Sounds like a soap opera. Shouldn't YA Global be suing Kidd for non-payment? So is Kidd suing JBI because JB told YA about the Maxim account? How did JB know about the Maxim account or YA? Why are they deposing the sisters-in-law?
What was this one about again? Why would he want to depose Judith? Isn't she family?

And the 28truckloads of plastic someone said were delivered we may never know more about. It's just what 1 person posted.
I guess the question would be what type of plastic? With all of the competition heating up for plastic to oil, IMO, plastic will not be free at sometime in the future. Even the industrial plastic JBI is supposed to be getting so Chrysler can avoid tipping fees. If Chrysler sees plastic as a revenue stream, they'll use it.
That was what I posted.

Where is it said that JBI has a 10 year contract with Chrysler? 28 tractor trailers a day? Where is the fuel? The sales?
Glad they got on that. The new one is much better!
The i-box is a little out of date. Make that a lot out of date.
Just a quick search yielded these hits for plastic to oil for less than $10/barrel. IMO these companies are a few that are legitimate competition. Until JBI is producing and publishing cost of sales figures, we don't know how much the actual cost per barrel is for P2O.
http://www.kleanindustries.com/s/plastic_depolymerisation_recycling.asp
Klean's plastic to oil solutions can be fed almost any petroleum-based waste plastic and will convert it into synthetic light to medium oil for less than USD$10 per barrel.

According to Envion, the resulting fuel can then be blended with other components, providing a source for gasoline or diesel at as low as $10 per barrel.

A bit higher than $10 but it looks like they’ve rolled the cost of the equipment into the calculation.
He'd probably sue. Reading through old posts this guy even screwed his own sister in law who owned Javeco. Family get togethers are probably lots of fun.
The Q2 10K will show if there are ongoing sales with P2O. IMO since it's been stated that processor 1 is now a 'prototype' and since it's been stated that processor 2 & 3 aren't completed, sales will be very low for P2O. We'll know on or after 8/15.
As to sales by the other subsidiaries that have provided cash flow, it's been stated that all resources are going to developing P2O, so IMO sales will be down for them as well. Since Pakit and Javeco assets are for sale, not much motivation to build sales. AIMO
Wonder if his new hires did any DD on him? I wouldn't want my name associated with Kidd anywhere or anytime.
Interesting article referencing the American Chemistry Council Study that JBI was part of. Does anyone have a link to that study?
He pointed out that U.S. counties with EFW facilities had higher recycling rates than the national average, according to a recent American Chemistry Council study.
Ontario plant to recover waste
Durham facility could help recover multi-composite plastics

DURHAM/YORK, Ont.—Ontario’s Ministry of the Environment has approved an energy-from-waste facility that some advocates say could improve plastic recovery rates.
The EFW plant will be located in the Durham/York region, just outside of Toronto, and have an anticipated 140,000 tonnes capacity a year. Construction is set to start in fall 2011 with plans to be operational by 2014.
Durham currently accepts #1-2 plastics, tubs and lids as well as drop-offs for bulky polystyrene. By 2012, the region plans to expand to include #3-7 plastics, other than film.
While multi-composite plastics are not recyclable, they could be high-value as feedstock for EFW, says Craig Bartlett, manager of waste operations for the Regional Municipality of Durham.
Bartlett was speaking at a recent seminar on plastics recovery hosted by the Canadian Plastics Industry Association.
He pointed out that U.S. counties with EFW facilities had higher recycling rates than the national average, according to a recent American Chemistry Council study.

They may be unable to obtain a patent:
In order for an invention to be patentable it must be new as defined by patent law. An invention cannot be patented if:
The invention was known or used by others in the United States, or patented or described in a printed publication in the United States or a foreign country, before the current applicant filed for his or her patent. Someone else has made the same invention as you did.
The invention was patented or described in a printed publication in this or a foreign country or in public use or on sale in this country more than one year prior to the application for patent in the United States. You or somebody else revealed your invention more than a year ago to the public.....
Don't Talk About It
If the invention has been described in a printed publication anywhere in the world, or if it has been in public use or on sale in the United States before the date that the applicant made his/her invention, a patent cannot be obtained. If the invention has been described in a printed publication anywhere, or has been in public use or on sale in this country more than one year before the date on which an application for patent is filed in this country, a patent cannot be obtained. In this connection it is immaterial when the invention was made, or whether the printed publication or public use was by the inventor himself/herself or by someone else. If the inventor describes the invention in a printed publication or uses the invention publicly, or places it on sale, he/she must apply for a patent before one year has gone by, otherwise any right to a patent will be lost.
You Can't Be Too Obvious
Even if you don't find the prior art to prove it - you will not get a patent if your invention is not different enough from similiar inventions that are already out there. A patent maybe refused if the differences between your invention and another invention are too obvious. Your invention must be sufficiently different from what has been used or described before that it may be said to be nonobvious to a person having ordinary skill in the area of technology related to your invention. For example, the substitution of one material for another, or changes in size, are ordinarily not patentable. You can't paint paint it red and make it twice as big and expect a patent.
Another example of "nonobvious to a person having ordinary skill in the area of technology related to your invention" could be the following. An electronics engineer looks at a circuit board and observes that it is just like another circuit board except that a few parts are substituted. Someone who is not familiar with circuit boards may not understand that the two boards are very similiar, however, someone with traing thinks that it is obvious. You would want the electronics engineer to look at the circuit board that you want to patent and say, "heah, why didn't I think of that!"
Depends on which case. Lawsuit, injunction, JBI, Ya, etc.
The Yahoo post listed two different cases.

How does this close affect up-listing?
Maybe his zipper was down during the whole meeting and they couldn't edit it out. Or was he wearing that same old shirt again? All we have is the alleged letter from IR one of the posters posted yesterday.
Sales? No one on this board cares. When 8.7 million shares have traded above $3 since May.
Sales? What's that? Just do another PIPE!
DOES MANAGEMENT CARE ABOUT SALES?
I'm guessing there will be an after hours PR tomorrow. It's a long holiday weekend and the markets are closed Monday. That will give everyone time to speculate over the weekend. Holiday parties be damned - I might miss something on ihub!
Except when it started the run up there was a PIPE in play we didn't know about.
So the sticky is incorrect? The poster was not to be believed regarding the ASM? Guess we'll never know what was true nor will the other 4500 shareholders(give or take depending on which attendance figures we believe) since there is to be no video. But that's OK we have posters like this to keep us informed.

More talk about "news" from the sticky above.
John also mentioned that in the next 1-2 weeks there will be some interesting news coming out, he looked a little like he did when he was on BNN show, grinning like the cat that just ate the canary when he mentioned it. He also said no more pipes at this level, until we are cash flow positive. He wants the machines to generate income. Also he did say we would be converting the pakit plant into a plastic2fuel factory and mentioned selling off subsidiaries to pay for the roll out. Although they gave us free pakit products on the way out? I would have loved a little boiler fuel in a nice sealed jar maybe next year.
You did. Right after the AGM.

As you'll see in the video emphasized over and over again, the plastic is FREE and anybody who calls offering to sell plastic for even a token price is shown the door and told they can keep on paying to have it landfilled. They have floods of free industrial grade plastic coming in that doesn't need washing nor sorting all free from huge houseold name companies such as Chrysler and a meat-packing company and a bunch of others.
They do not and will not buy plastic. Free all day long.
BILLIONAIRE investor(s) apparently understand that and invested and were there.

There was a LOT of info not posted yet. I'll answer questions, but I'm too lazy to bother to type up a full report when the video of the presentation will be out in two weeks or so (when it will be far easier to do so).
Ask questions if you have any.

That was my ASSumption because they said Coco Paving was using the fuel to make asphalt as one of the uses and asphalt is made from the lowest grade fuel. However, it is also being use to power their machines and/or boilers (really need the video uploaded) so now that I think about that I was probably wrong on the type of fuel it is. I do know they can make fuel oil #6 (bunker fuel) all day long if they want though.

IR is there to make the company more successful by answering shareholder questions. That is their job.
Perhaps he had rather be working to make the company more successful rather than answering emails.
From the JBI website:
JBI has always respected and taken seriously the trust and financial commitment of our shareholders. JBI's policy has been, and will continue to be, transparency and open dialogue with our investors to the extent allowed by SEC rules. The Company looks forward to building an even stronger relationship with shareholders as our alternative oil and gas company grows.
We operate under a unique value-based management structure. We are guided by the philosophy that management should profit only when our shareholders profit. For the last two years Mr. Bordynuik collected a salary of only $1 per year, and he is now being compensated according to the employment agreement with JBI's Board of Directors filed on May 20, 2010. Additionally, during this time Mr. Bordynuik returned over 31 million of his personal shares to the corporate treasury for acquisitions and growth, all while remaining essentially debt-free and with minimal subsequent dilution. Since inception, outstanding shares of JBI have decreased.
JBI is fortunate to have a dedicated and knowledgeable shareholder base. This loyalty is affirmed through shareholders routinely offering to volunteer their time and energy to help us accomplish our objectives. We are continually receiving shareholder help and input, for which we are grateful, and we value the feedback we have gotten as JBI has evolved. Shareholder interest has always been high, and there were several hundred people in attendance at each of our 2010 and 2011 shareholder meetings. JBI has always encouraged shareholder participation, and we feel privileged to have created a working community based on shared values of cooperation, environmental stewardship, and vision for problem solving.
