Today's PPS movement doesn't make any sense. All the MM's under .01 disappeared except for ETMM and now NITE since volume fell off. What caused them to disappear? Maybe SEC is watching this one..

If Stacy and Evan wanted to take Inca private... would they first need to become current (which they did), then based on market value ( plummeting lower and lower)... make an offer to buy all shares off the open market???

If so, it could explain why they have 0 care for the PPS and if anything would want it lower to secure the lowest possible buy out target price?

I am not saying they are doing this... but just to run the scenario past the board. Also, could we stop them from doing this and hold our shares so they need to offer us MUCH more?

I agree with you there that it is painful to watch!! Inca is the only one to blame at this point. Lack of communication once again, NO WEBSITE... It is very disappointing that they blew this chance to use SI to catipult them into the big time...

I dunno about MM manipulation Gary... everyone here is so hell bent that this stock is being manipulated. This is what that sell looked like to me... someone put in an order for say 200k shares to sell and they were willing to sell them for .0064 at the lowest. So there were about 5 MM's between .0068 ( highest bid at the time) and where it currently sits. The sell order went through taking out the people bidding until the bid (.0063) was lower than the asking price (.0064).

This isn't rocket science here... No manipulation just once again more sellers than buyers!!

Yes I agree.. but who provides the accountant all that information? My guess is that Stacy and Evan are still storing all their receipts, sales info, purchase order info in a shoe box somewhere and there has to been a lot of prep work on their parts to even get all the information necessary to provide it to the accountant.

Maybe I am wrong, but since there are only two, maybe three employees, Inca is still ran in a ma and pa shop style where they are heavily involved in many aspects of the reporting.

I believe that you are correct.. But when has Inca ever been on time? I think that they can file an extension and will probably do so. I am hoping that they do because maybe it would be a good indicator as to how BUSY they are with SI orders!

Not sure... but I am almost certain that these new rules will have 0 effect on IDGI. Plain and simple, more sellers than buyers and very little volume.
