I am sorry, I SHOULD have said that you can't reverse split anyone out of ownership WITHOUT REPERCUSSIONS. In that sense, I CAN shoot a nun..........but..............
You cannot reverse-split people OUT of ownership. Some people may end up with only fractional shares, but that is NOT taking away ownership.
Re: "some of us won't let go of our shares." I don't think you understand how this works. YOU dont' have to agree to the sale. If enough shareholders vote to sell, it sells. If you don't tender your shares, they just become worthless and you are issued new shares, like it or not.
I have to admit, I don't remember if a simple majority of shareholders is enough..........perhaps someone can tell me.
IF a simple majority is enough, Lloyd Fan can do it alone.........as he holds more than 50% of the outstanding shares.
Lloyd Fan said that he recieved Frank Olsen's stock.......about 182-184 Billion shares, I'm not sure of the exact #, but it was more than half of the 350 Billion outstanding. That leaves, maybe 170 plus Billion shares outstanding IN ADDITION to Mr. Fan's shares, not 80Bb shares.
Believer.........the truth is that no one knows. Many of us think it is all over except for the tears, but no one "KNOWS", not even the insiders, that is still in flux, if not dead.
I'm not just being picky here, but I don't understand what you are trying to say in the first paragraph.
How is it that some of you don't understand that with or without short selling, the company is out of business. All the low stock price did was make it harder to raise more money after Frank Olsen drained all the cash and value from it. The company went belly-up because Olsen spent and spent. IF he had intentions of making QTN a success, why would he NOT allow commercial time to be sold?
OH, BABY!!!!!!!!!!
Someone has mentioned it there.
You know, I did re-read your post, and I now understand what you ment to say. I THINK that you were refering to the only time an insider can trade after a merger is announced.
....HOWEVER, what you SAID was, "The only time an insider can buy in is before a merger.........."
Then I guess you want to buy more..........where can we contact you?
I am SO ready............plan to work in the yard.
only UNDISCLOSED insider traiding is illegal. If you are going to correct someone, you should be accurate, at least.
Welcome back.............LORD it's been slow here........I HOPE it was people nation-wide missing you........
Those faces give me hope.
Thanks
T,
Most of us on this board are not buying shares, and think the stock is a bad investment.....BUT here we talk nice, most of the time, so welcome, if only from me, but welcome. I hope we are all wrong...............then WE will ask you to take us to lunch.
Bear....(realy Mark)
Great idea, but there ar SO many shares, and they still owe my husband 3 pay checks.........if they can't pay the staff, they can't rally a loan for a dividend. you have to authorize a payout for ALL common shares........and there are a LOT of COMMON shares...................some of the MOST common stock ever issued.
Boo hiss illness........take to your bed with OJ and hot green tea. Feel better soon.
Are you fisty????? My pumpkin?????
I fear that some people would call that fraud........
I would join too, but I HAVE to say, this is not making my cherrios taste any better this morning. And funny, I usually love chocolate....................
Congratulations...........YOU must be the kind of "nuts" that pays off............:)
Silly man, dynamite is for fishing.
......or thought it was BUSH
"Look in a mirror naked".............are you NUTS?
OR, really dry skin on their hands..............
The Marine haircut is JUST as much a "Hairdo" as a French roll, or a bee hive........don't let 'em tell you any different. :)
So sorry to hear that, be thinking of you and looking for you soon.
I see FF's hot dog club is no longer listed on their web page...........wonder what happened. MAYBE some of the LEGIT people in Obion realised they were being tarred with the same brush.
INTERESTING...........the Hot dog club is no longer listed on FF's web page.......
It had the consistency of a soft candle.
HE he he.....sure, no hurry, you're good for it .......did you LOVE that..hot pink BUTCH WAX............there's (was) a twisted queen in THAT formulation lab.
Pay up, Baby!!!!!!!!!!
Butch wax came in a tube like a push-up pop or a dreamsicle, only about the diameter of a quarter. You put on your flat-top hair cut to make it stand up. Ironically, it was color was a hot pink. I never thought about that untill just now.
This was E-Mailed to me and I was asked to post it. Seems like a bit of a disconnect here.

While I haven't posted much, I have to respond to this...
You wrote....I hope as part of the investigation into this data they also investigate which employees knew what was going on, if anything, and what they did about it.
Have you come to the point to admit that maybe, just maybe, Richard Brown was in on the scam...
Do you realize that while my own opinion of Mr Fan is still up-in-wind, I happen to know for a fact that Lloyd Fan & Carol Hinnant have spoken to the SEC concerning the past management (I have spoken with the SEC attorney who has seen their paperwork.), YET....our buddy Rich Brown has NOT!
It seems that he needs to cover his ass instead of helping the shareholders whom he had the relationship as the go-between to the company.
Charlie T
Good point..............:)
OH, Good, I love a happy ending.
Do we know that he hasn't?
Love him, love him.
hope it works...... :)
Looks like Mt. Laurel is sort of close to Philly.........
