I'm sure there are several that flipped this at .0008 or .0009 that would love to see this drop again. But I believe the current price is a great bargain if we get news and we see the stock jump to .005 or better immediately on the news and then higher from there. We saw that happen when the filings were made current and that may be nothing compared to what would happen with news of a merger or acquisition. The share price would double within a few minutes just as it has before on the slightest news, If someone isn't watching when the news comes out they will be paying much higher prices. That's the way it works with these sub penny stocks.

I’m thinking acquisition rather than a merger.

News is still coming. But obviously someone knows something with this huge volume.

And this was done at a higher share price than one and less than the other.

If we use an average of .0013 a share that comes out over $2,600,000 worth of shares traded today.

Up over 31% on over 2 BILLION shares traded. And some don't think news is coming?

I don't think the stock has ever seen this much volume. Have to believe news is just around the corner.

Looks like we easily clear a billion shares today.

On several occasions we have seen this move to .0035 - .005 on the slightest bit of news. When real news comes this could easily go to .01 or higher. And when it goes up it goes up quickly so an investor better be ready.

Yes, $995,779.00 was used for extinguishment of debt and accrued interest but how do we know that is all that was raised through dilution?

Interesting trading today. Not huge volume for the day but there was one period that in less than 4 minutes over 70 million shares were bought at .0009.

Someone just bought a boatload of 9's and even some 10's.

If you continue to hold I am sure you will do well. It will run again. Be interesting to see what news may be in the Q3..

If they only sold one meal a day at each of the 1200 locations that comes out over $2,000,000 a year in sales. If Publix wasn't sure that their sales would be much greater than 1 meal per store per day they would never put the produt product in their stores. And Publix is just one of several retailers the products are in.

You will be alright. Look at this two year chart and how many times it has crossed above .0016 on very little news. I will happen again and if you look at the pattern it's due for another run in the near future. Any positive news at all and this will go to .005 in a day and higher from there.
