The more I think about it, this is really kinda of funny. Did not David Pohl hold various positions within the company and board during this same period of losing millions?

Mikey: I'm pretty much with you on "only the PrePump Frontloader". Been in a couple of plays from this board and have never made a cent. Appears to me that most buy early, then drive the price up with the pump, and cash out, leaving nothing but bag holders. Take my advice and do your own DD and forget listening to the pumpers on these boards. Ive learned my lesson. Good trading....Aggie.
Shakerzzzz: Please accept my most humble appology for questioning the VSUS call...Any change in our target price???
VSUS dead?????
Nope, I'm the dumb @ss who got caught in the hype. Have no one to blame but myself.
VSUS - Unbelieveable. I cannot believe I got sucked into another POS Shakerzzzzz play. Should have learned my lesson with BWDI.
Poker: Excellant post. I think this summarizes things nicely. I agree with just about everything you stated.
Aggie
I believe the legal matters being referred to was the PTSC VS TPL/Moore, etc.
My Opinion Only.

AccuPoll Receives Missouri State Qualification; Company's DRE Voting System Only Fully Qualified DRE Voting System By Missouri Secretary of State
via COMTEX
July 18, 2005
TUSTIN, Calif., Jul 18, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
AccuPoll, Inc. (OTCBB:ACUP), a developer of Direct Recording Electronic (DRE) voting systems, today announced that its DRE voting system has been qualified by the Missouri Secretary of State. The State of Missouri requires that any DRE Voting System must be qualified under the 2002 FEC Voting System Standards and print a voter verified paper audit trail (VVPAT). As of July 14, 2005, AccuPoll is the only vendor fully qualified by the Missouri Secretary of State to conduct elections using a DRE voting system in the State of Missouri.
"This is a major accomplishment for us," said Dennis Vadura, Chairman/CTO of AccuPoll. "With this state qualification in hand, AccuPoll is now qualified to sell its voting system and conduct elections for the 116 local election jurisdictions in Missouri. All 116 local election jurisdictions use paper-based voting systems and must upgrade or replace these voting system to meet the January 1, 2006 HAVA deadline. To date, the State of Missouri has received over $62 million in federal funds under HAVA. Most of these funds will be made available to local election authorities to upgrade their voting systems to fully comply with HAVA."

I've been in ACUP for a couple of months now...Just found this board...Does anyone here know if ACUP is still the only company with a voting machine that meets the new standards...Just curious who the competition may be...I expect now that the first order has been placed that we will begin to see alot more...One thing about getting Govt money...You dont like to have it sit around too long before you use it...GLTA Aggie
From Agoracom...Apparently PTSC has wording in the agreement pertaining to any attemted takeover bid of either PTSC or TPL...
