Thanks Couch. Good stuff.
So if one has bought Elite for long term gains those shares bought at $0.08 were not a good idea?
Just another push down trying to create doubt.
Very well said PH4RM4C3UT1C4LS. NH and company are very hard at work. Now maintaining silence more so than ever. Texas Holdem at its best.
Company is in the best financial shape of its existence and getting better with each quarter.
Even a 24 hour ER product Josey? How many companies have that niche... Josey?
TIA
Really?
Almost ready to dip my toes in more shares Pete. Just need to come up with some cash. My other is being held up by the FDA. So I will start collecting more PMCB with cash on hand.
Cannot resist buying this at $0.03.
This is ground breaking technology and will become a game changer.
What's happening this week that will Cause "real big trouble"?
Nothing. Total garbage yet again.
Get out the vacuum cleaner..... guess I'll take a chance on dust.
Sticking with Elite long term. Will sell when NH sells.
LOL
Disagree with the assumption the CEO or leadership of Humanwell Pharmaceutical or those at Humanwell Puracap could not name the CEO of Elite. Part of the reason they bought Epic was to get a foot in Elites door.
And now that Dr Huang is also partnered with Elite in bringing 4 generics whose total market is $3 billion and whose start up pharmaceuticals use nano particles and emulsion technology into drug delivery..... this is cutting edge stuff. Elite at some point may more than likely be licensing this technology(ies). Also something Humanwell may be thinking of if ELite gets involved with SunGen to a higher degree. This may put a whole new spin on Elites generic drug portfolio. Asked a coworker who is a pharmacy science major advanced degree what the potential is for nano particles. She was surprised that I knew of this technology because it is fairly new.
She was also impressed with Dr Huang. In such a short time two companies
making their way toward becoming revenue generating which may in turn lead to being bought out by Big Pharma. This Dr Haung is the real deal IMO.
NH is partnering and aligned with some interesting companies.
Along with the ADF side of Elite things could be very fortuitous for Elite. Sitting back watching others who don't understand start to sweat it. Lots of different things going on in Elite land.
Ascendia Pharmaceuticals must be the other shell company Dr Huang
founded. So within a short span of time this Dr Huang has founded
Ascendia and Sun Gen. Two shell companies?
Okay. Whatever you say......
So if the entire net worth is $50.00 it can now be doubled according to you. Congrats..... $100.
That sounds about right Dr Pete Rose....2-3 years full impact starts
to be seen.
So the advisory committee was wrong Doc? They must be misinformed.
LOL
Doc don't care. Hope you realize it can still be defeated with common household solvents. So much for the ADF labeling... eh?
78,000 employees Pfizer has and out of all of those they employ not one could come up with something better than the technology currently being used by Pfizer that allows the ADF to be defeated by up to 5 known common household chemicals.
The Ad Comm knew of this problem... the vote to let Pfizer slide
through with this ADF wasn't by much Doc considering it was better than having no ADF available to the public. But to think that a massive pharmaceutical giant like Pfizer with tens of thousands of employees cannot come up with a better mouse trap then the one they currently have?
While Elite with less than 35 employees was able to come up with an ADF quite novel in its workings. An ADF that cannot be easily defeated unlike Pfizer's ADF that CAN easily be defeated with common solutions found around the home. How quaint.
Still wondering if Purdue will go back on their word and manufacture the oxycodone for kiddies 11 years old and up. Flintstone Oxys....... Fred, Wilma, Pebbles, Dino, Barney, Betty, and Bam Bam. Purdue said they would not go down that road. Trying to make a good impression....... ahhh too late for good impressions Purdue with no ADFs worth one thin dime. Another pharma giant with not much to show for the impending ADF sector.
LOL!
Six years ago who learned how to do what? You are talking Pfizer now... orange ja Doc? Think Pfizer won't muff it up again Doc?
They will. Always do.
Elite is 50 employees as compared to Pfizer's 78,000 (2015 stats) give or take a couple of THOUSAND for 2016.
All of those folks and they still muff it up. How good is Pfizer's
oxy ADF? Can be easily compromised with common household solvents, where as, Elite's ADF cannot. Maybe Pfizer should trade those 78,000 for Elite's 49. Then again why would NH want Pfizer's problem children? A hot melt extrusion mess.
LOL!
Dear King
Sorry to hear that your entire net worth hangs in the balance.
Even though Elite is on solid ground and looks to be that way for the foreseeable future, however, nothing is a stone cold mortal lock
in life.
Not going to give advice but here are a few things to keep in mind,,,, never invest any more than you can afford to lose....
diversify your investment portfolio ( don't put all your eggs in one basket... baskets sometimes fall and eggs break ).
What I have done is take a calculated risk. My entire net worth is not in Elite although I do have a pretty good position. My other
investments will keep me in good standing should anything happen.
The iPhone7 is going to flop. Wireless... new charger... not shatterproof or waterproof.... Apple went too far this time. They can have it.
Good things do come to those that invest wisely.
Elite may be all that. To put all your net worth in one stock
is risky.
Good luck King
Ahhh Van... get your fax straight. K? Thanx
80% of the $13 million was milestone payments?
Just wait till Elite gets that $7.5 million milestone payment.
That should be 150% more than what you talkin bout.
Maff easy as dat dare... 1 2 tree.
Latest on the news front concerning prescription opioid addiction
are seniors who rely on opioids for chronic pain.
This is a segment of the population where addiction is growing
and abuse along with that addiction.
Watched it today on the noon news.
Things happen at all pharmaceuticals. No pharmaceutical is without some sort of issue at some time or another.
Does Pfizer ever have problems? Yes
Hospira? Yes
Elite? Yes
Purdue? yes
Yeah right. So it is inferred Elite is not banking monies each quarter as they take in revenue? That this would not be considered "profit".
$13 million in cash on hand. Where did that come from? Oh yeah, they have a money tree sitting in the lobby at the Northvale facility.
Flip a penny and a 50% chance it comes out heads or tails. This does
not change with the amount of flips. One can flip the penny
1 million times and still the chance of it becoming heads or tails is 50% with each flip.
So there are no other pharmaceutical companies that receive CRLs.
And BTW a CRL is not a "warning letter". FYI a 483 is a "warning letter".
Good question rocioyogi.
Snup Loxapine and dantrolene may still come. That I do not know.
Don't think they give the revenue of a Percocet or a beta blocker
or a central nervous system generic.
Maybe with Epic changing hands those two generics got shelved.
Elite has a lot going on even without them and I don't think
getting loxipine or dantrolene will make any difference in the long run.
Larger revenue generics and ADF opioids are what Elite looks to be focusing on.
After meeting him in person I would have to agree with you about NH. Absolutely top shelf.
NASDAQ it may be that Billy Taylor has decided to buy huge chunks of Elite at the ask and is now pushing the share price up.
After all he has sooooo much power. LMAO!
Okay Lasers. That's what I thought but wanted confirmation.
Lasers. do you think 4 ANDAs by the end of 2016?
Nasrat already stated that Elite will do 1 ANDA per quarter until the end of 2017. Maybe these 4 were part of that? If these were not part of that ANDA plan which generics were? Your take on this.
TIA
sharpie nice to see you again. Enjoy your charting. Thank you.
And everything those that sold and hoped to buy at lower prices was based on SequestOx approval hanging in the balance.
I love surprises.... don't you Ryan? LOL
Still in the very early stages. Agree Dub.
N2K, Lasers.....
I agree with you N2K, strategy is NOT about transparency. Cannot tell your shareholders all and that is why it is called investing.
The prize is the ADF market. Great that Elite is not just standing pat with what they have.
Lasers the Percocet ANDA could be a win win for Elite and is another brilliant product to get approval for.
Currently there are 12 different manufacturers of Percocet for a total of an approximate $700 million market.
What should happen if one or two of those manufacturers has compliance problems and gets shut down. Other manufacturers will have to take up the slack.
Had a similar thing happen at my company where Hospira had compliance issues and we were one of the companies that took up the slack. Made out nice on controlled injectable drugs.
Percocet will be a nice drug to have in my opinion regardless of what they are able to generate. In this industry things happen. Facilities get temporarily shut down. One has to be ready for all contingencies.
Did not see this coming. Wow! Holy moly! Total market is currently $3 billion for all of these generics?
Let's see 2% of $3bilion. And I am being extremely conservative here. Generic brands are cheaper and should be big sellers.
Yeah your right......
What is in a name... WeeZuhl?
One does not have to have any pharma experience nor does one have to have a pharmaceutical based degree to be in the FDA.
The FDA does not recognize many things.... until too late.
Reactive rather than proactive..... that is the FDA.
Pro Big Pharma that is its new head Mssr Califf.
