I asked for 25K at the close and only got 18,350????? in two blocks. Strange?
Just back from a 3 day vacation in Martha's Vinyard, and what a great surprise! Great News Longs, this is the milestone we've been waiting for! I have some reading to do to catch up, but wooohooo!
Interesting...
check out RB EFTI the past few posts about IHDR? Strange goings on?
Great Link! I havent had much time to research Wastech yet, but you can bet if the ECV works well, there will be many more JV in the near future. GLTA 1step

I believe the market makers walked us down with sideways trades for the last few weeks, and are now backing off. In comparison, even with last quarters dilution, we are looking at just over 100 mil o/s. A successful product announcement combined with a few signed contracts and we will all be smiling into 2007. Im hoping around dividend time that shareholders of record, will mean all of us.... Right Now!
Unfortunately the recent PR campaign had no effect on the PPS.
Potential CAVD sales:
Just researching EFTI's past experiences with plant sales to see if its possible for IHDR to earn 100 million in sales in 2007....

2004 LOI's
During the twelve months ended December 31, 2004, the Company received $100,000 from PEPER Holdings, LLC (PEPER), for a License Contract providing PEPER to secure the exclusive territory of Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico for 18 months, and the city of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico for 6 months. During this period, PEPER intends to initiate construction of Catalytic Activated Vacuum Distillation (CAVD) plants that process rubber tire chips into usable energy products. The period of the exclusivity allows for environmental, political, and financial details to be finalized by PEPER. PEPER will purchase the plants from EFTI and own the plants. EFTI will receive a 15% royalty based on gross profit and a technical support contract for continuing services during the life of the plant. The plants will be built by Harmony, LLC, a Turner Industries company that built the operating plant in Mobile, Alabama.
The Company has signed a Letter of Intent with EarthClean Energy ("ECE") to license territories in Canada and for the sale of a CAVD Reactor. The agreement with ECE is a license for three provinces in Canada: Ontario, Quebec and Alberta. Pursuant to the agreement, a nonrefundable license fee of $1,000,000 US will be paid to EFTI within one year. At the signing of the Formal License Contract, a 10% deposit for the purchase of the first plant will be made with the balance secured by a Letter of Credit. ECE will own 100% of the plants and EFTI will receive royalties for continued services during the contract period.
The Company has signed a Letter of Intent with San Vision Technology, Inc. ("SVT") to license the territory of Ocean City, New Jersey. At the signing of a contract for their first CAVD Reactor, 10% of the plant sale will be paid to EFTI with the balance secured by a Letter of Credit. SVT will own the CAVD Reactor(s) and EFTI will receive royalties for continued services during the contract period.
WESCO & EFTI:
I was afraid IHDR would be held hostage in Mobile. John Stanton does not want EFTI's pps to rise because of the pending 3 company merger which has been stalled for months. I can only speculate as to the reasons why EFTI wouldnt want IHDR to announce CAVD news. Here's a response from fairwayiron on the topic:
"It was just a thought, not even a rumor. But I was thinking that IHDR announcing one, two or ten plant sales totaling $100 million in revenues for 2007 might make EFTI shareholders think "dumping" what they had bought into six or eight years ago on the eve of the jackpot was ripping them off.
I have acquaintances who are building five ethanol plants up north for $1.6 billion. The first is under construction today. They have been familiar with EFTI's tire operation from the beginning. One major concern they are dealing with is the enormous quantity of DDGS they will be producing. They are aware of the EFTI move to DDGS and called Stanton recently. He wouldn't take their call or return it and this is a state supported and partially funded operation."
With everything IHDR is dealing with now, let the PPS slide... Im hanging in, this way it will really feel like I earned it when it hits $10 in 07. 1step
We need the test results!<em>
IHDR:
Are you still planning a trip to Mobile? I know there were some minor setbacks installing the ECV, just wondering if you had to postpone. Once they get the independant ECV test results, looking to add at these levels.
Todays news on stockguru....
Nothing new but well put together, thought I'd share:
Internal Hydro International, Inc. (OTCBB: IHDR) - Wednesday's shares stayed even at $0.10 with a total of 303,720 shares traded. On Aug. 29, 2006, Internal Hydro International Inc. has placed the first Energy Commander (EC) low impact hydro unit for renewable energy certification and production set up in Mobile, Alabama. IHDR's low impact hydro unit, the Energy Commander V, was built for commercial utilization using efficient positive displacement cylinders rather than large intake turbine systems. The system was sited with the cooperation of Earth First Technologies, Inc.'s (EFTI) CAVD plant in Mobile, Alabama for engineering certification and production plans by IHDR, and for domestic customer base demonstration and European production and manufacturing partner input. The low impact hydro system, besides being qualified for renewable energy and engineering certifications on site, will supply energy for use at the plant during operations. This placement of the Energy Commander in this small flow setting in an industrial operation will support the market entry of the next ten units for those already contracted for the oil and gas industry, residential development, and requests for units under IHDR's placement plan in the agricultural, textile, wood pulp and production, non-large hydro supporting dams, water pipelines, and large use utilities arenas. As an example, IHDR is already working in the residential and municipal power market with one major utility where a pipeline creates excess pressures requiring pressure reduction valves along a one and a half mile route. Energy Commander placements would take the place of pressure reduction valves, for placement of numerous clean energy EC units on such lines. The EC unit is sited at the Mobile plant to use a six inch inlet of water, its standard intake, into the 12 dual-cycle cylinder unit for production of electricity on a unique cam shaft for generation of the force on the drive shaft and generator. The engineering and renewable energy certification of the unit will be completed by a third party engineering firm in Mobile, and the production phase for large scale unit roll out will be participated in on site by Cm2, the Italian based European manufacturing partner of IHDR for large scale production.
Internal Hydro International, Inc. is an alternative energy company that developed a clean energy power system, the Energy Commander Systems that utilizes a patented technology, using waste water, fluid or gas flow to create electricity. Sorry...
willinvest's post regarding the water tank.
IHDR: Are you able to verify vindications post reguarding the water tank? Knowing the ECV is operational would calm us all down, Im sure. Thanks in advance 1step
Not enough volume to justify a 18% drop

Wow Residiuum!
I am starting to believe you actually are a person. Thank you for the self disclosure, and while i disagree with your overall outlook on IHDR, you have, in my opinion, been an asset to shareholders, whether we like it or not. Your analysis of this particular company is often centered around the financials, and rarely have you posted about the companies technology, or market potential. So, while we're on a roll, how about it. 1step
I hope we signed a non-competition agreement. <em>
Looks like John Riviera (inventor of the CAVD) and CEO of US sustainable Corp.(EFTI)is making waves with this:

Good find Rags! <EM>
Ive been wondering about IHDR's capital. We spent 4 mil last quarter launching the ECV, and just prior, bought licensing rights worth 500,000. Yes, there has been share dilution but 100 million float after 5 1/2 years, isnt bad. Im wondering how deep the IHDR well is. Could we qualify for grant from the Italian government?
My guess would be HYFS. Checkout this PR oct 2005
"We are pleased to be joining forces with Internal Hydro," said HYFS CEO Mark Clancy. "The revenues we're deriving from the licensing fees as well as our anticipation for the royalty stream from operating plans will allow us at HYFS to develop our signature biofuel. In effect, we have turned a necessary expense into a profit center. The team at Internal Hydro will be focusing on the CAVD technology together with their own unique and promising energy initiative. There are a number of synergies between HYFS and Internal Hydro that we will be investigating during the coming months," concluded Mr. Clancy.
About HYFS - US Energy Initiatives Corporation, (OTCBB:HYFS), formed in 1996, delivers its patent dual-fuel diesel to natural gas conversion technology and resells a portfolio of gasoline to natural gas and propane conversion systems. The Company's primary facility is a 12,000 square foot state-of-the-art systems development and emission testing lab in Atlanta, Georgia. The Company's current clients include General Motors (NYSE:GM), http://www.gm.com;

Great news today, Is this record volume?
We know have revenues, and my guess is green through the end of August, slow and steady. GLTA 1step
Jzip,
By all means take everything you read on message boards with a grain of salt, but IHDR (the poster) has been here much longer than I, and he'll usually support his statements by fowarding an Email from the CEO if you ask him. JMHO 1step
Well forgive me for "the bumps in the road" comment, it was a comparison and I see how it could be perceived as niave. My intention for posting my exit and future re-entry, was not meant to suggest to others "how they should feel", and I am perfectly aware (just by looking at the charts posted above) that I may be the "first" Long in the history of this board to take profits, and still be interested in the long term prospect.
If this board is specifically for LONGS, Ill respect that and post elsewhere, but as moderator you should be open to the discussion and possibility that as CTUM makes extremely rapid gains, you are NOT "breaking your vows" by selling for a profit.
If this to you is BS, and casting unnecessary doubt amoungst an "experienced" board of faithful Longs, I sure dont want to be the whipping boy. If Im the only one, I'll enjoy this board from afar. GLTY 1step
WOW, You guys are excited!

There havent been many bumps in the road so far for CSMG, and I hope it stays that way. Just playing it safe.
It actually took me the whole 3 years to make a million bucks.

makes sense from what little I know about MM's, but if anyone has been paying attention, it sure looked like serious manipulation to drive the stock down. Looking for a great pr this week, signed contract or IHDR first revenues announcement. Good Luck 1step
