Huh? What? Who woke me up? Where's my coffee?
Not a big board stock, so doesn't qualify for this board. Has to be NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX, etc.
Zecco.
Thanks!
Created by Piecemaker! Saw that at the end! Great job! My PC acted up a bit, but all I had to do was move the slider a bit, and the movie / sound would restart. If I had a better PC .... wait, I can probably get one with SRSR profits LOL ....but not soon.....holding.....
Wow! http://animoto.com/play/I74RRi1ulCCrOb251YqOIQ
Kudos to whoever put this together!!!
From email from Merle (below)
One of our shareholders put this together using the pictures from the co. blog.
I thought he did a good job and I hope you enjoy it.

SOLD SOME SHARES!
01/14/2009 10:29 AM $5.50 Sold 10 ASPO@ $1.00 Details
Guess they don't have to show a such small trade LOL. So far not a great return with the $4.50 commission....but still, with an average cost of .1491, even .55 is OK.
Change in outstanding shares and concern about share price:
After reading below, I am confused about the $127,500 for 5 million shares. Isn't that a share price of .0255? I guess I know where to set my sell orders now LOL. So much for us getting chastised for not pushing the price up.
From pinksheets:
Outstanding Shares
118,818,885 as of Jul 14, 2008
From 10-K just filed:
Common Stock, par value $.001 per share: 123,818,885
(Class) (Outstanding as of December 15, 2008)
Recent Sales of Unregistered Securities
In November 2008, we issued an aggregate of 5,000,000 shares of common stock to our directors and executive officers upon the exercise of options previously granted to such individuals (September 2007 and September 2008). The Company received a total of $127,500 as consideration for such exercise. We relied upon the exemption form registration provided by Section 4(2) of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Act"), for such issuance.
What you are doing is called enthusiasm, not pumping.

Took 2 1/2 years, but here is post number 4 - go IFLT LOL.
I believe 12/19 was the day that Plainfield Special Situations Master Fund LTD sold 4,227,320 shares, at a price of .001.
I wonder if they made a big mistake...............
I noticed on that day the symbol was ARTAE, from one of the form 4's
http://www.pinksheets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=6314899
so perhaps due to late filing, the Fund panicked?
MMGP - think there will be any post R/S selling / dilution? LOL.
MMGP increasing the A/S from 450M to 4Billion.
The MMGP R/S will be about 37.7-1, if the O/S is still 377,105,051.
MMGP may need some xxxxs LOL

Also, congratulations on posting message 5,000!!!
Completed and sent awhile ago - did you get it?
That is SUCH AN IMPORTANT fact - if everyone realized what that meant, I don't think we would have seen the panic or whatever selling we just did.
My pick: Scott and SRSR are so far above the norm that ANY hint of association with any other company, no matter how good it is, will scare people. That is a shame, because all a person has to do is read carefully, and see that there is NO downside the the relationship, no danger to any SRSR company value, and only a potential upside.

INBG - fully reporting pink. Some dilution:
Per pinksheets, Outstanding Shares
493,244,027 as of Aug 12, 2008
From 10-Q filed 11/14: As of November 11, 2008, there were 677,651,865 outstanding shares of the Registrant's Common Stock
Interestingly, I bought (.003) and sold (.0047) this last year (around April)
But at least you get the chance to pay to keep your stocks. Banc of America just removes them from your account, WITHOUT ANY NOTICE!. And if that isn't bad enough, if you don't see that has happened, and attempt to buy the same stock AFTER the removal, BANC OF AMERICA WILL BUY THE STOCK FOR YOU, PUT IT INTO YOUR ACCOUNT, AND THEN LATER REMOVE IT! When you complain, they tell you there is no transfer agent, or no market for the stock, or "Oh, you received a letter about this" (even though you never did.) I lost THOUSANDS of dollars because BANC of America did this. Trying to get relief via SEC and FINRA, then lawsuit if necessary, but who knows how this will turn out.
Syracuseo IMO is a good person - I see him (maybe her, but probably him, due to cigar smoke LOL) on the SRSR board. Syracuseo, thanks for supporting Gail - it is unfortunate that she is so sensitive LOL, but maybe that goes with her being an honest person.
So what was posted in the IBOX has come to pass. Most stocks have more shares AFTER their R/S than this one did BEFORE its R/S LOL.
Well said! Thank you Lawrence 147.

Similar to a horse race - when a horse drops in class, he / she often becomes the favorite. A jewel in a pile of crap is still a jewel......even if a flawed jewel, still is much better than the surrounding crap.
I'm not going after anything right now. I am in transition, remember? If I see an outstanding opportunity I have a few $$ at Zecco now that I canceled my orders (as I PM'd you).
When that happens, call your broker. Sometimes there is a glitch, and a call can resolve it. I have done that several times, with success.
This board is only for big board stocks.
Don't get too complacent because you have a good spell checker now. You still have to make sure the correct word is being used. For example, if you type "matte", but meant to type "matter", the spell checker will not help you, since matte is a legitimate word.
I was thinking about getting some RNWF so I looked further, and now I don't like it at all. The volume seems too high for the O/S, so I think they may be diluting. Also, the board comments aren't favorable, and it seems the A/S is 3,000,000,000.
Lots of stocks are in default, even some that I have. I would rather someone with more expertise in this area give you some advice. Can anyone reply? Thanks in advance.
Initially I followed (without buying) a lot of Lebed's picks, and they all went south. However, recently he has done a good job on most of his picks. I took a position in ILNS due to my own DD, although it was Lebed's email that made me aware of it.
Surprised no one posted about the .01 trades today. Wonder what's up with those.
RNWF wow O/S only 35,508,851 as of 08/13/08. O/S increased to 38,775,518 as of 11/14/08, still low. Fully reporting pink. I don't have time for more DD now.
NTHD A/S 500,000 in default with NV SOS.
NO IPKL - it is a Grey Market stock.
