sljb,
From Feb email, no R/S as long as on pink sheets
As you know I am not going to do a reverse split , not yet and not the time being on pinksheets
Richie,
Did you sell out today?
Wood,
Buying at .0009 is like buying at .0018 when there were 2 billion shares out, and at that time they didn't have much sales and it still ran to .016 twice.
He even stated in shareholders letter that marketing proved harder than originally thought because he was going against established companies but now he has some great alliances.
Yeah, his perception of what it will be worth.
He's thinking 30 to 50 million in sales in a few years.
johnny,
Without seeing financials I would agree they are probably not making money yet. I would think the great cost of marketing for the past four years was much more than the sales, but I also think sales are increasing greatly and expect many good things to happen this year.
johnny,
Shares outstanding X share price = market cap.
yaacov stated he would not sell for less than 50 million and 10X current cap is only 32.5 million. Based on sales which appear to be growing at a very good pace now, I think 30 million is fair. Many companies have no sales and are valued at 200 million or more. ACRO a competitor was valued at 120 million last year and they only have one kit and no reported sales. Bico was valued at over 1 billion dollars for a while and their diabetes diasensor didn't even work.
Wood,
The market cap is only 3.25 million and IMO it should be 10 times higher. So it really doesn't matter if there are sellers. At some point it will be valued at a higher amount and then our s/p will go up accordingly. Let's just hope he doesn't have to issue to many more shares. Mike
Richie,
New shares cannot be sold yet, but somebody is feeding the MM's. If the mm'S HAD TO GO INTO THE MARKET TO FILL aLL THE BUYS THAT CAME THROUGH TODAY, THE PRICE WOULD BE MOVING up. (sorry hit caps lock)We just need demand to be greater than supply. Although you are not happy with the release it does give an idea of what happened in only the last 10 days. Many kits are being sold and it should escalate from here. Good days ahead and IMO .001 is a great bargain.
BTW, that was a short trip out to sea with your nerve pill. LOL.
pamo, Lots of times you can't buy at the bid, but that's not a problem here although the last few trades have been at the ask
Richie,
Take a nerve pill and head out to sea. I'll let you know when to come back.
Somebody is supplying the market at the bid, You won't see individual investors getting in until the ask is hit and the s/p starts moving.

Johnny,
In my opinion there will not be a R/S as long as IDenta is on the pinks. Yaacov will move to another exchange according to the shareholder letter when "Our Board of Directors remains committed to IDenta Corp. being a legally-compliant, fully-reporting organization, with the long-term intention of elevating our trading status when it is in both the company's and our shareholder's best interests".
What does it mean "when it is in the company's best interest"? I think that means sales are good enough to warrant the expense and elevated status of the company.
What does it mean "when it is in the shareholder's best interest"? I think it means that the shareholder will not be hurt but rather will benefit by going to a better exchange.
According to the progress of the past several months, I think that time is getting very close.
We have all been through reverse splits and they generally are no good, but I can't think of any that I went through that the company was actually marketing something viable.
All in my opinion only.
New distributor for products on Galls.com, very large police website, maybe the largest.
http://www.galls.com/google/gaweb.dll
pamo, you say it stinks but you won't sell. What's with that??
You must still believe in something.
pamo,
Send me your address, I will send you one I have some.
raphaelee,
Yaacov said he did not receive your email. He receives hundreds every day though. Are you a current shareholder?
raphaelee,
I will try to contact him
Richie,
If you check alexa.com you will see that the percent of global Internet users who visit the site Identa.biz has increased 400% over the last three months and at drugsdetector.com has increased about the same amount.
Traffic rank has increased dramatically at both sites. There is a reason many more people are looking at the two websites.
Wood,
I think Yaacov is serious about getting off the pinks shortly and we might see something about that during the second quarter.
johnny,
I spoke to Yaacov today and he said IDenta was finally being recognized around the world as a leader in their field. He seemed very happy that things are starting to move faster now. It took 2 years to get France committed from when they tested the drug kits and it seems they are going to lead other countries into the kits through IBTEC. They are now testing the explosive kits and we will probably see the same good results as when they tested the drug kits. Whether or not someone is selling, the market cap in my opinion of 3 million is way too low. It ran twice and something will start it again. I loaded up between .0018 and .0010 and will now wait.
To date in 2008, IDenta has received five substantial orders from various French agencies. The company projects that orders from France could total over one million dollars in the next year.
Jerusalem, Israel— JERUSALEM--March 11, 2008 -- IDenta Corp. (Other OTC:IDTA.PK - News) announced today that IDenta Alert explosive detectors and IDenta Stinger drug detectors have been officially selected by numerous police and governmental agencies in France. The announcement comes after a weeklong trade mission to that country during which company officials attended numerous high level meetings arranged by IDenta's French representatives, IBTEC.
"The French officials we met with are definitely convinced of the superiority of our products," boasted IDTA CEO Yaacov Shoham. Meetings were held at the French Laboratories of Police Science in Lyon (drug detection) and Marseilles (explosives detection), and with French Customs, the French Interior Minister and Gendarmerie Nationale in Paris. "This is the fulfillment of an important representation we made long ago to our shareholders concerning the progress IDenta has been making around the world. Significant changes like this one, now occurring in France, which we have been working on for over two years, take a long, long time to occur. We now believe within the year, all of the French agencies who use drug and explosive detection products will be working exclusively with IDenta."

In another important development at the explosive laboratory in Marseilles, Shoham was informed that IDenta Alert explosives detectors performed with very high marks in a recently conducted large scale testing. A formal report, similar to one issued by the Police Science laboratory in Lyons in February of 2006 concerning IDenta's superior drug detection products, is expected to be released in the near future.

Hopefully bottomed out, some buying today.
We should see some news real soon.
Richie,
I think the GHB and lead test kits will be next and I think Yaacov is planning separate websites for those items.
BTK now on Accutest website,
http://www.accutest.net/products/bullet-hole-test-kit.php
Then they should fill mine
5k trade @.0009 = ($4.50)took it down to .0008, then 4 more 5k trades at .0008
FNT,
Good post and you are probably pretty accurate in much of the content. As long as we are on pinks there will not be a R/S imo. But after that to become listed, the shares would have to be addressed but Yaacov will not do anything to destroy the company. The current cap is way to low IMO and there is much room for appreciation. When Yaacov finally does release the progress, then we might see a better valuation.
Ernie,
Yes I do think it will turn around. Yaacov is very conservative and yes he is doing it his way. Very little debt, and he really wants to get off the pink sheets and go to the BB but it will be when he's ready. He knows how good the products are, but knows also the difficulty in getting his "foot in the door" in an already established market. If you re-read the shareholders letter, most is laid out in there. And he is not ready to disclose to his competition everything that is going on.
I have bought many shares from .002 and down, but I am not advising anyone else to buy or sell. And this is all just my opinion.
sljb,
Yaacov is not retiring, fully involved in marketing. Still planning on BB listing.
"The markets for our products are huge in any aspects. We have developed so many products with so many advantages comparing what is been used today in the world that it is only matter of time to penetrate the markets.
The stock market it is absolutely not reflecting the situation."
From the shareholders letter,
It is a very complicated sales process because in most cases, the people who approve the use of these products are not the ones responsible for ordering them.
During 2007, numerous U.S. law enforcement agencies switched to using IDenta Stinger Drug Detection kits, and during 2008 we anticipate that an even larger number of agencies will be replacing their current drug detection kits with IDenta products.
All in all, we now believe we have all of the right elements in place and working every day to deliver the sales results we have so diligently been working toward
Fractal compression is a lossy image compression method using fractals to achieve high levels of compression. The method is best suited for photographs of natural scenes (trees, mountains, ferns, clouds). The fractal compression technique relies on the fact that in certain images, parts of the image resemble other parts of the same image. Fractal compression differs from pixel-based compression schemes such as JPEG, GIF and MPEG since images are mathematically encoded, no pixels are saved.
Michael Barnsley led development of fractal compression in 1987, and holds several patents on the technology.[1] The most widely known practical fractal compression algorithm was invented by Barnsley and Alan Sloan (U.S. Patent 5,065,447 ). Barnsley's graduate student Arnaud Jacquin implemented the first automatic algorithm in software in 1992.[2][3]All methods are based on the fractal transform using iterated function systems. Michael Barnsley and Alan Sloan formed Iterated Systems Inc. in 1987 (changed to MediaBin Inc. Inc. in 2001 and in turn was bought out by Interwoven, Inc. in 2003) which was granted over 20 additional patents related to fractal compression. A major breakthrough for Iterated Systems was the automatic fractal transform process which eliminated the need for human intervention during compression as was the case in early experimentation with fractal compression technology.
Still fractal image compression has been used successfully in a number of commericial applications. onOne Software developed Genuine Fractals 5 under license from Iterated Systems Inc. Genuine Fractals 5 is a Photoshop plugin capable of up-rezzing still images up to 1000% of the original size. To date the most successful use of still fractal image compression is by Microsoft in its Encarta multimedia encyclopedia, also under license from Iterated Systems Inc.
During the 1990's Iterated Systems Inc. and Total Multimedia Inc. collaborated on and effort to bring fractal compression to video. While compression results were promising computer hardware of that time lacked the processing power for fractal video compression to be practical. Up to 15 hours were required to compress a single minute of video.
ClearVideo also known as RealVideo (Fractal) and SoftVideo were early fractal video compression products with limited commercial success mainly due to the excessive encoding resource requirements. Fractal video seemed to had disappeared due to lack of available information, however Total Multimedia Inc. carried out further development of its SoftVideo fractal codec and in 2007 announced a revised version now called TruDef. With the significant increase in computer processing power since the 1990's it is now likely fractal video compression can be achieved in real time. Renewed interest in this often misunderstood technology is leading to further development.
