"Regularly" huh?

Proof? Please define what you consider regularly. And on May 27th for all you know, paperwork was provided and they altered the status, only to have the paperwork revoked or refused before publishing.

No such status change/flip-flop took place today. It was a one flip. And that's all so far. Speculating that it will change back to "stop" status again is speculation once again.
