corporate said either or. THE HIGHER OF THE TWO
just send them an email
FYI
its going to be the higher of the two values of .10 or 8x closing average on the closing day of sale
a buyout is a buyout, they wouldnt sell glcc for less than its worth. It doesnt provide clause that the buyer would be driving the price down, we all know its way undervalued to begin with and so do the owners of GLCC. They wouldnt base the sale of the company on their stock price that is way undervalued. They hold the final say of the sale!
for those of you that think there is a problem-
“every problem is an opportunity in disguise…” Ben Franklin
yeah ill agree... Call it a gut feeling or whatever you want, but a big "good" surprise is in the making
yep, that fits in with my theory too. They ( I assume there are still shorts) are driving the price down, scare people into selling so they can grab those shares (super cheap) to cover, then buy "a bajillion shares" to watch it go sky high!!
Just think if you were an MM or were short what would you do?
I bet the MMs look at this board. I bet the shorters do too. Of course the longs do!...Imagine what would happen if no one posted any bias, opinions, or buying practices just for 1 week on here......... the stock would do what its suppose to do!!!!!!!
now if we just knew when the next good buying point would be? NOW, but dangit I cleared out my funds tuesday, I am sure you know on what! I am not going to have food $ left LOL
as I said earlier today I dont see how we couldnt reach .10. Buy right now to get .10 for .013! Its over 7 times profit. Or it could be more with a 8x closing day. BUT A BIG BUT, you will get this in %5 increments over the next 18 months. THATS WHY I FEEL A BIG BUYOUT IS IN THE PROCESS. 5% over a year and a half.... remember....but A chance at a BIG buyout.... I am more confusing than everyone else is on here LOL
They are still buying a growing chinese company that has a good possibility of being bought by another company.
great amusement...
LMAO. ROTF. IM DONE. I am just going to watch and read. Add some input every once in awhile.
Dont you think that if GLCC was in fact bought out by another company yesterday, we would not have opened today still being able to trade our shares at the price we closed at yesterday under the same ticker and no account changes.
Yes right now the stock price is less that it closed at yesterday. I think the price of the stock will go upward above .10 and will be sold above .10 per share. GLCC has a lot of potential and a lot of assets already. I am sure someone will argue against this, its just my opinion based on my research on the company and where they are headed.
No the closing day is the DAY OF SALE, not yesterday.
yes but that leads my imagination to run wild as to what the average could be on closing day. Plus, then getting only %5 of these shares in increments over 18 months. With these numbers, the %5 over 18 MONTHS, suggest to me that this is going to be HUGE.
ok i was just pondering the two numbers .10 or 8x closing day average on day of sale. Assuming we get the bigger of the two values (otherwise the two numbers together are pointless) how do they come up with 8x closing day average?
there is still the buyout...
Exactly.
morning everyone, ready for an interesting ride....
so as I understand the pr, GLCC will still be trading except the shareholders after feb 1 will get about .10 cents per share (AKA free trading shares) they had as of EOD today. Does this sound right?
yeah i had a big chunk of mine in there too!
if thats the case i bet we see .10 tomorrow because everyone in the world will want to get in. So I think today would be the day?
ALL SHORTS ARE OFFICIALLY SCREWED. THEY WILL HAVE TO COVER LIKE CRAZY NOW!
Thats what I got out of it?
yeah how exactly does everyone interpret this?
look at it go
wooooooo somebody is buying a bunch
why would auto be taking these?
spin/off divy deal how do you think that would work?
I dont think you are going to have to wait a year. I bet we get an offer from the company in germany and the stock price will immediately start trading between .65 and .75 cents.
the interview on their website says their are 5 distribution centers!
I am not sure...
perhaps they know they have did all the shaking they could and will let it run up up up.
I wish I knew as well as everyone else. I do know they say they are doing a lot to try to turn things around. I fully believe they are doing this and are doing it right (not half assed) takes time. We have to wait.
Correct doing it half ass gets half ass results, thats why they started with pink sheets because of the venues and underwriting they had. Now they can build up their company and shareholders value at the same time instead of doing it half assed. Glad you agree.
# Wen pointed out that companies need to bear certain things in mind when heading for US shores. The lack of an active aftermarket for Chinese stocks, particularly those that went to Nasdaq via RTOs.
# The much higher professional fees and underwriting commissions involved in a US IPO compared with, say, in Hong Kong.
# The high cost of maintenance of US-listed companies.
# US reporting requirements. Chinese corporate culture and corporate governance standards do not always facilitate meeting these.
# Sarbanes-Oxley legislation and other US regulatory requirements.
# Tax issues.
# Communication issues with US-based investors, fund managers and analysts.
Wen said some of these are less serious issues when the Chinese companies are managed and/or owned by US returnees. "Less sophisticated companies, in particular those that were brought to the US market via RTOs, often were not advised on these perils before landing on Nasdaq, OTCBB [over-the-counter bulletin board] or got traded on Pink Sheets
