After hours, hmmmm, as long as we've been waiting it's still GREAT! Just have to make sure others know about it now!
Nice day today! No one is selling and a few folks wanted to make sure they were in before tomorrow. A PR on the acquisitions and the 10-Q and this is set up to FLY!
My pick is MITD .0653
Regarding the somewhat of a delay in a follow up PR to the 8-K, the silver lining here is that the company is not preparing to dilute and dump shares with all this news. This is a real company with real revenues and share structure has been relatively unchanged the last 3 years. Big things in store for next week imo.
Sent the name....the only part that doesn't make sense is the huge number of shares LAFC had, it would have been pretty high for an I-hubber. I did dig further and found that of all the many times LAFC was mentioned on this board in January, that person never mentioned it once.
I now believe the person selling through LAFC could have been someone who had been here since November and got in at 2.5 cents or so. I noticed with the volume surge Wednesday LAFC disappeared right around the same time this person removed MITD from their "My Stocks" section. We obviously know who has been dumping at the bid yesterday and today & if they want to sell them for a nickel we'll gobble them up!
Tried to, left number with receptionist (IR person was to call back), haven't heard back and it's been a couple of hours now. I sent a email last night & got no response also. They seem very slow with these things but I'm sure they'll get it done, might as well sit on the bid and get people's cheapies!
It's picking up some bid support, might be ready to launch again!
Got in a couple of hours ago on the first dip, looking good, up to #6 on the breakout boards! GLTA!
Let's get that PR now!
Agreed. Many folks are even too lazy to read the entire press release, and if it comes out at 6am, forget about it.
I sent the question about a follow up PR to their email, let you guys know if I hear anything. I'm sure it will be on the way and then we'll finally be rewarded nicely here!
I'm sure the new owners feel they are equipped to run the company much better than the prior owners.
23+ Million revenue a year, cap only 4 million!
Multi-day run would be nice, we were waiting on her long enough!
We should get a PR too, right?
NOW GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The one I sent you earlier was every bit as good as this, same revenue impact/share structure & no one interested................bizarre.
I've been out of this thing for a couple of weeks but still waiting on the PR to hit....watching EquityFeed and haven't seen anything, that's the 8K from last month. What gives?
This confirms it, I'm officially in the Twilight Zone!
Trying to get more interested now, surprising people aren't jumping all over it with the news and share structure!

RUT OH!
Wow, ok, that makes more sense. That's been the hardest thing for me to figure out with this....all the crazy and stupid stuff people do here!
This is being shorted or something, why would someone sell at 33 when the next person on the ask is at 36?

TRying to get some eyes on it, there's so much news this AM and other BS going on.
GREAT share structure too, this could run really good and keep the gains.
More news today and the cap is now down to $6,554,400....can't go to the party if no one else comes though!
This did come through on my EquityFeed news last night, absolutely incredulous people would believe one shred of it though.
Very Niiiiiice! GREAT place to build from tomorrow!
hehe, no on the Level II all the sudden a bunch of buyers appeared! Still lookin' good!
Wow, buyers coming out of nowhere!
Clear out these 40's and it's off to the races!
Back in here at 35, think some folks gonna regret selling at 40 and 42, should be a nice day here!
I'm new at this and haven't been through one myself but I don't think you want to be in it when they do it. They're basically taking 99.7% percent of your shareholder value away from you when they do a 1 for 300 split. I see on pink sheets they are a OTCQB listed company and have actually done forward splits before. It looks like they want to get back to a higher exchange. I posted the info on there in response to Hdog's last post there to make sure he was aware of it. Good Luck!

The RS is approved, no date given yet on it.
Thanks rookie, I think that nails it on the head right there. Everyone still needs to make their own decisions here as it is speculative in nature. The company is going to be very tight-lipped about future events regarding the stock and it's pps, so not surprising they aren't saying anything yet.
