That's why its way to risky to be flipping this right now...gonna put that gift from GW that comes in tommorrow to good use by the end of the week - every little purchase helps

even from a book valuation, this is way too cheap to pass up as these levels; I just can't wait till some more smart money and those wanting to add to their retirement accounts start accumulating.

Heck, I'm a Controller and our annual audit takes at least 6-8 weeks if its smooth. In a normal annual cycle of reporting to external agencies and creditors, it takes time to cover all compliance, cures, plan of action, etc to make everyone happy.

Believe me, this is a merger and a lot different. No one should worry about it. Anyone who has really analyzed the big picture here and sees the potential here for RTGV vis a vis all the other petty pennies out there, should sleep quite well at nite.

Waiting is hard, but just part of the process.

I agree...this is a different story than other reporting bb stocks simply due to the potential magnitude of the company(s) post merger, and those people that will be adding this to their long term portfolio.

Whoever said this could possibly be the play of the year I believe they hit tne nail on the head.

In other words, I think there is definitely going to be some serious accumulation going on...here and abroad when the details are finally public

If the float is approx 50M, and the Euros are holding 30M, then that would leave 20M less all the stock we own in the IHub community. Shouldn't it be really low now given the accumulation that's been going on?

Thanks Otterman...I've been burned on pennies by simply not understanding about the effect of dilution, convertible debentures, etc. I got burned on GMFX which was a horrible experience at $7 billion outstanding shares and a president and CFO that looked like santa and his elf - no really! its my own fault and part of life's lessons.

I can tear a balance sheet and income statement apart, but I believe true success in playing these types of companies takes years of experience, and many ups and downs

Talking to Linda for myself and looking at the big picture here has put me at ease with RTGV.

I agree...this is a long term play, but doesn't the float structure currently, and post merger, make this look even more enticing?
