Strong hands? well I'd have to say that is subjective...
Dilution, shorting? Check Finra daily #'s (got a list I posted a couple days back with totals for a month) and dilution.... S/S was updated on OTC's site... with no news except an increased A/S filed w/ SEC... if you care to sift through 3000 posts last month you have a good idea of what happened... my guess is possibly dilution a couple days but not to the point of 250 mil. After not getting through to Burns on the phone I am inclined to lean towards the posts suggesting 1/2 the float in cert form (even though no real proof... just from my opinion from reading the posts, looking at volume and PPS movement for specific days, one of which was June 2)
Don't think there are too many willing to sell here, some holding from the expected bounce late May and some loaded a couple weeks ago.
All IMO
Cheers,
Nate
SPQS, up 20%, close @ .001, L2 thin, double bottom, was @ .15 in April
Right you are.. ty
Nate
Take, what about REGSHO for SPQS? I thught it had a buy-in rule after 13 days....what am I missing here? .... this is day 14.... June 3 - June 21
Do you recall the name(s) of the first person you talked to?
TIA,
Nate
Not having any luck with the phones today...
Traced it back to it's origin.........
What number did you call him at?
TIA,
Nate
Yeah saw that C-mon... was hoping (maybe) for something more solid..... sorry but I'm not trusting that yet either.
See how quick they are to short it back to .0008 today...... any pressure and we're skyhigh... golden.. please understand I am not pumping.... I do DD. :)
Cheers,
Nate
Tks Take
Just called Jeffrey Burns ... no answer, voicemail (box number)
.. and Jeff Betros of SSBN, no answer, voicemail with his name
More and more it looks like... all IMO only..... someone took SPQS's initial disclosure, changed a few things to make it look like SSBN, and then 'updated' OTC's S/S for SPQS.... something real fishy going on here.
Also, SSBN's June 13, 2011 quarterly report comes up as 13 pages but the last 9 are blank...
Really? a 550k drop @ ask and no numbers change on the bid or ask... hmmmm......
If you really want... since the SPQS initial filing docs seem to have info about SSBN mixed into them....
Pacific Stock transfer Company 702-361-3033 (Las Vegas)
inquiring about Sunset Brands (SSBN)
If they have current or any past S/S info to give out, and if they need written confirmation....
it would be awesome just to get the contact name (Lee, Burns, Watson, Price) for the company, that they have... it might help clear up these filings for SPQS and the OTC listed S/S
$28 drop on the bid.... couldn't have been a short.....
Just called the T/A (Continental Stock and Transfer in New York) and they need written confirmation from SPQS to give out current S/S information.
An international call for that....... gonna dread my cellphone bill next month.... :(
lol... no worries... competely understood.... and the teaching didn't fall on deaf ears... just felt I had to to back my words so to speak
Why ....
TY good sir! (tips hat)
Nate
I completely agree... can't pump what you don't know for sure.
I've been 'hitting the ask' this morning Take (I know, I know... don't!!! lol) anyways... I find it interesting that the first 200k only took 35 seconds to fill, the next 200k.... 4 mins, and the 3rd 200k... 4 mins 29 seconds.... figured they would've had the route 'down pat' after the first one.....
Right................ "
ummm.. check again.... still there
Your thoughts today...
SPQS..... intense DD on the SPSQ board... check it... think she's going straight up very soon!
Nate
Looks like I didn't go back far enough ......
The far right numbers are taken from ihub with the next number being the difference in total volume.... the total volume doesn't match, ihub's numbers are higher... why not report to Finra??? In total, there is 24,939,087 shares missing from Finra data.

From 5/13 to 6/01 there was 110,138,659 shares shorted out of 213,698,873 total shares traded (not including missing data) ... or 52%... the next day was 113+ million share day!
Since June 2 (13 days ... REGSHO), there has been a total of 67,977,777 shares shorted out of 124,420,573 total shares traded.... or 55%.... but if you count June 2 (33,276,747 shorted) you get a total of 101,254,524 shorted since REGSHO
If you count from 5/13, adding shorts by day and subtracting the remaining volume, on June 2, the minimum shares required to be covered was 13,419,126..... hence the avg. 30 mil trading days turning into 113 mil trading day, of which only 33 mil were shorted, allowing the shorts to cover easily within the remaining 80 mil.
If you count from June 2 using the same method, there is a minimum of 42,391,728 shorts that need to be covered tomorrow.
Nate
PS... if you have issue with my accounting methods please help me understand where I went wrong. All constructive criticism is welcome.
Just finished my DD into that subject.
First off... where did you get the info about 130mil float and 118mil restricted?
It seems as if the initial filing docs have a mixture of info for SPQS and SSBN. The 2,134,000,000 common and 500,000 preferred is the same amount that a Mr. Dustin W. Lee owned in the stock SSBN (Sunset Brands) as of 08/26/2010 of which (Sunset Brands) is mentioned twice in the SPQS filing.
Also, both share counts (2.1 billion and 2.4 million) have the date as of Dec. 31, 2010.
Also, the increase in the float on OTC is exactly 250 million more than the initial 2,168,105 float. It would seem like it may be 500,000 prefferred shares changed to common stock at a rate of 500 to 1.
The other issue that concerns me is in the part of the initial filings where it lists beneficial owners of 5% or more it has the 2.1 bil for Burns and then 6+ mil for someone else.... you get it, the numbers don't add up.... an impossibility for all that info to be correct.
What is the conection with SPQS and SSBN?
Did Burns buyout Lee in SSBN?
Are SPQS and SSBN somehow merged or had a share transaction of some sort?
Does OTC have mis-information about S/S for SPQS? .... because it certainly looks like the S/S for SSBN! ....maybe that is why we are REGSHO 13 days.... since the 100+ mil share day on Thursday June 2. Maybe they saw a squeeze coming on the 2nd and shorted like crazy since the A/S had been increased.... all possibilities but something is definately up here @ SPQS!
Nate
.... and this....
I, Jeffrey Burns, certify that:
1. I have reviewed this initial disclosure statement of Sunset
Brands, Inc
Does anyone have any idea at all why this is in their financial report?
Here's one for you good sir ...... look a little harder, dig a little deeper, ask the right questions, and you'll be surprised to find someone close-by that had Versalign shares which got converted to RELM shares in the buyout... that's right.... buyout..... with real money, borrowed from a real bank, with the PCSO shares as collateral (for the bank's loan), held in an LLC subsidiary of RELM.
"Oh say can you see........."
Holding more than most......... and really happy about it..... although keep up the good work fella.... your work allows me to buy more for less. Much appreciated! Happy hunting!
