get a clue... u can post dilution and say that word all u want... you should prob go post it on the DLAV board though where they have actually diluted an amazing 100% from nov- december and where the ceo will not tell shareholders like myself the actuall oustanding shares and told me i will find out at the end of this month... sketchy? i think so... call the IR for NWWV and they are an open book you will see the OS is the same it has been all along NO DILUTION ... if there is dilution please enlighten us show us... post how many shares have been diluted and over what time period?

actually they do .... with company permission and i have asked the ceo of our company to give a letter with permission to give that info to shareholders.... im waiting on his response

did you read the pr? WE DIDNT LOSE ANYTHING ITS BEING FUNDED THROUGH A new entity which we will own some of and we cancelled the shares we issed for it so we actually got partial ownership of wagerphone for next to NOTHING

incorrect..... they could not continue the funding how it was goin... so they are spinning it off into a separate entity on a different exchange which they will receive shares of and they can sell for cash $$$$ so they dont have to dilute nwwv

the os shares are low.... valuations and formulas do not work on penny stocks... as long as the company does not dilute and begins operation in this gold mine the pps will increase from where it is.... this is all ifs though and a forward lookin no facts... not tryin to hype it

I think bottom line is that we all need to stop attacking eachother and focus on DD/The Chart for NWWV.... the chart is lookin good accum has been increasing i think today was a good day normally you get a sell off on a pr like that and we didnt which shows us what we already know they float is tightly held which will make this move more quickly when it starts movin. A company with a product (gold) is better than no company at all. Management is trying their hardest not to leave us empty handed as they too are shareholders who want a good return on their investment and will have to get the pps much higher than it is now if they want to do that... NO DILUTION... they are protecting their investment.... lets just be patient for a little while longer and see where this takes us... we have waited over a year.... whats another couple months?

we still retain owneship in wagerphone/impact mobile... this is a second venture... the other as they stated is being financed through another public company to avoid dilution to nwwv and will be an asset on the books... just be patient.. i know its hard ive been in this since 2006 as well and its annoying and we have waited long but millionaires are not made over night.... when you wait and are patient you are rewarded
