I kinda was wondering that myself. I think the average penny player is immune to that kind of paid pumping. I did a little searching and the CEO has consistantly applyed himself to these kind of venues. A simple google search of his name brought up multiple interviews in the past.
The thought I was having was that if your gonna use stock for funding you have to create a market for the financers to recoup their money in. Kinda hard to get folks to give you funds for a block of shares for which there is no market.
I really don't have any proof for this theory other than past interview history, but nature abhors a vacuum.
Also if the share price falls too low in some of these deals it increases the financers share count or options.
Stockguru has covered ONGO for a while. The shares they were paid for their coverage are restricted.
Nothing excites the market like PROFIT
DO YOU THINK THAT THEY CAN BECOME PROFITABLE?
Just received my new ONGO investors kit

What do you have to base this very optimistic feeling on if you don't mind me asking? It seems like as long as fractions still exist this can continue to go lower.
Disheartining to say the least. No position I have ever been in has made me feel more manipulated than this one.
I am still thinking that the action of the market is not indicative of the fundamental value of the company.
Of course I may be a dumba$$
I'm afraid that it's pre-recorded
Form 144
A form that must be filed with the SEC when an executive officer, director, or affiliate of a company places an order to sell that company's stock. Also known as Rule 144.
There are five basic requirements fill in order to sell under 144:
1. The form must be filed properly.
2. Adequate current public information must be available. For example, required reports such as the 10K and 10Q forms must have been filed with the SEC.
3. Volume limitations have to be met. One limitation is the sale must not be greater than 1% of outstanding shares.
4. The transaction must be made by a stockbroker in accordance with certain procedures and rules.
5. If the securities are restricted, then they cannot be sold until one year after the date the affiliate paid the entire purchase price.

I usually have the board info hidden so I forgot there is a beautiful chart right there. Doh.
Looks like the market wasn't too happy with the quarterly filing?

Thank you for the link Mr.
As members of the Containers Owners Association, we have been made aware of the event and will certainly be in attendance in Birmingham in 2008. We are also looking at the possibility of exhibiting EKO-FLOR at the show.
Regards and thank you again,

Pretty quick this time
I wonder if they will be here

A very poetic prediction.
I'm going on vacation next week so I won't have to look for 9 or 10 day's. Please have things all straightened out by then.
Well there goes .014
Nothing works to keep one focused like your own money.
We are just along for the ride on this one.
Big holders can play this however they want
Prop up the price with large all or nothing orders while they sell off above.
Pull the support and buy the panic.
Put in a higher all or nothing sell order to keep a lid on things while they play.
I'm just gonna sit back and watch the show
.o15---251666 shares 1 trade of 26666, interesting number
.o145--169149 shares 1 trade of 50000

Seems to be some support at .014
That could go fast though or it could hold.
If I knew I'd be a millionaire
I may very well be a tool, whatever that means. You have the right to post whatever you care to within the limits of the rules of this forum. Calling me a kid at my age is close to a compliment. I apologise if I was rude.
1. You have no idea what my cost base is
2. Keep picking bottoms, one of them will end up being right
Would you like to try picking some new bottom tomorrow?
Come back when you have a clue.
Nice going...Jinx

If you notice the date on the report, January 2007
This relationship has been in effect for a while?
I wish I knew
1. How many total shares introduced into the floot because of this promotion?
2. Where did they come from?
It does help and leads me to believe that this is the company they hired. CFRI is popping up in a lot of places.
I suppose it dosen't matter that much, but I would like to know.
1. From where the shares used to buy this promotion came
2. How many shares were actually dispursed.

I have been working very hard to try to find out something about Radius IR the company credited with dispursing these free trading shares to these promotional venues.
I am not 100% sure I have found them but this is what I was able to obtain with some skilled help. (thanks)

I have been lead to believe that you would probably not get them to confirm a relationship with a customer.
I did email Conforce and ask them. This is only research and I cannot confirm a relationship between them and
Conforce
Thanks Burp, Kota, everyone. I did add the Beacon Equity Research report to the info box.
Seems like the same pattern every day. Beat it down, buy it back up. (a little)
Thank you all very much, but I'm only a guest here.
I enjoy sharing information because everyone has a different outlook.

This is veeeeery hard to take
This form of financing is also interesting and may be applicable
http://www.investopedia.com/terms/m/mezzaninefinancing.asp
I know from reading sec filings that ONGO used a combination of equity and outright debt to finance their aquisitions. Most of us are aware of the efforts of the company to elimnate their debt
I saw this a few days ago but really didn't think it relevent to the current promotional activity
Perhaps the link with the dates would also be helpful
