The Pacer FAQ will enlighten you to the fact that it is still individually uploaded by CM/ECF software at the individual court level when they get to it. And then it even asks you to refer to the individual court if there is missing information or delays. Seems logical that some things won't be available the second the judge makes a decision or drops the gavel.

Also very odd how you can't understand that court documents are posted to the database manually and they wouldn't appear for (up to) 7 days. Hmmmmmmmmmmm.

In 2006 I was a part of a Discovery process that was supposed to be 120 days in length for a civil matter involving punitive and compensatory claims. We met once at 30 days for depositions. Then settled the case 42 days into the process in mediation, when we were going to meet again 60 days in.

This was at the request of both attorneys.

In a second case I was involved in, we were able to set aside during discovery (AND VACATE in a second proceeding), all before the deadlines.

Therefore, the claims being made on here that such proceeding did not/could not take place yesterday are false.

The mediation yesterday the judge continued for 30 days as PLN had hired a new attorney. $HJOE It went for around 7 1/2 hours yesterday.

But since it's on Twitter and from the company directly, you won't believe it so I'm wasting my typing efforts.

The company is not going to lie about a legal proceeding. Especially one that has now been documented. Did you ever think the case system takes a while to update?

When I settled a case, it took a week for any info to reach online. It has to be processed manually. Not everything is 24/7 automated like you want/need/are.

It is entirely possible they fired him/her or they walked out. Thus a request could be made.

FACT FACT FACT! Stuff isn't simply left off the docket due to an additional motion or request. Discovery goes on, but the mediation process still took place (and attempted to settle). PLN has a new attorney now so there will be a 30 day extension.

There are too many "coincidences" with the statements per the CEO and the recent signings to negate a change being made to the OTC Markets status. It just seems as though you have no idea if statuses are decided upon filing or upon receiving of the data. There may be a delay before it is officially posted yet the status may be altered prematurely or post-fact, we don't know.

I don't think there is a magic button or connector between 8k/10k filings that changes the status INSTANTLY. It's all manually done and could be that info was received and simply hasn't been made public yet.

Let's just wait and see, shall we?

No such status change/flip-flop took place today. It was a one flip. And that's all so far. Speculating that it will change back to "stop" status again is speculation once again.
