Sorry saw this posted just after I was typing the same ??
Guess who is #2 most profitable in the space? And that is with US GAAP accounting. The #1 is using IFRS and the benefit of fair value of biological assets.

Listen, I do own a little CWEB, but do own much more CVSI based on potential and fundamentals of the stock. I do not believe I am stating anything false and anybody invested in CWEB and did their DD acknowledges the same, as do the results of their 3rd quarter and perhaps some mismanagement. Both companies will do better with the passing of the FB.
This has also been debated on Seeking Alpha, much more in tune with this stock than I. See below.
CWEB missed earnings:
Q: Isn’t that due to reinvesting back into the company, with rebranding and upgrading their website?
A: Which is all normal course of any business?? If that’s the reason, management messed up execution.
Possibly, for now we shall see if CVSI gets uplisted to Nasdaq. Then it’s a race. As far as I know CWEB has not been a hurry to file an application. CVSI has filed last July and I believe needs FB passage.
We believe up-listing from the OTC Market to the Nasdaq Capital Market will increase corporate visibility, improve liquidity, and broaden awareness in the financial markets,” stated Joseph Dowling, Chief Executive Officer of CV Sciences
Thinking same!!!
Thank you for your service!!! Good luck if you buy shares and good health to you.
Looks like FB will be in motion Tuesday. Might want to buy Monday if not in yet
Congressional leaders appear to be trying to bring up the farm bill in the House and Senate next week.
A spokesman for House Agriculture Committee Michael Conaway, R-Texas, told DTN on Friday that Conaway “hopes” to bring the bill to the floor next week.
Politico reported that Conaway said, “That's the game plan. I think we can get it done in the House.”
But Conaway added to Politico that the conference report cannot be filed until Tuesday when the House returns from its weekend recess.

here is the issue with cweb. they do have a really good brand but their model is greenhouse growing of hemp with non certified hemp seed. to scale properly they will need to transition to outdoor growing most likely (or they will burn through too much cash and have a hard time scaling) and they will have to transition to certified hemp seed. all this to catch up with cvsi will take cash. gras cert will take major cash. cvsi is already outdoor growing and certified hemp seed via futura 75 and fedora 17. those are heirloom european certified seed. they have been testing those varieties in kentucky for 3 years they will be ready to scale. another thing is that cvsi is outsourcing all the processing in europe and southern california and they are ready to scale meanwhile cweb is trying to do it all themselves. cvsi already has a food product in which dupont helped formulate. cweb does not. stores are waiting much longer for refill orders from cweb than cvsi this is on the ground verified dd. i think cweb is going to be fine but they will have scalability problems in 2019 where cvsi will not i believe.
Right, sure thing with FB and this gets shorted???
BREAKING: Hemp legalization is officially in the final Farm Bill, the top Republican and Democrat on House Agriculture Committee just confirmed.
Read this:
Friendly reminder, Trulieve owns 100% of Life Sciences, Inc., who is anticipating their doors opening for recreational sales in Massachusetts in the immediate future. Those other two little stores that opened in MA a few days back managed to bring in 20% of the revenue that the entire country of Canada brought in on its first day. Trulieve's 2019 numbers are about to make 2018 look like pennies. Don't sleep on Kim and this stock, she's a power player.
Thanks for posting I passed on this even though I thought it hit bottom I think it will be dropping more
I would like to forward a great response found on seeking alpha credit to writer going by name scramyall:
This is a fine article; now, may I provide an on-the-scene description of Trulieve? Disclaimer: I am a Florida licensed customer who is long TCNNF, and I purchased 1K shares (through Schwab) a couple of months ago, after using Trulieve's products prescribed for me almost a year earlier, primarily CBD for earlier service related injuries. Since my doc wanted me off over-the-counter stuff (and worse), I've used no pain killers nor hard liquor. I'm also using Sativa based TCH products (via vape pen) occasionally. This year T/L has more than doubled its retail outlets and strategically located them throughout the state and I've visited several stores. They are well located, attractively designed, clean and comfortable. Quite a bit of progress as retailers has been made. T/L's product line has increased substantially and products are priced reasonably (the ones I'm using require only two or three doses per day and I'm now pain-free). T/L's stores - now 22 in number -are easily located and parking problems have lessened considerably, possibly due to aggressive buy online promotions. Buying online - often at a discount on holidays - customers merely have to show up with proper I.D.and their orders await and are ready.-to-go. Better than drive-thru and home delivery is also available. Stores are near population centers near the coasts and interstate highways.. Retail outlets are attractive and clean and polite personnel know the product specifications and characteristics. Any questions are freely answered. On recent visits, I observed patients, including many women, in the wait room conversing with each other about products. The website provides knowledge in detail, and the "chat" feature is active. The "farm" is near Quincy, FL (in the northwest panhandle and not a tourist area) near I-10.. It's location has been a boon for jobs and it is very welcome there, as Quincy is not a tourist area. Undoubtedly, the farm has room to expand there at a reasonable cost. It is not far from the GA and AL borders.
As for marketing and the future. T/L has now moved into MA & CA and I'm pleased, as there is a substantial seasonal movement of consumers between MA and FL. For several months each year, FL's population increases from about 16M residents to an estimated 30M during tourist "season." Add the popularity of FL to the millions of Canadians who winter here and spring breakers, also. That said, FL is CERTAINLY going to expand legalized use, as tax revenues are essential to the state's budget problems. (Florida's constitution prohibits an income tax and folks here will NEVER approve changing that! !!) Presently, wherever you go here, enormous housing projects are under construction with cranes visible in every direction. Sadly, cancer patients are growing here, as populations age, and hospitals are expanding massively. Given that, Big Pharma will take a hard look at its opportunity in cannabis here in FL.
I plan to be adding to my present positions, and I recommend readers do the same.
Yep like 10 mins
