf since it also came from another section of the Mexican Govt.
Wouldn't the Municipality where Cinco Minas is located know who is operating or owns this mine as they would have to pay property taxes to them? I know Cinco Minas is located in the state of Jalisco http://www.jalisco.gob.mx and the Municipality is this one:
http://www.hostotipaquillo.jalisco.gob.mx/gibierno/direc.html
This page has emails and phone numbers and if you want to call them all you have to do is dial 011-52-386 and the number provided after the 386.
You want the stock price to skyrocket, find out if SRGE really owns these mines from a 3rd party in writing.
I am not going to rely on any of this especially since it came from Bandera Gold which is probably worse than SRGE in my opinion when it comes down to providing factual information. That video was so blurry that when the cameraman pointed it to his cel phone (25 second mark on 3 min video you provided) to show the display of his cel phone which was less than one foot away you couldn't see anything clearly, and I'm expected to confirm anything concrete on this video? The only thing I can say with certainty is the date it was taken due to the Mexican newspaper footage on video. Everything else is up to interpretation, good or bad.
I saw those Bandera Videos, they don't prove or disprove anything other that they were taken 2 minutes in a certain date proven by a newspaper. If he would zoom a little closer, we could see the Southridge Logo on those Blue Cylinders but cameraman didn't do that did he? Why didn't he is a good question isn't it? I think he didn't because it would make Bandera look more fraudulent than they already are. And please remember that's a snapshot of 2 minutes in a day. Remember this isn't Canada or US where we are expected to be productive, it's Mexico!!!. Ever been to Europe...no one works in Italy pretty much between 2 and 4PM.
Tried calling Tatiana at MMR 3 times today and voicemail, voicemail, voicemail. It's about 4PM in Mexico where the MMR offices are located (Central Time) so I am done for today. It was a mere fluke in my opinion when I spoke to Armando, the MMR Director at around 7:25PM Central Time earlier this week when he was in the office as the only reason I called at that time was to test ext 46102 to ensure it actually was Armando's extension.
So this week I have done the following and no responses so far:
1) emailed and phoned the MMR
2) emailed SRGE IR many questions
3) emailed the newest edition of SRGE's board of directors today on both of his email addresses
4) emailed OTCDividends at FINRA to verify SRGE share structure
5) emailed Minera San Jorge (MSJ) to provide clarification on Cinco Minas ownership.
6) called only SRGE lawyer we know about, didn't answer as apparently they fled. Recorded answering machine.
I expect the financials to be late. Since it looks to me that their past lawyers seem to have closed shop wouldn't there be a very good possibility for these new financials to be late since SRGE have or will be hiring new representation (no mention of who they are as of yet) very recently that MUST also prepare An Attorney Letter with Respect to the Current Information on OTCMarkets.com.
Let's not go into mass hysteria and panic when most likely this will happen as I think it will. It could be called or considered unforseen delays in my opinion.
Outstanding SRGE shares (share structure) and FINRA.
Sent following email, will post if they respond.

Good afternoon,
I noticed a dividend was paid on November 22nd for SRGE (Southridge Enterprises) as per this link http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SRGE/company-info
Can you tell me how many number of common shares received this dividend on Nov 22, 2012?

No offense, Davies didn't answer your question. You asked about the hiring of Magna as per SRGE's PR and why Magna only mentions they are doing due diligence in their email response to me, you, and others too and Davies responds talking about the 5 million dollar commitment and the uplisting. What does this have to do with your question? NOTHING!!! Have you any idea how many specific questions I've emailed Southridge over the last week regarding the MMR registry, clarifications, etc? Guess how many responses I've received, it rhymes with hero!
Now it looks to me like Carillo-Huettel closed its doors as per the link you provided http://www.pumpsanddumps.com/2012/11/pump-dump-incubator-carrillo-huettel.html. So wouldn't that mean that SRGE would need new legal representation as mentioned in a recent PR? In this instance, wouldn't that mean SRGE is telling the truth since they mentioned they are looking for new lawyers and isn't it a good thing they are no longer dealing with these scamsters?
I called SRGE's lawyer at 619-546-6100, the automated system does answer and I also pressed zero and I got the general voicemail. Don't believe me, I recorded it, download it here.
http://www.freefilehosting.net/rec1129-095150_2
So does that mean they left the country because they didn't answer their phone, cmon now?
In all due respect Lone Ranger, looks to me he could have zoomed that camera alot more to show the Southridge logo on those blue cylinders but purposely zoomed it to a level that would leave it up to interpretation. That video proves or disproves nothing in my opinion.
Sent email to latest addition of SRGE's board of directors which asks your name appears on this press release, is this true? I also emailed it to his other email of enrique.decastro@congreso.gob.mx

Su nombre aparece en este comunicado de prensa http://finance.yahoo.com/news/southridge-announces-appointment-board-directors-130000777.html
Es esta la verdad?
I am not saying it's a scam or not but Southridge has some involvement in Mexico as concession 210985 is listed on the Mexican Mining Registry (MMR) website of http://www.siam.economia.gob.mx/siamweb/security/cargaTarjeta .
Like I mentioned earlier, I agree alot of things don't add up so I am trying to get to the bottom of this.
For example, new videos posted on Youtube
Could this info posted on http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SRGE/company-info regarding the share structure dated November 2, 2012 be false? Where did OTC Markets get this info from, don't they verify it and I am aware on SRGE's website dated Nov 7, 2012 the same share structure info appears here http://www.southridgeminerals.com/investor.htm .
Is there any website like FINRA or other where we can see how many shares were issued that SRGE dividend. This would confirm the share structure, n'est pas? All I could find is that the dividend is listed on OTCMarkets now. http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SRGE/company-info
Was that you Ahmed2012 who took these videos?
I like those 3 videos by YouTube user MexicoGoldSilver who opened his YouTube account on November 3, 2012 http://www.youtube.com/user/MexicoGoldSilver . At least they show the Southridge logo on the digger, loading truck, and hard hat from employee operating the digger. I would have liked to have seen a date relevance, maybe showing an EL INFORMADOR Mexican newspaper with the current date on it and/or shwowing cel phone date and time. Other than that, not too shabby but there is lots of room for interpretation.
Actually, Tatiana's voicemail kicked in but I stopped recording before her voicemail prompt started. I tried 5 times today, and all 5 times voicemail and those 5 calls cost me $0.35 in case you're wondering so there is no excuse not to get to WHOLE truth about SRGE.
I'm trying to prove a point, get Tatiana on the phone, get the necessary proof in writing or in another format that cannot be disputed and we can determine the truth about SRGE. It's not that hard people and this is what I call DUE DILIGENCE!!!
Verifiable Proof from Mexican Mining Registry is possible which would either validate or disprove all those "I spoke to the MMR and SRGE owns the mines" prior posts. Check this link out and download this file (it's a one minute MP3 file). Too bad the MMR is not answering today.
http://www.freefilehosting.net/rec1128-140849
You see this is what I call true DD. Two posts confirming the same info from Magna in WRITING. My post was number 70024 and ramiiijab's post 70166. Posting I spoke to this person, etc doesn't mean anything to me and worth diddly squat in my opinion.
BTW, I'm not done with the mining registry either, I will get Tatiana on the phone eventually or eventually get an email response from her as I am relentless.
Email response from Magna Group regarding SRGE!!!

Good morning.
I read this morning in this press release http://finance.yahoo.com/news/southridge-minerals-hires-ny-based-165500031.html that Magna Group was hired by Southridge Minerals. Can someone confirm the validity of this press release as I want to ensure this is true.
Thank you.
Can someone call Magna Group Capital Management LLC to confirm if this info is true? I would but in meetings for most of the day.

No offense, the SRGE team are morons. No mention of new legal representation nor any mention when the financials would come out. Man, they need to hire me as a CEO as I would definitely do a better job than Davies.
What happened to all those few people that called SRGE IR yesterday and were told a PR would come out. Did you actually call or was it an attempt to pump this stock. Why can't people can't tell the truth is beyond me, oh, I know, greed, and the mere fact everyone wants to be Gordon Gekko. Or maybe SRGE IR person lied to them, which one is it?
Don't forget number 8. Ungag the TA and show us your real share structure like real revenue producing companies do.
I've sent many emails to Micheal Davies and haven't heard back yet. If I was CEO and had investor(s) asking for an explanation and clarification regarding 3rd party Govt proof that theses mines are owned by Southridge, I would do everything in my power as CEO to prove this which in my opinon would definitely reduce skepticism and appreciate the stock price in my opinion. But what the hell do I know right? At least I am not fabricating things like SRGE's CEO in his press releases regarding the Mexican Mining Registry being updated and god knows what else.
Is it too much to ask, you own mines right in Mexico? You need to be on the Mexican registry for an investor like myself to have full confidence in this stock. Sure, I own SRGE shares but I'd like to transition from trader to a long term investor and Michael Davies, the lack of 3rd party written proof, and these fluff PRs in my opinion really aren't doing it for me!
Do you think SRGE is going to uplist to the OTBCC before year end as per this Sept 5, 2012 PR?
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/southridge-announces-record-mineral-production-133100033.html
And I quote "Also, the Company had now engaged the necessary professional services to migrate and up-list the Company's reporting status back to the Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board. It is anticipated that this process will be complete before the end of 2012".
Could this be related to the new legal representation? I guess the old lawyers they had "engaged" and mentioned in this PR were't fitting the bill and they used the word anticipated again. Like I mentioned earlier, at this point, I don't know what to believe.
If the Mexican Mining Registry policy is to not email due to a past "Director Armando" email hitting the message boards, couldn't someone call Tatiana (as to be honest, speaking to Armando was useless yesterday) and record the conversation from beginning to end? Now, that's a little better DD than just saying I spoke to her.
Two simple questions we need to ask?
1) What concessions does Southridge have in their name and which ones are they?
2) Why is Minera Southridge not listed on your concession registry website yet if these concessions were transferred to them (assuming they were in #1).
Any takers?
BTW for those stating the MMR has a backlog I just proved in post 68832 that there isn't such a long backlog as there have been entries dated in these questionable concessions in the months of July and August of 2012. Please note I am stating written facts from the Mexican Mining Registry that you can easily access on the internet and not made up stories.
Look at the date of this concession cert that was posted here http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=79058129 Enero is January in Spanish. So this concession # 221864 is dated January 24, 2012 and it's clear as day right?
Why then are most of these concessions including this one 221864 as per this post showing suspensions dated August 16, 2012, There are tons of July 31, 2012 entries too on these concessions in case you're wondering but no transfer of ownership to Minera Southridge S.A de C.V dated January 24, 2012.
Click on the Mexican Mining Registry link below and enter 221864, take a look at the results, I am not making this up and want an explanation for this.
http://www.siam.economia.gob.mx/siamweb/security/cargaTarjeta
Could this be the reason why Southridge hired new legal representation as per their last PR as the current lawyers they had couldn't accomplish Mexican Mining Registry obligations that CLEARLY weren't met? At this point, I don't know what to believe.
