I'm just checking into SSNT for the first time today, I'm a little surprised its so low to begin with. They have this to start with:
Jeffrey D. Roth, CEO of SWK Technologies, commented, "This transaction makes SWK Technologies a dynamic force with significant market presence in the Midwest. HighTower has a catalog of proprietary enhancements, including TimeKeeper, Point of Sale Professional, Multi-Bin Advanced Distribution and others, which will significantly increase SWK's catalog of proprietary software and intellectual property. Our shared commitment to putting clients first ensures HighTower's client base will continue to receive superior service, and we are very excited about the future."
Then add this:
"the deal is expected to add more than $3,000,000 in annualized revenue and will be immediately accretive to SilverSun's earnings."
That's quite the one-punch to blast through resistance as word gets out, IMHO.
Agreed!
L2 could use some help. 3 million in annualized REVENUES "immediately accretive to SSNT should definitely arose market awareness and tighten that spread right up. When's that deal with HighTower supposed to close? Next 30 days, right?
21,000 shares traded, definitely a little jump in volume, traders will have to lay off the bid however to keep that spread tight.
"more than $3,000,000 in annualized revenue and will be immediately accretive to SilverSun's earnings. It is anticipated that the transaction, which is subject to the signing of definitive agreements and customary closing conditions, will close within the next 30 days. "
News like that should do wonders for this chart in coming days
Hi Hedge, this looks interesting, nice little green spike of interest, up 113% I see, hmm...
Need some personmarks! Exchange anyone?
GARB is fighting hard down here in the cellar, what will today hold?
GARB: up 100% 23mil volume, .0002, Bottom Bouncer!
What does that even mean? Why would the market buy up these shares to lift it up out of no bid to prepare it for reverse? Speaking in all caps does not make your statement more logical.
Everyone here spends alot of time sussing out the share structure, but without volume, news, movement, what does it matter?
Who is Daddy?
So I'm very curious to get your opinion "Againstallodd", how did GARB come back out of no bid?
Not that I don't smell the ugly sting of dilution as well, but what does that have to do with how GARB rose above no bid? Dilution can't make people buy.?
GARB beats no bid!
10.5 million traded WITH A BID!
What a disgusting train wreck.
16.5 million traded before lunch! GARB is hot!
GARB won't quit!
15 million in volume before 11AM! Take a ride on the GARB casino train, double or nothing bets only!
GARB has had the markets attention for a while, the proof is in all this bottom shelf betting here. Makes sense, can only go up!
9.5 million traded out of the gate. 1's are thinning out since yesterday, I see 700,000 on ETMM. When they clear out, and the Ask shifts to 2's the bid should reappear at 1's.
Some are saying "the last gasp! throes of death!" LOL, the market seem to say otherwise. If ever I saw a stock look likes its about to beat no bid, GARB is it.
127 million shares traded yesterday at .0001's. GARB just won't quit.
Looks like the 1's might be thinning out. I only see 100,000 on ETMM. Yesterday at close I believe it was around 800,000.
I almost adopted your cynicism when it hit "no bid", but it just kept trading. Somebody is buying. Those .0001s are not just being bought with monopoly money, whatever the logistics of market cap, no bid, etc. Someone/ or more accurately, one's, perceives value in holding GARB stock, even now. There is and always has been quite a story here.
Your prognostications are an interesting foil on this BB. Ultimately, how will this story resolve?
I guess we will have to watch and see. ;)
In any event, look like the .0001's thinned out some toward the end of the day. Lets see what tomorrow holds.
Everybody here seem excited about the news. Can anybody explain to me what in the world a "greenfield" opportunity is?
"and its wholly owned subsidiary Intellinetics, Inc., a leading-edge technology company focused on the design, implementation and management of cloud-based Enterprise Content Management ("ECM") systems in both the public and private sectors, today discuss how the convergence of technologies in the ECM industry and cellular industries has created a "greenfield" opportunity within the Small and Medium Business (SMB) marketplace."
92 million traded at .0001. Thanks for pointing out that is indeed now the Ask. Though it almost seems an ironic point. Once the 1's clear out, the jump to .0002 is going to make alot of traders 100% happy at once!
The market is not blind to what a deal this is at .0001, 80 mil and more in volume before midday proves that many traders are placing there bets on a bounce. And only 1 tick takes you to 100% gain.
YEEHAHH!GARB belongs to that select few who BEAT no bid! Lot of traders spinning the roulette wheel here with better than vegas odds to double the wager at .0002!
57 mil in volume traded so far, the market is speaking the language of volume
40mil shares traded in the first hour. Traders can't resist the allure to double their money with 1 tick
Hmm, really? But where is the OS now? Seems like quite a road to 1 bil?
Thanks for clearing that up. Very informative post. "This share structure is screaming breakout with any revenue and barrel count." Revenues coming right up at the end of the month!
Checking this out. What is the OS? Is it different than what is in the I box? and if not, what makes you believe it will be pushed to over 1 billion?
That would make sense of the continued trading. The market recognizes that the current status of the stock will be radically overhauled by the future success of GARB.
You're right, that is an "easy" answer. And one that is wholly unsatisfactory to the case at hand. Your argument implies that a stock with all that drawbacks admittedly present here, the latest of which is "no bid", keeps on selling by the truckload FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON.
Not only is your argument nonsensical, it is positively contrary to the laws of capitalism. The market demands something when it perceives worth. Your argument would make the case that a bunch of empty headed traders have money that they spend on something for no reason? Come now!
A much more rational argument is that the market percieves some value here that convinces them that the value is far greater, at least in the future, than any present drawback could erase.
And thats no bull.
Perhaps you could explain yourself. People throw around the word "dilution" like a boogeyman, as if it was the end to all arguments. But what do you mean by that? Do you mean that the CEO himself is selling his shares? Not happening. So is it note holders who are selling? Possibly, but no one can sell unless someone is buying, simple facts my friend, and inspite the no bid status, the chill status, the wait we had on financials, and all the legitimately scary things GRAB holders have faced, somebody out there knows something to keep buying massive quantities of GARB.
Whereever this is heading, somebody thinks its worth having more GARB. Makes you wonder.
Don't get me wrong, no bid scares me too, but this stock just keeps trading. Makes you wonder what the buyers know... hmmm?
